We opened our first support request on October 11, 2025, and since then we have been continuously delayed without a real solution. Despite explaining our issue clearly many times, sharing URLs, and providing annotated screenshots, the core problem has still not been fixed.
The theme does not work as advertised in its original demo. In the demo, clicking on cards in the LATEST CAUSES / Recent Fundraisers section redirects to a detailed page with content and images. On our site, clicking these cards opens a donation popup instead, which makes the theme unusable for our project.
Support replies have been mostly unrelated and in some cases marked as “solved” without actually solving the issue. Since October 11, we have not been able to use the theme in the way it was presented before purchase.
We are not requesting customization or extra features — only for the theme to function exactly as shown in the demo. Unfortunately, this situation has caused serious delays and inconvenience for our project.

I’m planning to purchase the Akcel Crowdfunding WordPress Theme for a charity project in Turkey (for donations to an orphan foundation).
Before purchasing, I have two important questions:
Does this theme fully support WooCommerce (for donation or product-based payments)?
Since Turkey doesn’t officially support PayPal or Stripe, is GiveWP compatible with Turkish payment gateways such as iyzico or PayTR when used with your theme?
In short, I’d like to know whether your theme can be used for a donation-based website in Turkey where people can make online payments safely.

When Elementor was updated to the latest version (16.x.x) none of the elements of the theme work. You should make an update about this.

I have installed the theme, but there is a form on the right side of the header where the Donate button is located and I cannot fix it. I purchased your theme because I liked the design, but there seems to be a bug here. There is a form related to the Give WP plugin. I am sending a screenshot attached. I am looking forward to your assistance as soon as possible.

Thank you, the problem has been fixed. It would be great if you could add this to the update. However, the homepage is loading very slowly due to errors related to swiper-bundle-min.js. I would appreciate it if you could also check these.
