Hi
You are certainly aware of the problems I’m experiencing. It’s absolutely unbearable! Not half a day goes by without the website I created displaying incorrectly and malfunctioning. As I’ve already explained, all the third-party plugins I’ve installed are reliable, reputable, and kept up to date. Whether it’s All in One SEO, Complianz, Facebook, Google plugins (Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics), or simply Wordfence Security, WP Forms, or XML Sitemap, all the plugins are fully up-to-date and entirely justified on a website. These aren’t third-party plugins added just for show.
You suggested I hire a web developer to investigate the problem; that’s completely unacceptable! You indicated that you updated your theme, but unfortunately, it still has issues. I’ll admit I’ve sent a similar message to Envato Market.
I understand that you’re wasting time looking into my problem, but it’s your responsibility, not mine, to resolve issues with your theme. If your theme can only be used without any other extensions being added, that’s not normal. All the themes I purchase for my clients are used in the same way and with the same third-party extensions added, and their display isn’t affected. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could provide a real and permanent solution so that I can use this theme properly and reliably in the long term.
I’ve been reviewing the StudioFifty theme demo pages across various devices and noticed a potential issue with the “Basic Parallax” block, which is on the “Creative Agency” page (located just below the “Notable Awards” section). As I understand it, the theme’s code automatically disables the parallax effect for tablets and mobile phone screen sizes—which is a good design feature.
I initially tested the Creative Agency page using the responsive design tool “Am I Responsive” (freshjuice.dev/tools/am-i-responsive/). With that testing tool, the parallax block appears to render correctly for typical devices and screen sizes. However, when I checked the page on actual devices—such as my iPhone 15 Pro Max—the parallax image renders incorrectly and a large white-space area appears below it. But, to be clear, the parallax block does render correctly on my 13-in MacBook Air and iPad Mini.
I’m guessing that the incorrect rendering might be related to Elementor CSS settings or perhaps to the way the parallax effect is disabled by the theme for mobile phone viewports. I found that the rendering is consistent across major browsers, including Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. Also, I see the same rendering issue occurring on your official demo site, when viewed on my iPhone.
I’m not sure whether this issue is caused by a incorrect Elementor CSS settings (e.g., margins, padding, or object-fit) or by the theme code that disables the parallax effect on mobile devices. I would appreciate your expertise in investigating and resolving this issue.
If it would be helpful for your troubleshooting, I can provide a set of screenshots. Also, if you need access to my demo test website (curious-apple.com), I can send you a temporary login link.
Thanks for your help.
Hello wp_boffin,
Thank you for your detailed report.
Parallax effects often do not work well on touch/mobile devices, so the best solution is usually to disable the parallax effect on mobile and show the section as a normal image/background instead. This helps avoid white space and rendering issues on some phones.
In the demo, we try to display features for preview purposes, but for real site usage it is completely fine to turn this effect off on mobile devices.
Please disable the parallax effect for mobile view and keep it only for desktop if needed.
Thank you.
Thanks for the suggestion on the parallax effect.
I’m still puzzled that the “Basic Parallax” feature displays correctly on my MacBook Air, iPad, and iPad Mini across all major browsers. This makes me wonder if the issue on mobile devices could be related to the default settings applied by the One Click Demo Import plugin.
Could you please review the default settings for the parallax container on the “Creative Agency” page, specifically for mobile? The width setting (values & units) in particular appears unusual.
I’ll send you a passwordless login link to the admin dashboard so you can check the parallax effect settings.
Thanks for your help.
I need to add to the above comment that I tried your suggestion of disabling the parallax effect on mobile. However, I found that this disables the parallax effect for all other viewports and it removes the image leaving a blank container. So it seems that one would need to completely replace the container with image/background block for all screen sizes—which is very disappointing.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have updated the core-main.css file for this issue.
Please clear your browser/site cookies and temporary files then refresh the Creative Agency page on mobile and check again.
Thanks again for taking a look at the “basic parallax” issue on iOS devices—I really appreciate the quick turnaround.
From what I can tell, the recent update to core-main.css effectively disables the parallax effect on mobile screen sizes. While this does avoids the parallax rendering issue, it feels more like a temporary workaround than a robust fix to the underlying code problem.
