I am using the latest version of your theme. My website URL is: https://paintedrhythm.com/
After updating the theme, my website is not loading properly.
I checked all plugins and found this issue:
When I deactivate the Redux Framework plugin, the website works fine. When I activate Redux Framework, the website starts having loading problems. It looks like there is a compatibility issue between the latest theme update and Redux Framework.
I updated the theme correctly and also cleared the cache, but the issue is still there.
Please:
Check this issue Provide an updated or fixed version of the theme Or guide me with a proper solution Please reply to this ticket as my website is live and facing issues.

It says I need to renew support, but this is a bug report, not something I need help with. I just wanted to update the theme to the new version (which I’m entitled to even without renewing support) but the new theme breaks the website!

I just download your latest Davici templte update : davici_v1.3.7_by_Wpbingo.
When I read your Documentation index.html we can see that the manual for your template is dated Latest update: 03/07/2020.
Why dont you have a updated manual ? why dont you have any update instructions ,no manual?

Updating is very simple, you just need to replace the wpbingo plugin and the original theme folder. The most important thing is to back up what you have customized, this is something we cannot intervene and control, so we cannot guide you to update in detail.

We have brought this theme in 2022. But since then the theme is still in the same version. Now, Because of the compatibility we are suffering from the updates of the theme with the compatible plugins, And we want to upgrade our store (https://www.asgharfurniture.ae/) to the latest version.
Could you kindly confirm if Davici, Theme will be upgraded and compatible in future with the latest versions of WordPress & plugins?

Thanks for your respond! Yes, Divici is compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.
The theme is not compatible with any new plugin updates woocommerce elementor etc. All the plugins are causing issues, Speed of your theme is gone so low. and Nothing is working properly. There’s not optimizations done from your side.and neither the theme has been updated for the last 2.8 years, and you guys are saying that the theme is still compatible with all the latest versions.
In woocommerce only there is a lot of drawbacks, All the variable types and other coded issues in your theme are from 2 years before. everything changed in woocommerce. The elementor is running so slow by using your theme.
I know for sure that this theme is not at all compatible with the latest versions of the Wordpress and its plugins.
The questions i want to ask that will there gonna be any any major theme update in future?
Redux is not working with your theme anymore. as soon as we update redux it start giving errors. and we have to stick to the old version still.

We only made updates to make the item work properly with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce, so we didn’t write it in the changelog.
