If server-side caching is enabled, disable it while developing. Then clear all cache, both in your browser and on the server.

Fixed the footer problem. It was something to do with Cookie Admin Pro.

I purchased the theme a long time ago and suddenly facing issues without making any changes. Since support has expired, I cannot create a ticket but this is a theme issue/bug.
The blog page layout suddenly has 2 separate Blog Title Bar and Subtitle shown on the main blogs page. This was not the case a few months ago and has suddenly happened when we recently checked the website.
The issue also exists on the individual blog page where the “Continue Reading” section appears twice. The one on the right hand side of the page is unnecessary.
This seems like a bug or issue with the theme itself since we have not added any new custom code for blogs within our website. Could you please take a look and let us know what needs to be fixed? Not sure if I should share the website link publicly or not – but please reach out to me directly if possible.

This issue only happens if the theme/plugins are not updated. If a caching plugin is installed, please clear your site cache and test again. Please also consider disabling the caching plugin or any other 3rd-party plugins/scripts, then test again.
⚠️ Important notice for WordPress 6.9 users
The recent WordPress 6.9 update (released on December 2, 2025) is causing CSS and layout issues in many Elementor-based websites. These problems are confirmed by Elementor, ElementsKit, and multiple community reports.
Temporary fix
Until Elementor and ElementsKit release new updates, please apply the following steps:
- Go to Elementor → Settings → Performance
- Set CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding
- Go to Elementor → Tools and click Clear Files & Data
- Clear your site cache and check your pages again.
Stable solution
If the issue continues, please downgrade WordPress to version 6.8.3. You can do this easily using the Core Rollback plugin.
What to expect next
We are monitoring this issue closely and testing all updates from Elementor and ElementsKit. Once new plugin releases are available and confirmed stable, you can safely update WordPress again.

Hello, do I need other premium plugins to use this theme? I see you’re using the morphing effect from Elementskit on one of your designs, which is a Pro (paid) effect. I only have the free version of Elementskit.
Hello! You don’t need to purchase any additional premium plugins to use the theme. The premium version of ElementsKit is already included in the theme package, so all features used in our demos are available to you.
We’ll also continue to provide updates and support for this plugin as part of your theme license.

All our Elementor-based themes are built entirely around the free version of Elementor, and we are not using any Elementor Pro widgets or features in the demo content.

Can I have more then one install on a single domain with a single license, I want to use it on a sub-domain and main domain name.
Hello, if you plan to use the item on a single domain or multiple subdomains ( multisite ) on the same website, you only need one Regular Licence.
If you plan to use the item on multiple domains or websites, you will need to purchase a Regular Licence for each domain.

Installing our theme over your existing website will not overwrite your current pages or content. However, please note that widgets or elements created with the Kadence theme will not be compatible, so you’ll need to rebuild those sections using our theme widgets.

You guys have a very annoying feature to import my demo. I have removed it from my old website (the domain name is also already not in my possession anymore) and when I want to remove the license from that site via https://my.keydesign.xyz/ it says an unknown error has ocurred. It’s too annoying to be true. I have bought 2 licenses and I am unable to use both. It’s probably great for you to have the most annoying feature of any Envato template designer, but it’s horrible for end users. Do you return the money or do you help me with revoking my key? Or are you gonna ask me to buy another one?

Is the product’s actual Front Page demo available as part of the theme integration? I’m yet to understand to see if this is so.
The client is requesting a mega menu on the product’s / theme’s landing page – as it’s a simple and cool implementation.
I’d like to make their site re-dev makeover as smooth as possible. Hence activating their license and spuring their enthusiasms.

The main landing page used for the demo is not included with the starter site demo import, as it was explicitly built for demo purposes. However, you can import any of the available starter sites by following this guide.

I have a client who is excited by a recent proposal to impliment a Landing Page (for a product and they are keen on the Online Course theme of Landpress. They are asking if at all I could refresh their existing site as well. Given they are very happy with the proposed Landing Page. No doubt they will require a new lincense and for me to impliment my proposal within their domain.
My question is how would I utilise more than one ‘template’ from the Landpress theme into one WP install? Would I use a ‘page template’ assigned to one theme and then a page(s) assigned another template for other pages? Or would I have to have 2 (or more) WP installs on the one domain – each serving up differing themes?
Sorry for the newbie Q.
(Ed. Or would I use something like the ‘multipage plug in’ to achieve the end result of more than one template of the one theme in one WP install?)

Great question! If you import multiple Starter Sites into one WordPress install, keep in mind that it will overwrite global site settings like colors, fonts, and sizes.
I’d recommend starting with a single Starter Site design and then building additional pages using the Template Library. You can browse all available blocks here.

Thx or the reply, but as suspected I cannot log a support ticket as my “Support” has expired and as I haven’t used the theme in production I’m not will to extend the support now by handing out another 40 bucks. Hello. All demos are already multipage, as they are on our live preview website. The homepage has a lot of sections and is pretty detailed, just like a one-page, but all inner pages, menus, forms are included on the demo import. Thank you.

Great, last question: on mobile, the menu covers the entire screen. When you click a link, you don’t see it scroll. You have to close the menu to see where the page is. Is there a solution for this in the theme settings?