I spent a bit of time digging into the StudioFifty core js code and noticed that the current parallax implementation appears to rely on the jquery.parallax-scroll library (Ref #1). There’s also a second library included (Ref #2), though it’s not entirely clear whether it’s actively used.
Both of these jQuery libraries are quite dated (over a decade old) and no longer maintained, which may be contributing to the inconsistent behavior—especially on modern mobile browsers.
While researching alternatives, I came across a couple of more modern approaches that seem significantly more reliable and performant:
(1) Jarallax.js – A lightweight library with an existing WordPress integration (for example, via the Advanced Backgrounds plugin) but only compatibility with Gutenberg at this time. It may be worth exploring how this library could fit into the Elementor workflow.
(2) GSAP (GreenSock) – Very well supported library that provides very smooth parallax effects with minimal code and excellent performance. There are a number of parallax scrolling examples on CodePen.io that demonstrate this approach well.
To get a better sense of real-world performance, I put together a few simple HTML/CSS/JS test pages using both Jarallax and GSAP. I hosted them and tested across Windows 11, macOS (MacBook Air), iPad, and an iPhone 15 Pro. Both approaches performed consistently well across all devices and modern browsers—much more reliably than your current jQuery-based implementation.
StudioFifty is a great theme overall, and I think modernizing the parallax implementation would be a meaningful improvement. I’d be happy to share my test pages via Google Drive if that would be helpful.
One other quick note: it looks like the StudioFifty theme is currently using GSAP v3.11.4 (from 2022). Updating to the latest version (v3.14.2) would likely provide some additional performance and stability benefits.
Please consider an update to the basic parallax feature (whether via Jarallax, GSAP, or a similar modern solution) in your next StudioFifty theme release – coming soon, hopefully.
Thanks again for your time and support—I appreciate it.

Hello wp_boffin,
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for taking the time to investigate this so carefully.
We really appreciate the effort you put into reviewing the current parallax implementation, testing alternative solutions, and sharing your observations with us. Your notes are thoughtful and very helpful.
At the moment, we cannot promise any specific change or timeline regarding this feature, but we will definitely keep your suggestions in mind for future improvements. If your proposed approach proves to be the best fit for the theme’s overall structure and compatibility, we may consider it in a future update.
Thanks again for your time, testing, and constructive input — it is genuinely appreciated.
Hi code 97287492-e13c-4c16-be51-39e456160eb8
I’m experiencing very frequent and serious display problems with your theme. It’s quite annoying.
It seems that every time an update is released for the theme or a plugin, the site’s display is completely disrupted and no longer shows up as it should. Please fix this problem, as it’s unacceptable to have to constantly be in front of our screens to correct these issues.
Thank you.
Hi zutercherri,
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Just to clarify, the theme itself hasn’t had frequent updates recently. In most cases, sudden display issues after WordPress/plugin updates are related to “server limits/settings”, and we had also mentioned earlier that your current server configuration isn’t fully compatible.
Please try this first (it often fixes Elementor loading/display problems):
Elementor → Editor → Settings → Advanced → Enable “Switch Editor Loader Method”
To help you properly, could you please share:
1. Which page(s) are affected and what exactly breaks after the update
2. A “screenshot” (or short video) showing the issue
3. Are you using the “Envato Market plugin” for theme updates?
We also tested switching between older and newer theme versions on our test server and couldn’t reproduce the issue, and we haven’t received similar reports from other buyers — so your details will help us pinpoint the exact cause quickly.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi
I made the small changes you mentioned… but I’m still having a problem with your theme. Even when I update everything, even when I clear the cache, it still ends up displaying with problems. The problems are visible on the homepage, but also on other pages, sometimes, depending on which ones I’m working on.
Here’s my website: graphicomm.fr
In the screenshot provided in that link, https://we.tl/t-5NIHglGmRj, you have the system information for the site. I don’t think the problem is related to the “max input time.” If it is, please tell me how to change it.
Thank you.
Hi zutercherri,
Thank you for your update.
To help isolate the issue properly, please try the following steps:
1. Disable all plugins that are not included with or recommended by the theme
Your site is currently using many plugins, and this can sometimes create conflicts or increase server/resource usage, which may affect display stability.
2. Enable this Elementor option
Go to:
Elementor → Editor → Settings → Advanced
and enable:
Switch Editor Loader Method
3. Use the “Envato Market” plugin for updates
Please make sure both the theme and the theme core plugin are updated through the Envato Market plugin.
