I am using your theme for a live e-commerce project, It is a wonderful theme, but I have encountered multiple functional limitations and layout issues that are critical for a modern Shopify/D2C setup. I would like to understand whether these features are supported, planned, or require custom development.
Please find the detailed issues below:
1. Product Page – Missing Core Features
No collapsible/accordion content for product descriptions, FAQs, ingredients, etc.
No option to add videos directly on the main product page (not gallery only).
No video carousel with clickable product links.
No way to embed rich media sections within product content blocks.
2. Bundle & Offer Sections
Bundle offer sections are not collapsible or modular.
Limited flexibility in layout and content hierarchy for bundle displays.
3. Footer Limitations
Footer content is not fully editable directly from theme settings.
No granular control over footer layout, links, or sections without code changes.
4. Banner & Animation Controls
No option to add banner animations (fade, slide, motion effects).
Static banners only, which limits visual engagement.
5. Announcement Bar & Social Integration
No feature to add social media icons/links in the announcement bar.
Announcement bar lacks customization options beyond basic text.
6. Contact & Media Upload
No built-in advanced contact form customization.
No direct video upload/management option inside theme sections.
7. Responsive & Alignment Issues (Major Concern)
Desktop version layout is not properly aligned with mobile version.
Elements shift, spacing breaks, and visual hierarchy changes between devices.
This creates a non-consistent user experience, which is critical for conversions.

Please let me know:
Which of the above features are supported or configurable within the theme.
Which features require custom code.
Whether there are planned updates to address these limitations.
Any recommended solutions or workarounds for alignment issues between desktop and mobile.
This project is time-sensitive, and clarity on theme capabilities will help us decide next steps.

Hi
There is a JS conflict when items are added to cart. The shipping bar value wont update after new items are added.
I saw the demo also has this issue. (https://bedesk-skincare.myshopify.com/)
My support has expired but it seems to be a bug that came on the purchase.
