To resolve this, please first delete the CubeWP plugins currently installed on your site. After that, download the latest versions of these plugins from CubeWP.com and install them again.

If you have already used your license on another website, please share your purchase code along with the domain where it was previously activated at contact@cridio.com. We will review it and reset the activation for you so you can use it on your current site.

I’m planning to build an online listing platform dedicated to sellers and buyers of honey products. I would like to confirm whether your system can support the business model I have in mind.

My goal is to implement subscription plans for both sellers and buyers, with the following structure:

Sellers: Different subscription packages allowing them to publish 20, 50, or unlimited ads.

Buyers: Buyers should be able to view all ads for free, but contact details and pricing information should only be visible to users with a paid 1-year subscription.

Before proceeding, I would like to know if your platform supports:

Different subscription levels with configurable ad limits for sellers.

Restricted visibility of certain fields (such as contact details and prices) for buyers without an active subscription.

A workflow where ads are publicly visible but key data is locked behind a membership.

Seller Subscription Plans

Yes, our system supports multiple pricing plans for sellers with configurable ad limits. You can create subscription packages such as 20 ads, 50 ads, or unlimited ads and assign limits accordingly.

Buyer Subscription & Content Restriction

At the moment, there is no built-in feature to restrict specific fields such as contact details or pricing for buyers based on subscription status. All listing details become visible to all users once the listing is published.

Ad Visibility

Listings can be visible publicly, but restricting key information behind a membership paywall is currently not available as a native feature.

If this feature is critical for your platform, we can suggest:

Using custom development to implement field-based access control, or

Using an external membership plugin with customization.

Hello, My work team and I are considering changing our current theme due to the developer’s poor service and support. We want to try this theme, but the “Try Demo” button on your page is not working and is showing an error. This detail is already a somewhat concerning point for us to consider, even though we are very interested in this theme.

Our platform is a very significant one and will receive a lot of attention and traffic given the business concept and industry niche we are targeting. For this reason, apart from acquiring the best possible theme, one of the most important aspects is support and assistance. Given that I see many comments about delays in support and many technical issues with the theme, we need to ensure as much as possible that we have the fewest technical conflicts and, above all, that we can get technical support as quickly as possible if needed. When I say as quickly as possible, I mean not waiting more than one day to receive a response. We understand that we are not your only customers, but for us, this goes straight to the core of our business, where making our customers wait is simply “Bad Business” for us and we don’t want that to happen ever.

We are interested in trying the demo before making the purchase and ensuring that we will receive quick responses if we request support. Can you fix that access to try the demo? Thank you.

Purchased this theme about 6 month ago and still having problem with installing a plug-in. all the plugin it uses doesn’t download at all. i also created ticket about 2 weeks ago, no answer at all

The theme is not working: the search filters do not function correctly, and all the search fields from the banner header are displayed, which is not correct.

Translations made with Loco Translate are not fully applied. I need everything to be fully translated into Spanish.

The theme demo shows a different configuration and appearance from what I have after installation. For example, the user panel is completely different.

1) Featured/ VIP listings for a specific duration(1, 7, 30 days and etc).

2) Automatic deactivation(not deletion) 30 days after a listing is published, with the ability for the author to manually reactivate it. Otherwise, it should be deleted 7 days after becoming inactive. It’s something like filtering out outdated listings that the authors forgot to remove.

3) Limit the number of free active listings per category, with the option to purchase additional active slots beyond the free limit.

Yes, you can offer VIP or featured listings with customizable durations. By default, any new listing is marked as a “Hot Listing” for the first 7 days, but this can be tailored to your needs.

Automatic Deactivation & Deletion Logic:

Absolutely. Listings can be automatically set to expire (deactivate) after 30 days. The author can manually reactivate them anytime within the next 7 days. If not reactivated, the system can be configured to permanently delete the listing after that grace period—effectively helping you filter out outdated content.

Limiting Free Active Listings Per Category:

Yes, using the pricing plan settings, you can limit the number of free active listings per category. You can also offer users the option to purchase additional active slots if they reach the free limit.