4. Clear local browser data
Please delete browser cache, cookies, and temporary files, then reload the homepage.
Also, your homepage contains many sections. Very large pages with many sections may not always load as smoothly, especially when many plugins are active. In most cases, keeping only the most important sections on the homepage helps improve performance and stability.
At the moment, the exact display problem is still not clearly specified from your message. Since the issue seems to happen on different pages at different times, please send us:
- the exact page URL where the problem appears
- screenshots or a short video showing the issue
- a short note explaining what is broken (for example: layout shifted, slider broken, missing images, wrong spacing, etc.)
Once we have that, we can check the issue more accurately and guide you further.
The “max_input_time” value is mainly relevant during large import processes such as demo import, so after the demo import is completed, it can generally be ignored. Based on that, your server setting on this point looks fine.
Thank you.
Thank you for your helpful feedback.
I did what you suggested. I also disabled the non-included extensions… we’ll see how things go in the next few hours…
However, if I can’t integrate these extensions, it will be quite a problem because they are essential for tracking, security, and client approvals…
I’ll keep you updated.
Hi Hello, I have a slight problem and I’m counting on you to fix it.
I activated Elementor version 4 to see what it “really” changed. While I saw some improvements, nothing that suited me, I also realized that many of the header and footer elements had disappeared. So I decided to deactivate Elementor 4 and revert to the previous version.
Unfortunately, this has completely messed up the organization of my pages and their content, which has entirely disappeared. However, when I open the pages in Elementor, they display perfectly.
So before I do anything unnecessary, I’m asking you, as experts, to please help me get my site back to how it was.
Thank you in advance.
Hi zutercherri,
Please avoid testing beta / preview editor (Elementor 4) changes on the live site. For a live website, we recommend using only the final stable version updated through the normal WordPress plugin update method.
If possible, please also restore your site from a backup or use older revisions to return to the state before switching the Elementor editor version.
For now, could you please disable all plugins that are not included with or recommended by the theme, and keep only: StudioFifty Core, Elementor, Contact Form 7, and Envato Market
Also, please make sure the StudioFifty Core plugin is updated to version 1.0.4.
Please note that if any section was created using a third-party plugin and is not part of the theme/core plugin, it would need to be checked through that plugin. For example, sections like an image marquee are not controlled by the theme itself.
Thank you.
Here I am again. As I suspected, nothing has changed. As you requested, I’ve deactivated everything except the necessary extensions. Studio Fifty Core is up to date, but the display remains completely chaotic. The titles aren’t displaying, your theme’s effects are missing, and the HTML code embedded in the logo bar on the homepage isn’t working. I’m counting on you to find a solution, and please feel free to log in to my account to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your help.
Hi zutercherri,
We found and fixed the issue. The custom header and footer were not set correctly in the Customizer, which caused the frontend display problems.
You can now enable your other plugins one by one and check the site again. The Facebook, Instagram, and image marquee sections should also work properly once everything is restored.
Thank you.
Hi Thank you for your help.
However, I’m STILL having the same problem… The installed extensions are necessary and shouldn’t interfere with the development of your theme, as they are recognized and validated extensions. Therefore, I’m STILL facing display issues on some, if not all, of the pages I’ve created. One day it works, the next it doesn’t.
It’s important to resolve this problem once and for all. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.
Hi zutercherri,
Please note that our support covers the theme and its recommended plugins only. If the issue is caused by third-party plugins outside that setup, it would be outside our support scope.
In that case, you may need to use an alternative plugin or hire a developer for further compatibility changes.
Thank you.
Hi
You’ve got some nerve! You create a theme and then absolve yourself of responsibility by saying that ONLY the extensions you’ve installed should be used?? It’s shameful of you to post this kind of response! What recommended extensions are you talking about? Furthermore, as I’ve already stated, the added extensions are recognized and validated extensions that allow for normal monitoring of the work done. Being told that you need to contact a developer is unacceptable! It’s not like we want to develop a specific system… this is about ensuring that perfectly consistent and standard extensions work during the installation and development of a theme!
As a reminder, this isn’t about modifying the existing theme or adding any special features… It’s simply about ensuring your theme functions “normally” with thoroughly tested extensions, like Google and others… and this malfunction is not normal.
