Hi, there are many errors, the Posts Slider does not work, nor does the menu on mobile devices. It is not possible to submit a ticket on your support site, I am afraid I will request a refund.

Please note that the theme purchase code is allowed to be used on one single production installation, and optionally – one development installation. Before deleting the test site or reinstalling the theme there is a need to deactivate the license in Daily Bulettin -> License tab so that it can be reused.

Should you need to start over with your website in future – you can follow one of the following procedures:

1) Run a wp-reset plugin on your existing installation – this way your purchase activation will be preserved on this domain, but the installation will be clean https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

2) Deactivate license on existing installation in your WordPress dashboard in Daily Bulettin -> License tab, and then activate it on another one.

Besides in your WordPress dashboard proceed to the Tools > Site Health tab and make sure that all the recommended WordPress modules are enabled on your server. There shouldn’t be any critical issues in the Site Health Status as well.

We also highly recommend to import the demo content to a clean website and disable all third party plugins before import.

If your server settings before import have not matched the recommended requirements, then after changing the server settings, you need to deactivate the license (in Daily Bulletin > License tab), reset the site (you can use the WP Reset plugin), activate the theme and import the demo content.

I just purchased this theme a few days ago. I would say the theme design/layout is very good that was what attracted me to purchase the theme. Setting it up is so difficult and it’s even hard to get the site to look like the demo you guys posted. After spending 4 good days on customizing it I decided to quit.

Everyone including me has said how difficult it is to set up this theme. I thank you for allowing a refund, which gives me trust in you. But with all the comments saying the same, do you plan to make the system different so it’s easy to set up? I would give this another try if you changed it. Clearly at the moment there is a problem with the user interface and set up, to make this a success please take all of the comments as feedback and make important changes asap because the theme is actually so nice.

Elementor Website Builder is a powerful plugin and to function correctly some requirements are required by the plugin itself. By activating CMSMasters Elementor Addon all published content disappears. Without activating it you can create virtually nothing, With all due respect, you published this theme too early. Difficult to configure, very heavy with the required plugins activated

The website where your theme is activated is a test site (at least for now). Before changing the theme on the main site with thousands of visits, we test it and your theme has not passed the test so far.

Is it possible you for you to add article labels? Labels would show before the article title, on the homepage etc and inside the article. Used for like “Live” “Sponsored” “UPDATED” etc?

And how do we turn off the paywall? It’s something we do not want to have on. Thanks

Our site and server meets the requirements, even further than what is suggested but again, it’s still not plugging the actual homepage for politics. What’s even more annoying the manual step you shown, when going to Appearance, there is no theme set up setting, in the child theme or main theme. I’ve never known a theme to be so complicated to set up before? I appreciate this is new but it is well buggy. I’ve wasted a lot of time on this already. I am a server admin, and I have validated the requirements too. I’ve requested a refund because this whole setup does not want to work and I do not wish someone external accessing our site or dev production. Hope you can understand. Thanks

Please note that if you have chosen the Politics design after you imported the other design content, or in case you have chosen one-click installation without importing demo content the only way to import the content after that is to make the fresh installation.

To start over with your website you can run a WP Reset plugin – your purchase activation will be preserved on the domain but the installation will be clean. After that you’ll be able to run the demo import process once again but please make sure to check the “Import dummy content” checkbox.

After installing demo content your website should look like our demo with all pages, posts and images. In case if you don’t need the paid content on your website you can simply deactivate and uninstall the Paid Memberships Pro plugin.
