The “Compatible up to” version shown on ThemeForest simply indicates the latest version we have officially tested the theme with. It does not mean the theme will break on WordPress 6.9.1. In most cases, minor WordPress updates (such as 6.9.x) do not cause compatibility issues.

We are currently testing the theme with the latest WordPress version and will update the compatibility tag after verification.

If you purchase the theme and experience any compatibility issues with WordPress 6.9.1, please open a support ticket and we will assist you promptly with a fix or update if needed.

Regarding refunds: all refund requests are handled according to Envato’s refund policy. If there is a confirmed technical issue that prevents the theme from functioning as described and it cannot be resolved, you may submit a refund request through Envato.

I have another question: I have updated Konstruktic core plugin without updating the theme (I have an old version) and I found out that the layout of my website is corrupted. When I will update the theme should this corruption be solved?

Guide update: https://byduoc.gitbook.io/update-template If you haven’t made any code modifications to the original theme, you can download the latest version, then delete the current one, upload the new theme, and check your site again. Please make sure to back up your site before updating.

The scroll animation effect used on the “We value your trust & build since 1983” section in Homepage Demo 7 is not a default Elementor or Elementor Pro animation.

This effect is created using a custom JavaScript scroll animation combined with CSS, specifically implemented within the theme to achieve a smoother and more controlled text reveal during scrolling.
