Hello, I have a few questions before making the purchase:
1 – Is it possible to manually order listings within the same category? Or can you only promote a listing to the top positions by marking it as featured? I ask this because if there are 10 featured listings in a category, I would like to control which one appears first.
2 – I’ve seen that you can count clicks on the “Call” button, but can you track other elements or buttons and display the stats of them on the owner’s dashboard?
3 – What functions can be assigned to each package? Can we restrict more features as we want based on the packages we create?

Hello, Quick question before i buy: Is there a possibility to hold the money paid by event participant and release it for the seller after buyer confirm that event took place and he attended? I am afraid of fake scam offers taking money of the clients. Or meybe a different mechanism is available in the theme? Thank you
By default you (site owner) keep all the money and make manual payouts un lessyou enable stripe split payments – in that case money goes immediately to listing owner and commission (if set) to you.

it seems that there is an issue with the Wallet Page at all. It shows me Withdrawable Balance 0€; Total Earnings 0€; Total Orders 0; Anyway, i already have 8 orders ( 3 refunded, 5 Completed). Also under Withdraw page (Or also Store Dashboard) – it shows me a balance of 20,99€.
Wallet page is also not replicating the Payout History or any Earnings.
Can you may confirm this bug?

Regarding ad campaigns: I would like to bill premium placements not by impressions or clicks, but by time. There should be x possible premium placements, and users can then book a slot for two weeks, for example.

But there’s no guarantee it will be displayed two weeks if there’s more ads and they are rotating each page refresh, it’s a bit more complex, unless you want to limit to only one active ad etc

Hello, I have a pre-license-purchase question.
I haven’t used this theme in a long time even though I purchased it. I’m looking forward to buy a new license for a new project, but it seems it lacks one basic feature this project needs, so I’m asking if it’s possible to add it in the soonest update.
The project is an events type, and as much as I tried, I can’t seem to make in the Single Listing Booking panel (frontend) to have different ticket types. We simply need to have Outer Area / Inner Area / Golden Area / VIP / Backstage tickets, etc. It only works with Extra Services addon, but that’s not feasible as it’s not UI/UX friendly and it makes the booking process so difficult and we want to keep it simple.
Please let me know if it’s possible that you integrate multiple ticket types in Events listings.
Sending some appreciation for your continuous work and updates on this theme. I haven’t worked with it for 6 years and I’ve worked with almost every directory theme on here, and Listeo is hands down the best I ever worked with.

We are facing a usability issue with the AI Chat & Search plugin on the Listeo theme.
Currently, the AI search has a limitation:
It only works with text shown in listings, metadata it can directly read, or training documents we provide.
It does not understand geographic hierarchies (e.g., Bali → Indonesia → Asia).
Because of this, we must keep two separate search bars:
One for the standard address/location search.
Another for the AI search.
This is confusing for users, as they don’t know which search bar to use. With the current setup, we cannot combine both into a single unified search experience.
We would like guidance on how to merge or unify the AI search bar with the location/address search bar in the layout, so users have one clear entry point for searching.
AI Search field is just enhanced keyword field, it’s not designed to filter location (just like keyword field isn’t). Chatbot does this but search field in search bar does not.

Hi pure themes team, Listeo looks awesome! It has almost every feature I’m looking for.
Do you have any plans to add any of the features below? They are important for my project.
1) Saved searches—users can save their frequent searches (e.g. all events in May and June in a city/country or within a radius of a location or all jobs in a specific category in a location)
2) Email alerts—users can get automatic email alerts when there is a new event or listing that matches their saved searches
In the meantime, do you have any suggestions for a workaround I could do to create this functionality outside of Listeo using perhaps the event/job database created by Listeo and other third-party plugins or automations?

It would be a game-changer for me. Love everything about Listeo and right now am debating whether I could have someone custom add this feature to make Listeo work for my purposes.
Another feature that would be helpful is a public “calendar view” of all the listings. I would like to build a global web platform for a citizen community and I want to have a page on the website that shows an event calendar with filters so people can choose the region & categories they’re interested in and quickly see what events are coming up in a visual calendar format.
There is already a calendar view on the internal dashboard (https://listeo.pro/calendar-view/). Something like this + filter/option buttons + map above + listings below would be so great!!

I have a problem and I need your help with it because it is very important in my current situation.
Currently, in the booking system, large amounts are being paid at the time of booking, and the payment gateways take a large percentage of the total amount, which makes the situation very complicated. After a lot of thinking, we came up with a solution as follows:
We want, for some bookings or based on the category, that the user pays 20% only, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the location or property.
In other sections, we want the user to pay the full amount.
And in some cases, we do not want the user to pay anything at all, because these are barter deals or classified advertisements.
To solve this problem, we searched and found several plugins that address this issue, such as Deposits & Partial Payments for WooCommerce, but it does not work with the booking system we are using.
We also tried YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments, but it did not solve the problem either.
I even went into the form-pay.php file and made some modifications, and everything appears correctly — the percentages and amounts display properly — but when redirecting to the payment gateway, the full amount is still charged instead of only 20%.
How can I solve this problem? It is truly a critical issue for us, and I really need your help.

However, our critical issue is that customers are currently required to pay the full amount at the time of booking, while we need a flexible system that allows:
For some bookings or categories, paying 20% now and the remaining upon arrival,
In other cases, paying the full amount,
Or not paying anything at all for certain special deals.
Since existing plugins did not work with our booking system, we require a custom modification in the theme functions or in the way payment data is sent to the gateway to implement this scenario.
Could you provide any guidance on which areas or functions in the theme can be modified to achieve this, or suggest a reliable method to add this customization?

We’re unable to offer any guidance with custom features development. There are some third party plugins developed by Listeo community you might want to check https://costaplugin.com/paiement-prealable-for-listeo/ but we didn’t test them, can’t guarantee if they work and how.

I can’t activate a Listeo license on a staging subdomain while it remains active on the live site.
During activation on the staging site (a staging.* subdomain), the wizard shows: Your key has been installed on another domain (live domain) – you can reset it here: https://purethemes.net/license/
In the License Manager, only the live domain appears under “Active Domains” and there’s no option to add/authorize the staging domain. Your documentation says one license can be used on one production site + one dev/staging domain (including staging.* ): https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/license-activation-rules/
What is the correct procedure to activate on staging without deactivating production? Do you need to whitelist the staging subdomain or reset/unlock the staging slot for this license?

Thanks for the reply. I’ve already tested both staging.* and local.* subdomains using the valid license key provided by my client. The key works only on the main (live) domain, but activation on the staging/local subdomains fails every time and returns: “Your key has been installed on another domain.”
I’ve tried multiple times via the Listeo Setup Wizard on a fresh WordPress install (same result each attempt).
I also checked with the AI Support Assistant first, and it ultimately advised contacting support.
When I open the support link you suggested and enter the license key, it shows: “Your support period expired on October 23, 2025.”
Do I need an active support period to resolve this? It looks like a License Manager issue, because I’m following the official activation rules exactly: https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/license-activation-rules/You mentioned the allowed staging formats “should work” but sometimes don’t. What should I do when it “sometimes doesn’t”? Is there a specific procedure, or can you manually unlock the staging/dev activation?

Each user earns points for every booking
When the points reach a certain number, the user gets a discount or a free booking
All this information is displayed on each user’s account page
