LINKEDIN LOGIN: Sorry to bother you again, but I could not find this into in your documentation. Does your theme provide LinkedIn API options for user to register using their LinkedIn username & password?

Hello, thank you for sharing the info, however since I dont have the purchase code I cannot use that form. My question is simple, can users login and register on your theme using their LinkedIn credentials?
Hello,
Yes, you need to go to the settings page to add your Linkedin API for it
Best regards!
Thank you so much for your prompt reply and continued support. Since we don’t have access to a sandbox, can you please confirm if it is possible to make the User Information & CV Upload MANDATORY even through LinkedIn registration?
Hello,
Sorry, It’s impossible
DATA ENCRYPTION: Could you please explain how candidate data & uploads are encrypted in your theme? Where are the user uploads saved? Are they all in the Media folder?
Hello,
You should research WordPress first before ask.
All uploaded files are stored in the upload folder
Thank you for confirming. What type of encryption have you put in place in the upload folder to protect the user data?
Hello,
I don’t know the type of encryption.
Is there any encryption on the folder or user data? If the theme gets hacked, will all the data be unencrypted and visible?
Hello,
You should research WordPress first
That’s a feature of WordPress
Application-level encryption has nothing to do with WP; it is something that developers implement based on their application architecture. So, I guess there is no application-level encryption or security?
Hello,
I don’t understand what you mean.
What’s encryption?
If your theme stores or transmits sensitive information (normally discouraged), you may need application-level encryption inside the theme or a companion plugin. Examples:
Storing user preferences that must be private
Passing data to a third-party service that requires encrypted fields
Storing API credentials
In such cases the theme may call:
PHP’s OpenSSL functions
Sodium crypto library (native in PHP 7.2+)
WordPress’s wp_salt()–based hashing mechanisms (for integrity, not confidentiality)
REFUND POLICY: Since I am not able to find the admin dashboard it is very difficult to understand the full theme capabilities including customizations. Therefore, could you please confirm your refund policy.
Hello,
You try to check this: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy
Is there any way we can have access to the ADMIN?
Hello,
Sorry, We can not provide demo admin
CANDIDATE REGISTRATION FORM: Can we add our own questions and selections including dropdown or checkboxes? Is it possible to add page-break & pagination to the reg-form? Can our custom fields (dropdowns & checkboxes) also appear in the candidate filter so Employers can search candidates based on those choices?
Hello,
You can add custom fields fo register form
Best regards!
Can we also add custom upload fields and assign file types?
Hello,
Yes, that’s right
ELEMENTOR PRO: Does this theme come with Elementor Pro Widgets to add login and registration forms where we want them or are we restricted to use built in theme home page layouts?
Hello,
The theme is compatible with Elementor Pro. If you want to use that plugin, you can buy it to use
Best regards!
Does your theme have Elementor Pro Widgets?
Hello,
The theme does not use Elementor Pro. The theme is only compatible with Elementor Pro
Best regards!
Can we build our own home pages using Elementor or do we have to use the default home pages and other pages?
Hello,
Yes, the theme is using Elementor to build home page
My question is can we build our own custom home page?
Hello,
Yes, you can do anything.
I think you are a newbie of WordPress and Elementor.
ANDROID APP: On your demo (https://demoapus1.com/jobtex-new/) you have the option of downloading apps. Are mobile apps available for this theme?
Hello,
No, The theme does not have a mobile app
Pre-Sale Question: Hi, this looks like a promising theme backed by a professional dev team. I have a few questions:
1. Do you have a sandbox where we can use the WP-Admin to see the full theme customization options? 2. Can the Employer and Candidate registration forms be customized by adding new fields and new dropdown selection options? 3. Is there an option to enable short intro video recording by default during Candidate registration? 4. Is the theme compatible with WP 6.9?
BILLING: 1. Does the theme have a recurring billing feature? 2. Can employers purchase a fixed number of job postings pack which they can use during the entire subscription period? (Purchase 10 job postings for 1 year and that’s the maximum jobs they can have active at any one time.)
Hello,
1) Sorry, We don’t have a sandbox
2) Yes, You can customize register form. You can add more custom fields
3) You can use Video URL field. So user can enter his youtube, vimeo video
4) Yes, the theme is compatible with the latest version of WP
5) Yes, employer can buy the package the submit job
Best regards!
Thanks for the reply, but what about these:
BILLING: 1. Does the theme have a recurring billing feature? 2. Can employers purchase a fixed number of job postings pack which they can use during the entire subscription period? (Purchase 10 job postings for 1 year and that’s the maximum jobs they can have active at any one time.)
Hello,
You need to use WooCommerce Subscription plugin for it
https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

Good evening. Is it possible to do this? I’d like the registration and candidate collection to be in BREVO and not just remain on WordPress.

Sorry, it says support has expired. I just wanted some information, not assistance.
Hello,
Sorry, I don’t know BREVO.
This is only a WordPress theme
Hello team. I’m having a problem I can’t seem to solve. I can’t make any changes to the email notifications.
When I try to save, for example, if I select “Send a notification to the site administrator when a new job is submitted on the frontend,” and I try to save, I’m redirected to a page that says “Forbidden.” I can’t modify the notification content. SMTP is configured, and I’m trying to figure out where the problem is coming from, but I can’t find it. I need your help. Thank you. Best regards.

hi,
I want to buy this theme, but is it possible to change the language? Because now you see at the jobs: $400/month for example. Is it possible to change this, if so how?
Hello,
You can use Loco Translate plugin to translate the theme
Best regards!
I am looking for some minor custom work for this theme. Is there an email to reach out to the author directly for a quote? Our support lapsed

I’ve been using the Jobtex template for my WordPress website for almost two years. When I try to upgrade Elementor, the website crashes and displays an error message. The last Elementor version that works flawlessly is version 3.25.11. All versions above that don’t work. Through testing, I discovered that the WP Job Board Pro plugin from Habq is causing this crash. How can I solve the problem?
Version 1.2.82 | Habq is the latest version of WP Job Board Pro. Even the older version crashes Elementor.
Hello,
No, It’s working fine
You need to make sure you have updated all plugins and theme
Best regards!

