I tried to contact tech support 5 days ago and I’m still waiting for resolve a lot of issues with this template. Looks like there’s a lot of others users complying about it and I could not read it before buy this template. Be careful if you want to buy it, you’ll struggle with many issues a pretty bad support. Now I would try to figure out how resolve on my own.

The demo data did not import correctly, and one of the main required plugins—☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️Charifund Core☠️☠️☠️☠️, which is essential for proper page layout—causes the entire website to crash every time it is activated.
I contacted support and provided full access to my website, but after the initial response, there has been no further communication.
This has been extremely disappointing, as the theme and overall display look nothing like the demo. As mentioned in other reviews, page elements are misaligned, and several components do not render or load correctly.
I truly regret not reading the reviews more carefully before making this purchase. ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Solved Custom Slider.
See, I waited for several days to get the solution from you. Since I could not get the solution, I had to create my own custom slider using CSS and JavaScript to complete the project. Please, whatever solution you have, please document it and make it available for clients who purchase your theme. If clients have technical knowledge, they can fix the errors on it; otherwise, it would be difficult for people without technical knowledge in coding.

The Official Wordpress.org not recommending to give wordpress admin access even to theme author. Due to my past experience,I am not willing to do it. if you can’t provide support without out access, then process the refund. This theme is not useful in my case.

I have explained the issue very well, when I try to access services, projects, teams from Theme Options, I am getting an error- you are not allowed to access this. also get another error, your site has a critical error on the site- 500 error. I want to customise fund raising projects, cause, cause details, services etc. For two days, I am trying to find a solution on this problem.

The theme has these limitations that must be fixed: -You can not change text to sentence case, only Capitalise each word is available by default. -You cannot edit or remove the default Donations.

I have come here yo alert everyone before buying this theme if you prioritize seamless the author of theme wishes you to help you once it miss behaves but when it crushes and you try out using a different domain let say the first has not worked he only says am going to check I have been waiting for him to work theme but now it three weeks no help and yet I paid 6 months support I don’t know if they are taking our money or really helping us so I don’t encourage you to but unless the changes
