Bonjour à tous, impossible d’installer correctement la démo du site. L’installe par modul bloque à 18% pour content en ce qui concerne les winglets plus de 20 erreur apres instal depuis 2 jour 6 réinstallation complète et le problème persiste même après avoir contacté mon fournisseur de serveur

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated. Also, please try deactivating Qi Addons for Elementor and Qi Blocks plugins during import (they are not required).
You can also try importing via XML which is a lighter demo import method.

I’m trying to import content but getting a 503 error from your server. Support isn’t answering. Now I’m left with a template that doesn’t work. How exactly are you going to solve this?

The 500/503 errors are server related errors, and you can try contacting your hosting provider to assist you with this. We also recommend trying XML import in these situations.

Nice theme. Keep up the good work! I have two issues: 1. When I hover on the home menu my mega menu does not appear (https://prnt.sc/RzE8TRYq37Um) but it shows on the xrival website (https://prnt.sc/lfjWoVdapz5_). 2. Also how do I align the bottom footer svg widget to the center as shown here (https://prnt.sc/S1uQqVvz5H2_). Mine is aligned to the left (https://prnt.sc/rPsJnDBnz5Fh)

Is your theme fully compatible with WPBakery Page Builder? Including demo content?

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.
