Why are shop widgets not appearing on the shop page for the Mobex Theme?

They are all added under shop widgets in “Appearance->Widgets->Shop widgets” but they don’t appear on the page.

However, they appear (at least the “Product categories”) when added to “Shop before products widget area” but just won’t appear “Shop widgets”.

I have also checked “Inactive Widgets” and can seem to see any obvious exclusions.

Looks like I am missing a sidebar?

3. For the demo data, how do you assign or change a label (e.g. “belts, chains, rollers”) for each tab in the “tabs” megamenu?

i’m unable to install the demo. It just give me a 500 error. Error log not very helpful is there a manual setup?

How do I adjust the width of the dropdown so that selected megamenus can be wholly accommodated?

For example, using the widget for the “All Categories” button, any megamenu selected as content gets squeezed in and distorted.

Same applies to the Shop by brand AND Shop by categories.

How do I change Mobile Header colors? I have tried to change via the Header Section, it is not working. Also I have tried to use custom css. When logged in, the color is the new color. But when not logged in, the color is still the default blue.

Mega Menu – Parent Categories: I am able to edit the subcategories on the right side of the mega menu using Elementor and the mega tabs menu. However, I am unable to edit the parent category list on the left side. I have a screenshot showing the layout for reference. Could you kindly guide me on how to modify the parent category list?

Homepage Products Section Issue: On the homepage, the products section does not display correctly on the live site. While editing the homepage with Elementor, the products appear properly, but on the live site, the section keeps loading continuously. I also tried using the Essentials Addons product widget, which displays products correctly on the live page. I believe there may be a compatibility issue between the Mobex product widgets and Elementor.

The mobile sticky bottom menu does not show up

today I installed your Theme and after activating I see really bad perfomance the theme is loading endlessly on the front page.

Are there some perfomance tweaks? I checked the server perfomance its good! But the theme is loading millions of scripts.

Any changes to products—such as hiding the Add to Cart button—do not hide the price on the homepage; the price is hidden only on the Shop page and the Product page.

hi there. How can I choose a footer in a page. The footers in page options do not represent the footers in de footer section in the WordPress backend. There seeems no connection. If I choose a footer in the customizer nothing changes. Caches is emtied. What can I do.

In the mobile view, the product catalogue displays only categories that contain products, while empty categories are hidden.
