Could you please confirm whether your theme uses a Smart Form (or “smart typography”) functionality for form inputs?
If so, would it be possible to deactivate this feature? We are currently experiencing compatibility issues with our logistics interface, as this functionality appears to modify certain characters entered in the forms.

I am using the Joice WordPress Theme on my website, and I am experiencing issues with text translation.
I can’t change the placeholder text in the search input. I have tried editing searchform.php, using PHP filters, and adding custom JavaScript in funtions.php, but the theme scripts seem to overwrite my changes.
“Buy Now” Button Text: Similarly, I cannot change the text on the “Buy Now” buttons throughout the site.
Could you please advise me on the correct and update-safe way to customize both the search field placeholder and the “Buy Now” button text in german?

Sure, it is just animation. From the block you have the animation just go to advanced settings >> enovathemes section and find stagger animation

I am using WooCommerce with prices entered excluding VAT, while the website is configured to display prices including VAT.
However, the “Frequently Bought Together” and “Compare Products” sections are displaying the raw backend prices, without taking into account the WooCommerce tax display settings.
We attempted to override this behavior via functions in the child theme, but this did not resolve the issue. The pricing only updates correctly when changes are made directly in the parent theme, which we would obviously prefer to avoid.
Would it be possible to update the theme so that these sections respect the WooCommerce tax and price display settings?

Hello,
I installed the theme on a development domain to build the site from scratch and followed all the instructions from the documentation.
While updating the typography settings (Appearance → Theme → Typography), the website stopped responding right after clicking Save and now displays an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error.
I experienced the exact same issue on my previous staging domain, which is why I restarted the setup on a new development domain. Unfortunately, the problem persists.
Each time this happens:
the website becomes unreachable,
the WordPress admin dashboard is also inaccessible,
access is restored only after 30 to 60 minutes, sometimes longer.
The issue seems to occur every time I try to save something, whether it’s:
theme options (Appearance),
or even simple page edits (design or content changes).
I need help identifying the root cause of this issue, as it completely blocks development.
Could you please assist in investigating this problem?

I purchased the Joice Jewelry theme a few months ago, but I only recently had the chance to start using it. My support period has already expired, but I’m hoping you can still help me with an issue related to the mobile bottom navigation bar.
On mobile, the theme displays a bottom bar with buttons such as Account, Categories, Cart, Search, and Top. The HTML block looks like this:

My main concern is the Categories button. My website uses English and Spanish, and I removed all the default categories to add my own. However, the Categories button now shows only one of the categories I created, and I haven’t found any option in the theme settings, header, footer, Elementor templates, or Customizer to configure what this button displays or how it gets the category list.
I would really appreciate some guidance on:
Where to edit or customize the buttons in this mobile bottom bar.
How to disable specific buttons (for example, removing the Account button).
How to properly configure the Categories button so it shows all my categories or follows the correct WooCommerce category list.
There is no documentation explaining how this “sticky-dashboard” bar works, so any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you because I am experiencing some issues while translating my website using your theme.
I am translating the site to Spanish and using the “Loco Translate” plugin, but some strings do not appear in the translation panel. Specifically:
In the mobile version, the buttons Account, Categories, and Cart do not show up as translatable strings in Loco Translate. I cannot find these words anywhere in the theme or plugin files.
In the Featured Products section, the category labels Rings, Earrings, and Necklace also do not update after editing or translating the categories. The text does not change on the frontend.
When switching to the mobile menu, the top section still displays Categories and Account, and I cannot find where to translate those strings either.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to properly translate these elements, or where I can find the specific files or text domains that contain these strings.
