Hi, I need an help to understand why the max-width of this portfolio changed with the latest updates.
https://radiantcooling.com/project/broad-beach-residence/I notice this only today, please could you help me to find the problem?
Thanks
Enrico
To work around the problem, I temporarily added this rule:
.project-page .page-container { max-width: 100% /* Maybe the project page with to 100% */ }
To see the original problem, disable this temporary rule.
Thanks
Another bug report. In blog settings (both in elementor and in theme options) if you select “Thumbnail Size – Original” the website still shows different cropped images of the original image. Please fix. Thank you

Hi, I installed demo 34 of the theme, in the Elementor version. I’m trying everything to disable the light and dark sections, even deleting the class from the containers, to no avail. I also disabled the dynamic color, to no avail. Can you please investigate? Thanks a lot.

I have latest theme of Ohio and there seems to be an issue with Elementor sidebar loading. Can you check that it works currently for the theme on your end? I’ve already done all tests with updating Elementor / Elementor Pro, Up’d the PHP memory, switch themes and the Elementor plugin works when Ohio is not active. Thus seems to be a theme issue.

Hey! As many others reported a couple of months ago, the issue with the 2x Hamburger menu is still present.
Opening works just fine but when i Close the one hamburger menu on mobile, the standard one still appears behind it and the second one has to be closed as well.
In one comment i found a statement that this would be resolved in the next update (for months ago) but it is still present to date.
Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
We’ve already fixed that issue. However, if you use a child theme, an outdated hamburger menu template might still be there.
Please submit a ticket with your inquiry at our help center, and we will help you update the template with the latest changes.

Hi, is it possible to have a different menu in a specific page? So, menu1 for the site and menu2 for a specific page.
Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Unfortunately, no, you can use a specific menu layout only:https://tppr.me/JKwOKG

You can make it for me using Elementor?

hi, i want to use the Cooming soon demo on my main site while working on the staging with the same license. Is that possible?
Hi,
We appreciate you reaching out.
You can detach and move your license to another domain at any time via the theme’s dashboard. Additionally, if you need a maintenance page, you can enable the built-in feature by navigating to Theme Settings > Maintenance Mode.

I’m editing a portfolio page, but I can’t find where to edit the subtitle. I looked in the “edit” menu, but I couldn’t find it.

Hello!
How is it possible to make the tabs of the “Ohio tabs” widget – buttons, or change the content type to URL?
I need to click on a tab to open a specific page.
(This is necessary because the content inside each tab is quite extensive, and a page with tabs with a single URL takes a long time to load)
Thank you!
maybe its possible to provide some css code or js snippet or you can help me with the method to do it… ?
I tried to solve this problem using standard buttons, but 1. There are quite a few tabs – 4 2. There is a problem with displaying on mobile devices, where some of the buttons are moved to a new line, and it looks quite awkward. I used the overflow-x: auto rule and hid the scrollbar using scrollbar-width: none, but the overall design still looks rather clumsy without the specific animations of Ohio Tabs.

Your team is probably busy building out your theme empire, but if you are taking recommendations for future updates, it would be great to see the following:
- FluentCart Support. It is gaining steam!
- Elementor has a maintenance page. Possible duplicate feature?
Keep up the great work! If you are on the fence, here are the benefits.
- Great documentation
- Flexible and fast
- Solid support
- Frequent Updates (6 years)
This theme is a great buy. I look forward to future templates!
Cheers!
Hi,
Thank you so much for the kind words.
We’ve added it to our to-do list and will see what we can do about implementing it in the future.
Regarding the maintenance page, we have that feature built in. You can find it under Theme Settings > Maintenance Mode.
Thanks again for your suggestions!

Hello
1. Is it possible to use CSS to hide the words “Author,” “Published,” “Join the conversation,” “Author’s name,” “Comments,” and “Date” from the blog post title?
I have included an image below: https://ibb.co/5xTmxqg1Thank you for all your help.
Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Here’s the code:
/*Code*/
.page-headline {
.post-meta-holder {
display: none;
}
}
Please let us know if it works for you.

