Hi BoldThemes team,

I am working on a website for a medical clinic (neurohazzan.de) using the Medicare Theme.

I am having issues accessing the Frontend Editor. Currently, the “Edit with Bold Builder” button is missing from both the WordPress top admin bar and the “Pages” list in the dashboard.

My current setup is:

Bold Builder: Version 5.7.0

Medicare Plugin: Version 2.1.7

I suspect there might be a version mismatch causing the visual editor not to trigger correctly. Could you please help me restore the frontend editing capabilities?

I just purchased the theme and I can’t seem to upload the demo. Your instructions don’t include demo upload I’m used to going to settings – Import then – Wordpress and then just upload the demo which usually contains everything. What am i missing?

Hello! We’re planning to purchase and install your WordPress theme for a clinic website. We’d like to clarify the licensing and technical requirements. What is the correct way to activate the theme if development will be done on a test domain/subdomain (dev/staging) and later the site will be moved to the main domain?

• Is activation on a staging environment allowed, with a subsequent domain change without purchasing an additional license? • Are there any limits on the number of domains/transfers under a single license?

Yes, you can use as many environments as you wish as long as one theme license ends up in only one production WordPress environment.

There are no technical constraints related to installing the theme in multiple environments, but if you use single license in multiple environments, it represents a material breach of license terms.

After updating my Wordpress version my website went in recovery mode. I’m not able to fix this issue. Recovery details:

Hi,

Unfortunately, these are server level errors not php errors.

There is an alternative solution. If you switch on the WordPress DEBUG mode, by setting

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

in wp-config.php, the error should display right on the screen. For detailed explanation please refer to https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Thanks for the purchase. Judging by the recording and your inputs, it seems that the url property of the image contains some value. Please make sure that it is empty of all non white characters by deleting its content.

Hello,

Since the last update, I’ve been experiencing an issue with the “Latest Post” element. There is usually a plus (+) icon inside, but now a white circle appears instead of the plus icon when the element is not being hovered over. On hover, everything looks fine and the plus icon shows up correctly, but when not hovered, the white circle is shown in the center instead.

I’ve already removed my custom CSS and restarted everything, but the issue still persists.

This vulnerability is highly dangerous and expected to become mass exploited.

PHP Object Injection This could allow a malicious actor to execute code injection, SQL injection, path traversal, denial of service, and more if a proper POP chain is present.

Please fix it. Patchstack and Wordfence still are warning about your theme is dangerous and they say you have NOT PATCHED it.

If you are referring to appointment booking features, Medicare does not come with the appointment booking functionality. You would need to use the third party plugin of your choice for that.

Related to Bold Page builder functionality, you can install it from WordPress.org on any of the WP’s default themes and try it out.

Is there a patch for this theme? The site we bought the theme for, was hacked through PHP Object Injection. You can override the function boldthemes_get_heading_html from /php/bold_themes_functions.php in your child theme’s functions.php file (just copy and paste the entire function from the theme to child theme’s functions.php)

Once you do that, change

You will get the following iframe code:

Place the Raw Content Element into the desired column, then add the iframe code into the Raw Content Element and set the class “facebookreel” into the Extra Class Name(s) property of the parent column (custom tab)

Finally, make sure to add the following either to Custom CSS of the page in Bold Page Builder, or using some other method:

.facebookreel iframe{
    width:500px !important;
    height:889px !important;
}

Naturally, you need to place CSS only once either on the page or the site.