Hi zutercherri,
We need to clarify this point very clearly.
Our responsibility is to provide support for the theme itself and for the plugins that are included with or officially recommended for it. We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by third-party plugins that are added outside of that supported setup, even if those plugins are well-known or widely used.
A third-party plugin being popular or validated does not mean the theme author is responsible for debugging or making custom compatibility adjustments for it. If a specific external plugin is causing the issue, you will need to contact that plugin’s author, use an alternative plugin, or hire a developer if custom compatibility work is required.
We have already checked the theme-side issue and fixed the header/footer configuration problem. Beyond that, problems caused by external plugins are outside our support scope.
Please also review the ThemeForest support policy here: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policyWe also kindly ask that communication remain respectful and professional.
Thank you.
So I did what you recommended, which was to contact a developer.
Aside from the cost, you should know that the Elementor cache was the source of the problems… and that it needed to be cleared.
How could you not have known that? I find your attitude rather unpleasant and even more unprofessional.
Hi Support Team,
I am currently using the StudioFifty – Creative Agency and Portfolio theme on my WordPress site. I’m planning to expand the website’s functionality by adding an online store using WooCommerce.
Before I proceed, I would like to ask for your guidance on the following:
Compatibility: Is the StudioFifty theme fully compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce?
Setup/Enablement: Are there any specific steps or recommended settings within the theme options to enable the shop features correctly?
Layout: Does the theme include pre-designed templates for the shop page, product categories, and individual product pages?
I want to make sure the store matches the aesthetic of the rest of my portfolio. Any documentation or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Hi undiadesol,
Thank you for choosing our theme.
Compatibility: Yes — StudioFifty is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
Setup / Enablement: After activating WooCommerce, please create the required pages and add the relevant shortcodes:
- Cart page: [woocommerce_cart]
- Checkout page: [woocommerce_checkout]
- My Account page: [woocommerce_my_account]
Then assign them here: Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup
Set the Shop page here: Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Shop Pages → Shop Page
To import sample products, you can follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOIYwRjGpAA
Thank you.
I have encountered a couple of issues with the Studiofifty theme and would appreciate your help to resolve them.
Issue #1 – Portfolio Pages Show Inconsistent Responsive Behavior
For example, on the Standard Portfolio demo page, at a browser width of about 1400px or greater, the layout correctly displays three columns of images. However, when the browser width is gradually reduced:
• At around 1366px, the layout switches to one column • At around 1024px, it switches to two columns • At around 767px, it switches back to one column
This behavior seems inconsistent and occurs on most of my portfolio pages, except for the masonry layout page. I tried adjusting the flexbox settings but could not correct the issue.
I noticed that the same behavior occurs on your demo site: https://studiofifty.premiumthemes.in/ I would appreciate it if you could investigate the root cause and suggest a way to make the responsive behavior more consistent.Issue #2 – One Click Import Demo Installation Loses Theme Settings I have noticed that the One Click Import demo installation does not always install the theme consistently, and some settings appear to be missing. In particular, settings are sometimes missing for:
• Horizontal and Off-Canvas menus • Margins • Flexbox settings
This occurred both on my local PC installation and on my web hosting installation, so the issue does not appear to be environment-specific.
While this is not a showstopper, it is somewhat inconvenient to manually review all 26 pages to determine which settings need to be restored.
Resolving this issue would greatly improve the demo installation experience, as it appears that some theme configuration data may not be imported correctly.
Thank you.
Hello wp_boffin,
Thank you for choosing our theme and for the detailed report.
Issue #1 – Portfolio Responsive BehaviorThis is controlled by the responsive settings of the Portfolio main widget. The column changes you’re seeing are based on device breakpoints, and you can set the exact number of columns per screen size from the widget settings:
Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/StWOCn.jpg
1. Edit the Portfolio page with Elementor
2. Select the main Portfolio widget
3. Open the “Columns” option
4. Click the responsive icons (Desktop / Tablet / Mobile)
5. Set your preferred columns for each device
This will make the layout consistent as per your requirement.
Issue #2 – Demo Import Missing SettingsWe re-tested the demo import on our servers and it worked correctly.
Please check:
Admin → Theme Panel → Theme Dashboard → System Information
It should not show any warnings, and your server should meet the recommended minimum settings.
