Hello i am interested in two speicifc features, and i didnt understand if your booking engine support them. The first is, if I can declare the number of free seats left for every tour. And the second is if i can add some pickup points and time (different for every tour). If they are not supported is there a way to include them?

• Free seats left: Yes. You can set a maximum number of guests per tour, and the system automatically shows the remaining available seats. • Pickup points & times: Yes. You can add multiple pickup locations with different pickup times for each tour.
Both features are supported out of the box, and they can be extended if needed.

We would like to clarify that after you submitted a support ticket and provided admin access, we successfully installed the Togo theme and imported the demo on your website. Everything was working correctly at that time.
Now, we noticed that the website was manually switched to another theme, which removed the Togo theme and its demo content. This action was not related to any issue with our product.
According to ThemeForest’s refund policy, refunds are not applicable once:
The item has been downloaded and used
The theme has been installed and demo imported successfully
Support has been provided and the product works as described
We are always willing to continue supporting you if you decide to use the Togo theme again.

Hello, Is your theme have discount option on the set price? I mean 1 adult cost 50$ and 2 adults cost just only 70$ instead of 100$ total?

Currently, the theme does not support automatic quantity-based pricing (e.g. 1 adult = $50, 2 adults = $70) by default. Pricing is either per adult or a fixed package price.
You can:
- Create a fixed package (e.g. “2 Adults – $70”), or
- Request custom development for tiered pricing.

I am using the Togo WordPress theme for a travel website and I am facing three issues:
Elementor content not showing: When I create a new tour and edit it with Elementor, everything works correctly inside the editor. However, after clicking Publish, the content does not appear or does not work properly on the frontend.
Reviews issue: Some old tours already have reviews and they work correctly, but there is no field or form to add new reviews. This happens on old tours as well as on new or duplicated tours.
Custom slug / URL: I want to customize the URL of tour types. For example, instead of mywebsite.com/togo_trip_types/private-tour/, I want to change togo_trip_types to a custom name. Currently, I cannot find a way to do this.
I have checked WordPress settings and made sure that all required Togo plugins are activated, but the issues are still present.
Could you please help me fix these problems and explain how to properly enable Elementor content, reviews, and custom slug names for tours?

I see that Customer Information Fields, at checkout they are requested for each individual guest. So if for example someone wants to use this function to ask for general information about a group of people (a hotel, a flight,...), this request for information is repeated for each individual guest. This thing is not really convenient

Your built-in multi-currency feature doesn’t work correctly in the checkout page when the currency change in the page.. it’s just changing the symbols not the price with the rate.. so What if I want to use another plugin! will it work or no?

It seems there’s a misunderstanding. Our built-in multi-currency feature does change both the currency symbol and the product price based on the exchange rate, as long as you have configured the currencies correctly in Customizer → Multi-Currency. On the checkout page, the final price will always follow the selected currency.
If you still prefer to use a third-party multi-currency plugin, it won’t automatically integrate with the theme’s custom checkout flow. In that case, we will need to provide custom integration, which may require an additional customization fee.
