HI ThemeArc, I purchased this theme and the core theme plugin won’t install. After going through demo setup.. setup was not install properly its come without demo content. I am developer I check everything myself in this theme . i HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL FREELANCE PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS THEME USING THIS THEME YOUR CAN NOT GETTING RIGHT SOLUTION FOR YOUR CLIENT YOU WSTE YOUR TIME. also i send you EMAIL many time and message for support but you are not providing me any response. Time is money dear. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND ON THE PURCHASE. Well developed themes do NOT have these many issues. But still your theme as a lots of problem. Highly recommended DO NOT BUY ANY THEME FROM AThemeArc.

Dear ThemeArc after 4 day you just install demo content in my website. but can you check there is no way to edit through elementor and facing issue to edit file with front end. I’m sure you are very compatible issue with this. and after you install this theme I got there speed to too slow also after install demo in my server notify to me you are adding viral infected file in server. I check log file through data importing some file are viral file so I requested to you. This is not the right way you provide me support for this website

Hi there, I purchased this theme a week ago and found that the image in the header banner is not loading correctly on iPhone. I tried to different iPhone and the image was blurred, it’s ok on android phones. I contacted the author 2 times and they have refused to provide support. They said they tested it on an iPhone simulator, and it looks fine.
I screen screenshots and they were rejected. If there was not a problem, I would not be asking for support? I will pay for a programmer to find and fix it. Very disappointed because the theme is otherwise amazing.

The notification may be generated by the Antivirus Automated system which is analysing the demo import task as a risk because while demo import there are incoming file requests in the browser background which gets uploaded into your hosting server. Antivirus defence system may detect it as a suspected/unusual activity and notify as ‘threat/suspect’. Don’t Worry, just ignore antivirus during installation. Note: Some time Antivirus apps may not show any report but automatically bypass demo files.
Template is not importing Demo files, actual template looks different from the one you offer to sell.