In some hosting environments, certain limitations can prevent all Customizer/theme settings from importing properly. Since the import process is handled by the “One Click Demo Import” plugin (third-party), its core import function is outside our direct control. From our side, we provide the demo XML, Customizer JSON, widget data, and required configuration as per the plugin guidelines.
If the issue continues, we recommend contacting the plugin support team with your server/hosting details so they can check import restrictions: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/one-click-demo-import/
Thank you.
Thank you for your prompt response and for taking the time to review these issues.
Regarding Issue #1, the portfolio widget and column settings all appear to be correct (Desktop: 3, Tablet: 2, Mobile: 1). The gap spacing remains as originally set by the demo installation, with Join Items set to No. I have not been able to identify any incorrect settings in the portfolio widget.
It appears that this may be related to the theme’s CSS. I would appreciate it if you could take a closer look at your demo portfolio page:
https://studiofifty.premiumthemes.in/portfolio-standard/To reproduce the behavior: (1) Open Chrome DevTools in responsive mode, (2) Set the window width to 1367px, and then (3) Reduce the width by 1px.
At that point, the page switches to displaying one column instead of three.
I also briefly reviewed the StudioFifty (version 1.04) theme CSS file “core-main.css”. This file uses a max-width breakpoint of 1366px, which appears to correspond to where the portfolio column issue occurs.
Please let me know what you are able to decern from this information and how to fix the inconsistent responsive behavior.
Hello wp_boffin,
Thank you for the detailed testing and explanation.
Normally, we use three breakpoints: Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. However, in StudioFifty, we have added an additional breakpoint for Laptop resolution.
In this case, the column setting for the Laptop screen was not properly configured in the demo, which is why it switches at 1366px. We will correct this in the demo.
You can quickly fix it on your website by:
1. Editing the Portfolio page with Elementor
2. Selecting the Portfolio main widget
3. Switching to Laptop resolution
4. Setting the desired number of columns
Please check the screenshot for reference. ( https://snipboard.io/U4trjB.jpg )
Once the Laptop columns are set, the responsive behavior will remain consistent.
Thank you for pointing this out.
Thank you for the detailed explanation; that is very helpful.
There is one step missing, however, because the Laptop breakpoint is not shown in the editor by default. One needs to set Elementor’s “Additional Custom Breakpoints” feature to active. To do this, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features.
Then find the “Additional Custom Breakpoints” feature and set its status to Active. Click the Save Changes button. Then we are good to go.
Awesome theme support—much appreciated.
Hi wp_boffin,
Thank you for pointing that out — you’re absolutely right. The “Additional Custom Breakpoints” feature must be enabled to access the Laptop breakpoint.
We appreciate your detailed feedback and kind words about the support.
Thank you.
Just following up on Issue #2, which I identified in my previous comment.
I’ve successfully installed the full StudioFifty demo on my domain (curious-apple.com), and the design and features look great. While testing the site across various devices, however, I noticed a minor theme “feature quirk.”
Specifically, the sliders on the Thumbnail Slider and Full Screen Slider pages do not “auto-advance” when viewed on 14-inch laptops (Windows 11 with high-resolution 2880×1800 displays). Interestingly, this issue does not occur on my other devices, including my desktop PC, iPad mini, and iPhone.
When I viewed your official demo site (studiofifty.premiumthemes.in) on the same 14-inch laptops, all the sliders functioned normally. This prompted me to compare the two setups using Wappalyzer and Chrome DevTools. I identified two noteworthy version differences: (1) WordPress: 6.7.1 (Official Demo site) vs 6.9.1 (My Site & latest WP version) and (2) Swiper.js: 8.4.5 (Official Demo site) vs 12.1.2 (Official Swiper.js current release).
I’m thinking the auto-advance issue might be related to the theme’s Swiper.js implementation or possibly a potential incompatibility with the latest WordPress core.
I recorded two short videos demonstrating the discrepancy in behavior and can share them via Google Drive link. If it helps with your investigation, I am happy to provide admin access to my site.
I appreciate your help in resolving this slider auto-advance issue.
Hi wp_boffin,
Please share the video demo link via the contact form on our ThemeForest profile page ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ) so I can review it and check the slider auto-advance issue.
Thank you.
