Good afternoon, I contacted the developer and they responded, but the theme has many bugs. I need quick support and the developer is slow to respond. Menu options and submenus are also bugged after installation. I contacted the author, they responded and then stopped responding, making it seem like everyone is having the same problem and they can’t handle the response. I want to request a refund.
I need my website working urgently and I can’t get it up and running. The author hasn’t shown how they resolved the issues, making it impossible to work with the theme. I want a refund.
I want a refund since I’m not receiving any support. I will file a complaint; this is a scam.

Before proceeding with purchase, we would like to confirm whether your WHMCS template is fully aligned with the modern domain lookup architecture introduced in WHMCS 8.x and later (including v9.x).
WHMCS 8.x+ introduced registrar-based availability checks, where domain searches should trigger the configured registrar module via API instead of relying on legacy WHOIS lookups.
Current Issue Observed (In all Theme Deployments)
Our current deployment appears to follow this workflow:
User Search (Theme Layer) ↓ WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller ↓ Legacy WHOIS Lookup ↓ WHOIS Server Query ↓ Availability Result
This indicates that:
The registrar module (Dynadot / Dynabot) is not triggered
WHMCS does not perform registrar API checks
Searches rely exclusively on WHOIS server responses
As a result:
Registrar pricing is not retrieved dynamically
Registrar-specific TLDs may appear unsupported
API-based domain suggestions do not function
Availability checks are slower and less reliable
WHMCS Recommended Architecture (Expected Behaviour)
The correct modern architecture should be:
User Search ↓ WHMCS Domain Lookup Controller ↓ Registrar Module ↓ Dynadot API ↓ Availability + Pricing Response

I’m scared to purchase since the “Active License” button on the sidebar of your documentation page does nothing. I bought a theme before and was completely unable to activate it due to an outdated website. Does this theme deal with activation jargon, or do I get to install the theme like normal?

Alright, Thank you for your reply. Now i am confident in you and will download the product. First of all two major suggestions are :
1. Main Menu in mobile mode recommended to be like hostinger.com or Godaddy.com while in mobile mode alongwith sub menu style (may be anything like. )
2. Footer menu in mobile mode to be like any of the said sites like accodian footer menu.
Rest, i will download and install the theme and see in practical and will suggest more exciting features that will make your theme stand out of all in the market.