Ozzy
Hello,
a) No, The theme is not use WP Job Manager
b) You can create a meeting with Zoom
c) The theme does not have it
d) You can use WP All Import to import jobs from XML or CSV file
e) The theme does not have mobile app
f) Sorry, It’s impossible
Hello to the entire Apus team. I purchased your Jobtex theme about two months ago and I’m really, really happy with it. I had another theme that I worked on for years, but it had so many problems. Anyway, I won’t talk too much about it, but your theme really matches what I expected: faster, simpler, and apparently less cumbersome… Bravo for your work.
Above all, I can use WP All Import to publish job offers, and it’s truly heaven for me. I’m just having one problem: I can’t configure the application method field when importing job offers.
For “Job Apply Type,” I want “external URL.” So, I want to be able to specify the URL for each job offer in “Custom Field” during import.
I can’t do this. Is it because this feature is paid?
Thank you for your reply. I hope I was clear. If not, please let me know and I’ll make a video to show you. Sincerely.
Thanks

I’m reaching out to report a serious limitation with this theme’s Elementor integration.
Although the theme is advertised as Elementor-compatible, in reality, it blocks key Elementor functionality. Specifically, it does not allow the use of Elementor Theme Builder to create and assign custom headers, footers, or other layout sections conditionally — such as showing a specific header only on blog posts or specific pages.
When attempting to use Elementor’s display conditions, I receive the following error:
“You must call the_content function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
This is incredibly frustrating. One of the main reasons I chose this theme was its promise of Elementor support. But instead, I’m forced to deal with hardcoded layouts and blocked template overrides. I cannot use basic Elementor features that work out-of-the-box with most modern, lightweight themes.
When a theme advertises Elementor compatibility, it should fully support Elementor’s core features — especially Theme Builder templates and conditional layout control. If these features are not supported, this should be clearly stated on the product page to avoid misleading users.
At this point, I’m stuck trying to override theme behavior just to make standard Elementor features work. Please let me know how this can be resolved — or whether there is a proper way to fully enable Elementor template control within this theme.

support is not helping on those things. they just say is not possible. This is ridiculous.
Hello,
If you add separate header for blog, it’s impossible
You can add the customize code for it

I’m having a problem with the candidate database on the frontend. I have over 15,000 candidates in my pool. However, it takes several minutes to load and is very slow or crashes. It’s not the server (one of the fastest on the market) that’s at fault. I’ve also noticed that the more candidates register, the slower it becomes. However, the job database, with over 20,000 jobs, is still super fast. It only takes 2-4 seconds to load. Why is that?

Which WordPress caching plugin to boost site speed would you recommend for your jobtex theme?
Hello,
You can use any cache plugin. You should not use Object Cache
Hello,
We are currently setting up our job board using the Jobtex theme and the JobBoard plugin, and we want to make sure we use the built-in Employer Categories taxonomy correctly.
At the same time, we are also using Job Categories to represent the industry or field of each job (e.g., Accounting, Hospitality, IT, Forex, etc.).
Now we’ve noticed that Employer Categories could easily overlap with Job Categories — since many employer types (e.g., accounting firm, logistics company, bakery, software company) fall into the same industry as the jobs they offer.
Our question is:
What is the proper use of Employer Categories in your system?
Are they meant to represent the type of business or sector the employer belongs to?
Do they appear anywhere in search filters or on the employer profile pages by default?
How can we use Employer Categories without causing confusion or duplication with the Job Categories (which we already use to classify jobs by industry)?
We want to make sure our taxonomy structure is clean and scalable, and doesn’t create overlapping or redundant categories.
Thank you for helping us clarify this.

The new update to Jobboard Pro 1.2.80 crashes my site. Where can I find and download the previous version, 1.2.79?
Hello,
You need to update and use the latest version of the theme and all plugins
And you need to remove your website cache + browser cache
Question: if the site is part of a multi-network with shared users, will all users of the multiset automatically be on the candidates’ page?
If so, that’s bad. I wish users had a button and only after clicking it would they get to the page with the list of candidates.
Hello,
No, only register user via the register form of the theme to become a candidate, employer
Have you tested this on a multisite?
It’s just that we once bought a similar theme and there was also a separate registration. But despite the separate registration, the general users of the multisite were automatically displayed as candidates in the topic. It was a different topic on jobs and vacancies.
There was a Jobster theme
We don’t have a Jobster theme
I think there will be problems. If there are users of a multisite, then the user will either have to create another user page (that is, duplicate it) or will not be able to register through your site on the multisite system at all.
Can you add information about a candidate to the candidate list page only after saving the information in the candidate’s admin menu ? And not immediately after registration?
Or add Publish and Unpublish buttons to the admin panel?
Hello,
Yes, your old user, or user from other can not work with Employer, Candidate user
In the next update, can you add the publish vacancy or RESUME buttons to the admin menu and remove them from publication?
To prevent pages from being published in the list immediately after registration.
That is, so that vacancies and resumes are published in the list only after clicking the Publish button.
