First of all, I would like to thank for this beautiful theme. I just have a question… How to translate this theme to Spanish? Do I have install some plugin or something? Thanks in advanced.

Hello,
I am currently using the Mow theme on my website and I am experiencing a serious issue related to scrolling and plugin compatibility.
On mobile devices, the page does not scroll to the bottom. It appears that some container or layout element is preventing full page scrolling (possibly related to height: 100vh or overflow settings).
To temporarily fix the issue, I had to add custom CSS that modifies the html/body overflow and height properties. However, this creates a new problem:
The theme then conflicts with the plugin “Ultimate GDPR & CCPA CMP for WordPress”. The GDPR banner/popup no longer appears correctly, and scrolling behavior becomes inconsistent on desktop as well.
So currently:
Without custom CSS → mobile scrolling does not work properly.
With custom CSS → the GDPR plugin breaks and the banner does not display.
Could you please check if:
There is a container using fixed height (100vh) or overflow: hidden that affects mobile scrolling?
The theme is properly compatible with modal/pop-up based plugins that control body overflow?
There is an official fix or recommended solution?
The issue can be seen on: https://www.gratuitpentrupc.com/I would appreciate your guidance or an update to ensure proper mobile scrolling and compatibility with consent plugins.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards, Adi

On the “About Us” page there is this text: “Welcome to our ‘about us’ page! Behind every story, headline, and update, there’s a group of passionate individuals dedicated to bringing you accurate, engaging, and timely news.” I want to replace it or remove it completely — how can I do that? Thank you.
Hi,
You can change or remove that text by editing the About Us page directly. Please go to Pages → About Us, then look for the content in the Excerpt section. You can edit or delete it there and save the page.
Best Regards.
Hi,
Thanks for your message. I tried, but I can’t find that text anywhere. I edited the “About Us” page both with Elementor and with the standard WordPress editor, but it’s not showing up in the content or in the Excerpt section.
Could you please advise where exactly this text is coming from and where I should remove it?

Hi. I sent an email to the author, but no reply. Can anybody tell me how to do 2 things, please: remove all metadata under all blog post titles and remove the rating system?
And if I have to put something in CSS, could you point out which “Add CSS” (Wordpress, Elementor, Mow). I’m a writer not a coder. Cheers.
I figured it out for myself. Go back to sleep.
Hi there
Sorry about that — we weren’t able to respond in time. Glad to hear you managed to figure it out on your own though
Hi Frenify,
interesting theme, i have some presales questions:
1. Have the mobile version a sticky header option?
2. Can i manage the category pages with different layouts?
3. Is it possible to add more reviews on one blog article?
4. Can i add more categories with different layouts on the main page?
5. Can i edit the size of your big ticker and place it everywhere?
6. Is there a scroll to top option for mobile view available too?
Many thanks for answering.
BR Benny
Hi Benny,
Thank you very much for your interest in our theme and for reaching out with your questions. We are happy to clarify everything for you:
1. Sticky header on mobile Yes, the theme includes an option to enable a sticky header on mobile devices.
2. Different layouts for category pages Category pages are managed through the archive page layout system. This means layout changes are applied globally to all archive pages rather than individually per category.
3. Multiple reviews on a single blog post Each blog post supports one review block, which can include multiple rating criteria within that review.
4. Multiple categories with different layouts on the main page Yes, you can display multiple categories on the homepage, each using different layouts.
5. Editing and repositioning the big ticker Adjusting the size and placement of the big ticker is possible, but it requires customization and some coding knowledge.
6. Scroll-to-top option on mobile Currently, the scroll-to-top feature is not available for mobile view.
Best regards, Frenify Team
I regret to say that even though this is a paid theme, I am facing continuous issues. Every time one problem is fixed, another new issue appears.
Currently, the Food Blog homepage has a new problem. The category section at the top of the homepage, which makes the blog look attractive and well-designed, is no longer displaying correctly. Because of this, the homepage is now showing like a very simple/basic page, instead of the designed layout.
Kindly please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support.