Greetings. Quick question on the portfolio page layouts. I see options for 3-column and 4-column in the navigation, but the actual pages just show full-width and full-height images in a single vertical column. It behaves this way on the demo as well as the version I purchased and installed. How can I get the portfolio pages to display as a grid (either masonry or standard grid)? Thanks in advance!
Hello rizzy3000,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please check the Portfolio column settings (as shown in this screenshot): https://snipboard.io/nifkTH.jpg
Once you select 3-column / 4-column (and optionally enable masonry), the portfolio should display in a grid.
If it’s already set correctly and the portfolio is still showing as a single vertical column (even after one-click demo import), please send your website WP admin login details via our profile page contact form ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ), and we’ll check the settings and fix it for you.
Thank you.
Hello,
When i want to go to other page to a specific section, it doesn’t work properly. I made a Home Page with some sections. When i am in the home page and i click links on the menu with href=”#first_section”, it will scroll down smoothly with success.
If i am in blog page, and then try to go back to home page to a specific section, it will not work at all. It will be bugged also, meaning that if from BLOG page i click “domain.com/#first_section”, it will go to home page, but not down to first section. If i click again, it will be bugged.
If i am already from home page, without moving from blog page to home page, it works
Hello johnkotsgr,
Thank you for the details, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Please update the StudioFifty theme and StudioFifty Core plugin to the latest version (v1.0.4). This update includes fixes for anchor-related navigation: https://premiumthemes.in/docs/common/theme-update/index.htmlIf the issue continues after updating, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help further.
Thank you.
Hello, I have a problem with setting up the menu for mobile (in header) in sitisocial.com. I would also like to add a proper cart button + “my account menu” to proper manage woocommerce. Can you please have a look at it? Thanks Adriano
I have solved for the mobile menu, but I am wondering how to include cart and “my account menu”
Hello Adriano,
Thanks for the update — glad the mobile menu is solved.
To add the Cart / Checkout / My Account pages, please create the pages and add the relevant shortcodes:
- Cart page: [woocommerce_cart]
- Checkout page: [woocommerce_checkout]
- My Account page: [woocommerce_my_account]
Then assign them here: Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup.
For the header cart icon/button, you can add it from the Elementor header template (Header section) using the appropriate widget/element in the header area.
Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to upgrade to a current version of PHP but I’d love to know if the theme is compatible with PHP is 8.3? Thanks
Hello abimarichie,
Yes—our theme is compatible with PHP 8.3. If you upgrade PHP, please also keep WordPress and plugins updated to avoid any conflicts.
Thank you.
Hi I’m having a problem after installing your theme to replace my previous one. Nothing works, nothing displays. I installed the “import demo” plugin, but it didn’t change anything. Here’s my website: graphicomm.fr
Good evening,
After buying your template using WordPress via 10Web as a host, I had some difficulties and dynamic features that aren’t working.
I chose the Studio Fifty Creative Agency lay out, deleted pages I’m not using and wanted to edit the Creative Agency Homepage. Right before this I chose a couple of standard fonds and colours which will match our branding. When opening HOME to edit I saw a couple of missing colours such as the dark backgrounds, but also the frames at the ‘OUR STEPS’ section. The dynamic movement of OUR KEY BENEFITS doesn’t work AND the counter at the beginning of the page also does not work.
I really hope you can help us quickly. I installed every plugin needed and imported the whole zip file.
Looking forward to your reply. The deadline for the website is Saturday.
Kind regards, Kelly Huysmans
Good evening Kelly,
Thank you for your purchase and for sharing the details. Sorry to hear you’re facing these issues — especially with your deadline coming up on Saturday.
To help as quickly as possible, please send your website admin login details securely via the contact form on our profile page ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ). Once we receive them, we’ll check the missing colors/backgrounds and the dynamic sections (Key Benefits movement and the counter) and get everything working correctly.
Thank you.
Good afternoon, thank you for the quick reply and help. I’ve send all info needed for you to log in.
I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards, Kelly Huysmans
Hello Support Team,
Thank you for your response.
As per your suggestion, I have already disabled the Elementor Pro Theme Builder header and switched to the theme’s default Sections (Header) using the Horizontal Menu widget, same as the demo.
After that, I cleared all cache including:
Website cache
Plugin cache
CDN cache
Browser cache
However, the portfolio section is still not displaying correctly on the live site.
Could you please check this issue further and let me know if there is anything else I should adjust from my side? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you!
