I just purchased this theme and am developing the site locally. I’ll push live to my server once complete, but the theme is asking me to register on my local install before I can import or finish setup. How can I transfer the site license to live server when ready?

I am trying to keep the header that appears in https://brighthub.casethemes.net/automation-saas/ as a default header for all my pages, but I am not able to see that header template in the theme options. Is it possible to add Registration and login?
After the login, is it possible to integrate with some payment system (stripe for example)? when a purchase is confirmed, the user will have options to download some files.

How do we choose a specific demo, like the crypto one in your demo site? There is only 1 demo to import, and nothing from the examples you showcased here on themeforest.

I see the theme has been uploaded today.. I notice the the demo is working perfectly fine on your site. but when i downloaded it a few days ago half the stuff is broken for example. The blog grid isn’t showing the images. Hopefully this is fixed with the latest release.

Nope still broken - Blog Image not showing up in grid - Navigation has the drop down arrows when there’s no sub menu - Appearance > Menu load super slow because you’re loading thousands of icons

I don’t think that’s the smart way to release updates. Every update should change the version number and should be accompanied by a changelog. Is there a changelog for the most recent version?

3. The text doesn’t show when using Case Marquee

6. Case Social Icons just say [object object] when added and there are no styling options
7. Case nav menu does nothing , doesn’t even show up on front end

All of these issues are not specific to my site – they are bugs in the theme for EVERYBODY – please pass this list on to your developer to fix them (same issuse will happen on their theme too )

Does this product need to activated through a server and is it domain locked? I plan to develop locally and then upload to a live site once it’s ready. I’ve had issues with other themes where they expect you to purchase another license once it’s live.

You need to activate the purchase code to use the theme but you can activate on localhost and after completing the project you can move to hosting without being locked out of anything.

WHERE IS THE E-COMMERCE DEMO? Others have commented that this is not available told weeks ago that it should be available. I posted a previous comment and was directed to support where I was asked for my admin login. JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION. IS THE E-COMMERCE DEMO AVAILABLE OR NOT? Are you sure you have downloaded the latest package from ThemeForest and installed the demo data? I have tested and installed multiple times with the latest package, the E-commerce Chatbot Demo is available when you install successfully.

When I originally messaged 2 weeks ago I had downloaded the latest file. You gave me the runaround with support and now it appears there are updated files as before there was no Child Theme. ANYWAY, now the woocommerce files are outdated and there is a critcal error when importing. What’t the solution for this??

No, we can discuss it publicly since you are refusing to provide the product and PAID support I purchased unless I remove my review.
For everyone reading, this is their reply to me after the theme purchased did not contain the advertised demo (E-commerce Chatbot). You can view several comments from others to confirm. They have now provided an update after 2 months, but you get a critical error because the Woo-commerce files are out of date and they are refusing to provide a fix unless I remove my review that called them out.
Here is Case-Themes’ reply:

I noticed that you gave a 1 star review before I responded to your ticket. You are leaving a bad review just a few hours after requesting support — this violates the review policy, and we can report this to Envato. This is also not fair to us. I’m still here to support you.
Additionally, you need to remove or change the review before I can review the issues with you.
