Hi, we have a couple of pre-sale questions:
1. WooCommerce – do you have a WooCommerce demo we can view? If not, are you planning to release WooCommerce demo layouts soon?
2. Sliders – our site will require several sliders. Which slider plugins are fully compatible with your theme?
3. Mix & match sections – you mentioned Template Library, does this mean we can load any section / layout from any demo and mix and match them?
4. Mobile menu styles – can we maybe add a logo, custom text or button, social media or cart icon. For e.g something like this:

1. Sorry, we don’t have any WooCommerce demo ready yet. We don’t have any specific date to release the WooCommerce demo.
2. All sliders plugin are supposed to be compatible with the EduBlink WordPress Theme. After purchasing the theme, if you need any slider related help, just contact us at our support forum. Our support engineers will clarify the details.
3. Yes, you can mix match any section from any page you want.
4. Yes, it’s possible.
5. No, the splash page is not built on WordPress. It’s not included in the downloaded file.

If we purchase the theme and install WooCommerce, will the shop, cart, and checkout pages automatically follow the theme’s style, or do we need to style them ourselves? Please confirm because we want to avoid theme that claims WC compatibility but after installation the buttons, layouts and overall styling end up messy and broken.
Also, we’re asking the slider question for Xelo theme, not EduBlink theme.

Sorry for the typo mistake. The reply was for Xelo WordPress theme regarding the slider.
Regarding WooCommerce, yes, the shop, cart and checkout pages automatically follow theme’s style. But it’s not a dedicated WooCommerce theme. We have provided basic support for the WooCommerce for shop, product details, cart, checkout and a few essential pages. Thanks!

How to import ready block?

But you said 1.2k+ ready template, What does mean that?
By “ready templates,” we mean the total number of templates/pages block/section available across our demos.
Currently, we have 30 demos, and each demo contains approximately 12–15 inner pages. In addition, we also have several upcoming templates in the pipeline.
Based on this calculation, our content writer has mentioned the total count as approximately 1.2k templates.

I have installed your WordPress theme successfully, but I’m experiencing an issue: I cannot see or import the pre-built/demo layouts that are shown in the theme documentation or demo site.
I have followed the installation steps carefully, but the ready-made layouts do not appear in the theme panel or import section.

On Envato/ThemeForest, after purchasing a product, you receive lifetime updates at no additional cost. However the purchase includes six months of support.
After six months, you can extend the support period if you require further assistance from us. If you don’t need support, there is no requirement to extend it.
This is an Envato/ThemeForest support policy that applies to all items on the marketplace and it is also applicable to the Xelo WordPress Theme.

Theme looks great. Can you confirm at least 1 year of updates on the roadmap so that people that purchase don’t get left in the dark if the theme does not do well in sales?
