Dear August Theme Support Team,

I hope you’re well. I’m currently using the August theme purchased via Envato for my Shopify store, and I need your assistance with a few issues I haven’t been able to resolve:

1. Translation Issue – “Add to Wishlist” On the product pages, I’m unable to translate the “Add to Wishlist” button into French (“Ajouter aux favoris”). I’ve tried theme translation settings but this specific element doesn’t update.

2. Quantity Selection Exceeds Stock Even when a product has limited inventory (e.g., 3 items), the quantity selector on the product page allows customers to increase the quantity far beyond that number (e.g., 6 or 7). I want the quantity selector to be capped at the available inventory level.

3. Footer Text Capitalization In the footer, the “Nous Contacter” link displays with a capital “C”. I’d like it to be “Nous contacter” with a lowercase “c”, but I can’t find a way to change it.

4. Mobile Version – Filter Button Color On mobile, when browsing categories, the filter button appears in dark blue. I’d like it to match my brand’s green (same green as my logo – Pépita), but I haven’t found where to update this color.

Could you please advise me on how to fix these issues, or provide the necessary code/CSS edits if applicable?

What apps are compatible with this theme for adding an Instagram feeds widget? I tried to using the GSC Instagram Feed app, but when trying to add it to the theme, it said it is not compatible. Also, in the “Instagram Customize” section: How can I attach my Instagram directly to it? How can I get my Instagram feeds to automatically load in there?

How do I edit the text on a button? For example, the newsletter button says “Subscribe” but I want to update that text to something else. How do I do that?

Hi Team, I have just downloaded you August – Multipurpose theme and when I am trying to import the zip file I am getting this error zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”

I am having so many issues with the theme. I can not get spacing correct on the about us, a space in between paragraphs and making everything centered on the about us page. I am also trying to move the description up on the products. I am trying to place a space in between two images that are grouped together. There are certain things not working with this theme that has me trying to do major coding.

Hello! In our collection pages, we can’t visualize all the active products in the store. In the collection section on shopify, it all seems correct and the products are part of the collection we are trying to see. Shopify told us that it has to do with the theme. How can we solve this issue?

I want to remove the add to cart button next to the quick shop but can’t see how. If I renew support, will you help me with this or is a developer request? Also the size filter doesn’t work too well so hope to get some help with that as well. Are there any updates to the theme since I purchased?

I purchased the August theme last year. I have recently tried to update the product descriptions but the dummy text is not updating.

I’m having issues with the filters in the theme. Firstly, their configuration is very limited, and secondly, they have some bugs. For example, the price range filter only filters the visible page and not the entire store, which is incorrect behavior.

Additionally, the theme is incompatible with the Shopify Search & Discovery plugin, which could solve this issue with its much more configurable filters.

What I need is either a fix for the bugs in the filters or assistance with installing Shopify Search & Discovery on the August theme.

I would like to add filters to my left sidebar for the variants I have in my store (color, and size), but I see that it doesn’t work, it tells me: The current theme does not support filters.

I want to do it directly with the variants, not using tags. To test it, install “Search & Discovery”.