Hello W1comms,
Thanks for the detailed update — and sorry this is still happening even after switching to the theme header and clearing all caches. I understand how frustrating that is.
To check what’s causing the portfolio layout to break on the live site, please share your WordPress admin login details securely via the contact form on our profile page ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ). Once we have access, we’ll review the portfolio settings and front-end output directly and apply the fix. Thank you.
Hello Support Team,
Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve reviewed the portfolio section in the WordPress editor, and everything appears to be fine there. However, when I view the site live, the layout breaks and the portfolio section doesn’t display correctly.
Please see the attached screenshot of the site editor here: >>> https://prnt.sc/ILSnju4Rk7G0
And the screenshot of the site in View mode here: >>> https://prnt.sc/N9oueFOwDxqk
Could you please assist me further in resolving this issue permanently?
Thank you once again!
Hello W1comms,
This happens because the header/navigation is coming from Elementor Pro Theme Builder, so the required theme scripts don’t load properly on the live site and the portfolio layout breaks.
Please disable Elementor Pro Theme Builder header, and use the theme’s Sections (Header) with our Horizontal Menu widget (same as the demo). After that, clear all cache (plugin/CDN/browser) and recheck.
Thank you.

I’m having so much trouble with StudioFifty Core Plugin. It made errors to visualize the web,. There is a new version?
Hello MarketeamAgency,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience — we’ve replied to your email with details to fix the duplicate content issue (including disabling the Titlebar, etc.); please review that message.
Thank you.
First off, I want to say “great job” on the design and functionality of the StudioFifty theme. I have encountered a few issues (after Import Demo Data) in both my local and online installations and need your help to fix the following:
(My website: curious-apple.com)
(1) The “About Us” page—in “tablet” portrait screen size, this page is not responsive. By this I mean that at a screen size of 768×1024, for example, the image overlaps the heading and text. Please provide the CSS needed (and instructions for adding it to Elementor), to correct the overlap.
(2) Back to top “arrow” button—in the “mobile phone” screen size, the size of the scroll to top “arrow” button is marginally adequate. I find that on my iPhone, I have to touch the button multiple times to get the button to initiate scroll to top. For that reason, I would like to scale the button up a bit, like about 20%. Please provide the CSS needed (and instructions for adding it to Elementor). Suggest you modify this in the next theme update.
(3) Off-canvas menu’s submenu open motion—The submenu slides out vertically in an “abrupt” manner and I think would be more consistent with the theme design to have them slide out gradually. I believe this could be done using a CSS transition or GSAP. Please add this enhancement to your next StudioFifty theme update.
If you need to login to my online website, just let me know and I will create an administration credentials for you.
Hello wp_boffin,
1.About Us (tablet overlap @ 768×1024): This is typically an Elementor column/spacing setting (negative margin / positioning). Please send your website admin login details via our profile page contact form ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ).
2.Back-to-top button (mobile +20%): Add this CSS in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.swm-btt-btn svg { font-size: 19px; }
}
3.Off-canvas submenu animation: The submenu uses a simple instant toggle by design to avoid conflicts across different mobile browsers/plugins. Adding slide animations (CSS/GSAP) can introduce issues depending on menu markup and scripts, so we’ve kept it standard for stability.
Thank you.
Hi, Nice template and mostly easy to work with. that said, i have some few questions I need answer to:
1. Where do I find the page template for the single article? Need to add a code script for blog article reader.
2. I had the Grid view on the main blog page, but this is suddenly changed to right marg, how to fix this back?
3. How to install only single demo pages to my one demo site?
Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon,
Kindly, Marcus
Hi Marcus,
Thanks for your message and happy to hear you’re enjoying the template so far – great to have you on board. Please find answers to your questions below:
1. Single Article Page Template : To customize the single blog post layout, we recommend using Elementor.
You can import the demo single post layout (included in the one-click demo import), customize it, and then save it as a reusable template.

2. Blog Grid Layout Changed : The blog grid layout is created using Elementor. To restore it, follow these steps:
Go to Settings → Reading and make sure no page is selected as the blog page.
Then go to Theme Panel → Advanced Settings → Posts List Page, choose Custom, and select your Blog Grid page.
3. Importing a Single Demo Page : At the moment, single page demo import isn’t available. The full demo needs to be imported first, and then you can simply delete the pages you don’t need.
Thank you.
