This usually happens when the values are changed in one place, but the website is still reading different active server settings.
Please check the following from your hosting side:
1. Make sure you changed the values for the same PHP version your website is currently using
2. Restart PHP / Apache / LiteSpeed from your hosting panel if your server requires it
3. Clear all website/server cache after saving the new values
Confirm the active values using phpinfo() or ask your hosting provider to verify the live server values for:
memory_limit
max_input_time
max_input_vars
Please also note that max_input_vars often does not update from normal WordPress settings and may need to be changed directly from the hosting/server configuration.
If the active server values are correctly updated, the theme panel should recognize them properly.

Hello, I am editing the Solis theme in WordPress, and it looks great except – I cannot seem to see the pages in the menu on the right-hand side. In the theme demo pages, the six dots on the right side of the Homepage show all the pages underneath. I don’t know if I need to specifically change the color of the wording to white to be seen or if the pages are added incorrectly. I have added a new menu and added the locations correctly according to your documentation. So I’m not sure what the issue is.

The menu itself may already be set correctly, but please note that the 6-dot menu on the right side is an off-canvas menu.

After following the tutorial, the menu items should display properly.

Please note that the theme does not include an Elementor Pro license. The item description refers to compatibility with Elementor Free, Elementor Pro, Contact Form 7, and WooCommerce, which means the theme works properly with these plugins if you choose to use them.
All demo import features and the features shown on the theme detail page are available with Elementor Free. A separate Elementor Pro license is only required if you want to use Elementor Pro’s own extra widgets and advanced features.
This is also the standard setup for most WordPress themes on ThemeForest, because Elementor Pro does not provide a bundle license for theme authors.

I bought solis theme and installed it to my wordpress website. I imported the demo using the one-click demo import tool from the theme. When I try to edit a page with elementor by clicking on edit with elementor, it always lands on page no found. Please assist.

I really like the Digital Agency demo and the overall direction it represents, but I do have one concern. Due to the recent changes in Elementor, specifically the requirement for a monthly or annual subscription for certain features, I would like to clarify one thing.
Will the theme function properly using the version of Elementor that is bundled with it (most likely the free version)? Or is there a risk that we may soon discover that some modifications cannot be implemented without upgrading to Elementor Pro?
Our goal is to build pages based on the Digital Agency demo, integrated only with HubSpot via forms. We do not plan to use advanced dynamic features unless necessary.
Could you please confirm whether the bundled/free version of Elementor will be sufficient for this scope?

Please don’t worry — the demo is built using Elementor Free only. We have not used any Elementor Pro features in the preview site. All theme features and layouts work properly with the free version.
For your planned use (building pages like the demo and integrating HubSpot forms), Elementor Free will be fully sufficient. There is no requirement to purchase Elementor Pro unless you personally want to use its advanced features.

Polylang breaks header/footer, how to fix?
As soon as you download the plugin, the header and footer sections disappear from the template.

Multilingual setup with Polylang requires custom configuration for each language (separate headers, menus, and footers). Since this setup is plugin-specific and customization work, it isn’t included in standard theme support — but here are the key steps so you can complete it:
Step 1 — Enable Customizer Support
Install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/add- polylang -support-for-customizer/
This allows you to assign different headers/footers per language.
Step 2 — Enable Custom Post Types
Go to: Languages → Settings → Custom Post Types and Taxonomies
Select all relevant items so Polylang recognizes templates.
Step 3 — Create Version for Each Language You will need to create and assign separate:
- Header
- Footer
- Off-canvas menu
- Navigation menu
Then assign each one in the Customizer under the correct language.

That portfolio slider/arrows functionality is coming from a Qode Interactive plugin/widget, not from our theme’s portfolio element. Because it’s not part of our theme/plugin codebase, we’re not able to diagnose or provide a fix for that specific arrow-click behavior.

On that page, the slider/arrows are coming from the QI Addons for Elementor plugin (Qode Interactive), not from our theme or our core plugin. This plugin is not included or recommended with our theme, so we’re not able to provide a fix for its slider behavior.

Those additional image sizes are generated by WordPress based on the image sizes registered by the theme/plugins, and in our theme they are required for various widgets (including portfolio layouts) to display correctly across devices.

Hello. First of all, thank you for creating such a great theme. I make a lot of use of the portfolio gallery. I’m displaying portfolio items using the thumbnail slider. However, after uploading images and checking via FTP, I noticed that multiple types of images are automatically generated in different sizes, which is putting a load on the server. This theme supports 4 responsive screens: desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile, but I only want to use desktop and mobile, and I want to avoid unnecessary image generation. Even if I disable all the automatic image options in WordPress, the moment I upload to the media library, 12 images of different sizes are generated from the same image. I would like to reduce this number if possible. I would appreciate your help.

Regarding the animations: Orbius and Solis are two different themes with different code/animation systems, so the Solis scroll/portfolio animation can’t be used in Orbius out of the box; you can only achieve a similar effect through custom JS/CSS development as a separate customization.

Once this option is enabled, the sticky menu will stay hidden while scrolling down the page and will only appear when you scroll back up.
