Defective product. The booking system does not work. Support claims it’s due to “incompatible plugin versions” and says they will update, but provides no real fix and responses are slow. Not usable as advertised.

I’m having an issue with the booking page not matching the demo template. Even after completing the information in Facilities, Included in Tour Package, and Calendar & Prices, those sections are not showing on the page. Hi, I purchased this theme and the booking functionality is not working on my site. The booking form does not appear at all, so customers cannot make a reservation (this is the main purpose of the theme). The page also does not match the demo (Facilities / Included / Calendar & Prices sections not displaying).
I have already opened a support ticket and shared screenshots. The reply I received stating that there is a newer plugin version and it’s not compatible is not an acceptable resolution. Compatibility is part of what you are selling — the theme must work with the current/updated plugin version, or you must clearly provide the exact supported version and a working fix.
I need a proper solution as soon as possible. If you cannot restore the booking functionality promptly, please confirm the refund process, as the product is not usable for its advertised purpose.

I downloaded from envato and my style.css is saying version 1.6
Your changelog says latest version is 2024-05-27 – version 1.7 and envato says the latest update to this file was 15 November 2025.

This theme does not work, it cannot even be set up properly and the support is useless. Not only did the demo import fail to install, the support was useless and I had to eventually buy another theme.

1) Does the system calculate availability and prices for each day? For example on May 5th I have 6 seats at $7 and on May 7th I have 10 seats at $10. Can I change the prices every day for certain times with different quantities? Example links?
2) You can request the name and surname and age of each participant of each group. For example a group of 10, a single purchase but with 10 names.
3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?
4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?

5) If the tour has a capacity of 20 people both in the 3.00-5.00 pm and 18 people in the 7.00-9.00 pm shift, will the calculation be respected? or is it not considered and book indefinitely?