There is a default header for the pages in this theme, but there is no method to edit them in the ‘theme setting’. Can you provide an update for this?
I looked at all the options for ‘theme settings,’ the WordPress edit page (side bar and options below) and in Elementor. I must be missing a button or selector.
Please advise. Cheers!

Found! Thank you!
You are Welcome!
Hello! I have a question: Does the theme include a native image hotspot or shoppable image feature, or does it require an additional plugin?
Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we do not have a built-in feature for this at the moment.

Maps driving me mad. Navigation arrows glitch after theme update. .. nightmare! Cant even report a bug anywhere.
Hi,
Thanks for contacting support.
We need a bit more information before getting this resolved. Do you have any errors displayed? If not, you should enable debug mode in your wp-config.php file to log all errors, notices, and warnings:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

I’ve just bought and installed your theme, and really want to base my content on Demo 32 – Design Agency. However, I’ve also noticed a lot of the other demos have a simple switch between light & dark versions. Is that option available for the demo I want to use?
Hi,
We appreciate you reaching out.
From your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Ohio Theme > Theme Settings > Appearance > Color Scheme, and you should see an option to enable the color mode switcher and define its position.

Thanks for the speedy reply, no sooner did I post my query and I had already found it. Now I’ve got your attention though, there’s another issue I’m having. I’m trying to set fonts for headings and body text to match my client’s brand bible, but when I try to select them where I assume I’m meant to, the drop down selector for the font family only shows DEFAULT, yet if I go edit a page with elementor, select a piece of text, I can access many fonts – the ones I want. Clearly, I don’t want to have to specify this manually with every piece of text on the site. What am I missing please?

I would like to point out another bug (which has already occurred like year ago and was manually fixed by Ohio Team, and then an update was released and it was fixed in the update).
Now it has occurred again (after the update on December 19 or even on October 29, I can’t remember exactly):
The bug is that the vertical decorative background lines are shifting in different blocks instead of being continuous.
My website: https://isaya.ru/ – check out how it looks on the main page.
I cleaned the cache using WP Rocket, as well as the Elementor cache. I do not have any CSS code associated with displaying these lines. The blocks are made using Elementor blocks.
Hi,
Thanks for notifying us. Unfortunately, we can’t open your website. Could you share a screenshot of the issue?

Hello sir can we customise header and footer with elementot in this
Hi,
We appreciate you reaching out.
Yes, but that requires the Elementor Pro plugin.

I was just browsing your site, and I was thinking of buying it. But one thing I must say: the website structure is not that great. It loads unnecessary CSS and JavaScript, and I think you guys should improve that. Otherwise, the website is very good.
Also, is there any recommended plugin like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed (or any similar plugin) that would help improve my site’s & And also any plugin like rank math or other which plugin you would recommend if I buy this theme to use it with it
Hi,
We appreciate you reaching out.
We’ve been trying to showcase as many features as possible in our demos. As a result, some pages may contain extra code that impacts Google PageSpeed Insights scores.
Every website is unique, and depending on content usage, its performance might vary. There are optimization techniques available to improve performance once your specific site is developed. You can use LiteSpeed, W3 Total Cache, Hummingbird, etc.

https://ohio.clbthemes.com/my-account/ ” The page Sign up and sign in is very bad Design compare to whole website, also no google or Facebook login setup alsoalso can we create custom Header & footer
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
If you have examples with better UI, we’d gladly check them for inspiration.
Unfortunately, there’s no built-in social login in WooCommerce. However, some third-party plugins might help you with that.
You can use Elementor Pro plugin to create a custom header and footer.

As the other fellow mentioned, regarding the Learning Management System: it does not have to be your own app.
If there is any app that is supported by it, please implement that.
It does not have to be your developed app. At least pick a app and please make it comfortable with the theme
It has been a multiple time where I have not able to choose your theme because the theme does not support the LMS
As you know right now there are many individuals that want to sell their courses And your theme is good looking and I think it will be very impactful for yourselves also
