Hello,
We recently purchased and installed the MegaHertz – Podcast and Video Creator WordPress Theme, and overall we really like the design and features.
However, we are experiencing a serious compatibility issue with the W3 Total Cache plugin. As soon as W3 Total Cache is installed and activated, the website breaks / becomes inaccessible (white screen or fatal error). Disabling or removing the cache plugin immediately resolves the issue.
We would like to ask:
Are you aware of any known compatibility issues between the MegaHertz theme and W3 Total Cache?
Have you tested the theme with W3 Total Cache?
Do you recommend a specific caching plugin that is known to work well with this theme (e.g. WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Fastest Cache, etc.)?
Are there any specific settings (object cache, page cache, minification, etc.) that should be disabled to avoid conflicts?
We are running a standard WordPress setup, and caching is important for us due to performance requirements, so any guidance would be highly appreciated.

A misconfigured caching plugin can indeed cause white screens, fatal errors, or broken layouts. MegaHertz itself does not have a known incompatibility with W3 Total Cache, and it can work correctly when properly configured. That said, W3 Total Cache is quite complex and conflicts are most often related to aggressive settings (object cache, minification, or certain advanced options), rather than the theme itself.
For simplicity and reliability, I generally recommend WP Super Cache, which works very well with MegaHertz and most standard WordPress setups.