Hello Support Team,
A few days ago, I emailed you regarding an issue with the Mow – Elementor Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme. On my homepage, when I clicked “Next” to go to the 2nd or 3rd page, it showed a 404 error. I believe you have recently fixed that issue, which I appreciate.
However, since that fix, some of my plugins are no longer working properly—especially the Automatic Article Posting Plugin, which I actively use. Right now, it has completely stopped working.
Your team previously replied saying the issue was resolved, but unfortunately, the problem still exists. Kindly please fix this issue properly because I am losing a lot of time and productivity due to this problem.
Please help me get this resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Hi
Thank you for using our theme
Please follow this instruction https://frenify.com/work/envato/frenify/wp/mow/doc/#faq__4
Best regards
Thank you for your response and for sharing the documentation link.
However, the issue I am facing is not related to the FAQ instructions you provided. My problem is specifically with the Automatic Article Posting Plugin. I have been using this plugin for a long time without any issues, but it stopped working from the same day you fixed the homepage pagination (Next Page / 404 issue).
The homepage pagination issue is now resolved, but since that fix, the Automatic Article Posting Plugin is no longer functioning at all. This problem started only after the theme patch, which means it is very likely related to the theme update or modification.
Kindly please investigate this issue and help me fix it as soon as possible, because this plugin is very important for my website workflow, and I am losing valuable time due to this problem.
Thank you for your help.

I am looking for a way to hide some post metadata across my entire website, specifically the author name, category, and publication date (e.g., ‘2 years ago’) from all individual articles and posts. Additionally, I need to remove the category lists and post counts (the number of articles shown under a category) from category pages, and ensure these same elements are removed from all widgets, including the ‘Frenify posts’ widget. While I have successfully managed to hide these details on the homepage using Elementor, I cannot find the corresponding settings within the Theme Options or WordPress Customizer to apply these changes; therefore, Do i need a specific Custom CSS or template locations required to disable these elements across all archive pages, lists, and sidebar components?
*ALSO, on the Homepage, i am trying to filter my recent posts to show. I tried Date/Time Query, Content>Posts Recent Filter, however it shows 2 buttons(titles) Popular and Recent which i dont need!...What can i do?
Also On the homepage/Sidebar how do i filter the posts widget to show Recent posts or Popular posts separately without the heading tab: Popular/ Recent?

I recently purchased the Mow Theme and we’ve started customizing it for use on a news website. However, there’s a major problem. On desktop, the off-canvas ads display correctly. But on mobile, the menu bar hides the off-canvas ads. What can I do to ensure the off-canvas ads display properly on both desktop and mobile?
Hello!
Replied via email.
Best Regards.
Hi, is there any way to edit or add blog post templates when writing new articles? It seems different if I use MOW theme. Thanks.
Hi, Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please send us a message with a few screenshots showing what you mean? That will help us better understand the issue and guide you correctly.
Hi, can you consider adding “threads”, an social network owned by Meta, to “Social List”? Thanks.
Hi, Thank you for the suggestion!
We’ll certainly consider adding Threads to the Social List in a future update. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Best regards,
Hi, when will you fix the issue about activating code? Please make it dynamic that once the purchase or license code is deactivated, you can reactivated it again and agaian. Like now, I am debugging the issue of my site, so I need to reinstall my wp or uninstall plugin, but poops, can’t use the code again.
Send you a message also for a request to reactivate my code.
It is so frustrating where I always need to contact you again and again just to re activate my license
Hi.
Thank you for using our theme.
Once you reinstall WordPress, you can reactivate it, and your code will be restored from the database. You will see the message: “Your purchase code was returned from the database.”

(Mow – Elementor Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme) To the Frenify Team and the Author, I am truly happy with your support, especially the email the Author or the Frenify Team sent me. If the Author allows, I would be glad to share it here as well.
I had no idea that the Frenify Team and the Author would be this exceptional and offer such high-level support. I honestly don’t have words to express my gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Our goal has always been to provide the best support possible, and hearing that our efforts made such a positive impact means a lot to the entire Frenify Team. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Thank you once again for your trust and warm feedback. It genuinely motivates us!
The link you provided helped me fix the plugin issue, but the demo problem is still not solved. The XML demo file does not download from the link, and my blog has still not been set up. It has been many days now, and I have wasted a lot of time trying to fix this, but the demo import still does not work.
At this point, I don’t know whether the issue is. I don’t understand why you cannot fix this directly. What is the benefit of buying a paid theme if new issues appear every day, and I have to spend my valuable time trying to solve them? And on top of that, you charge extra money for support. Why can’t these issues be solved through simple email support?
It is very upsetting that I reached out for help, but instead of solving the problem, I am being pushed to buy additional support. You only sent me the link to purchase support instead of actually fixing the issue.
Please check the Mow – Elementor Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme yourself and fix all the problems so that when we, buyers, receive updates, everything works properly. Don’t waste our limited time — we paid for this theme, we didn’t get it for free.
Please don’t take this personally. I’m saying this politely because both of us are affected by this situation.
Hello!
I’ve replied to your other messages.
Alright same thing happened this time with the core update as last time you had a version release for the core plugin of Mow. It fails to download. Can you fix this, or post what to do here. So irritating to contact you every time it happens.
Otherwise really happy with the theme in all kind of ways!
Hi,
We’ve replied to you via email with the full instructions.
Best regards!
