1. I want to lunch the website, but I can’t find how to desactivate the “Coming Soon” message.
2. I have a bug on the 404 page, as you can see in the attached image. I want to update it, but I don’t know how to modify the 404 page.
3. On the portfolio page with a full-screen video, the video is not responding and stays on the top image.

The issue is not limited to my website: in your demos, the portfolio is also not clickable in Firefox. At this point, my concern is not about investing in technical support that has already expired, but seriously considering changing the template due to the numerous problems I am experiencing. Since I have updated the theme, the videos are broken: the one on the main page is not resized anymore, and the videos controls are outside the video when played. I’m experiencing an issue with the “Showcase Carousel” widget. The carousel does not work correctly: only the first image is displayed, while the following slides are not visible due to a bug.
I have tested the widget in different ways, using both sections and containers, but the problem persists in all cases.

I downloaded the latest file from themeforrest and uploaded the theme, but I only got the 1.9.0 version. Also, some text formatting (e.g., H1 and H2) is gone.

I was on 1.7.0 version now i just saw you were talking about a 1.9.5 version i downloaded the latest files from themeforrest and uploaded the theme it says the version is 1.9.0 not 1.9.5. Is it normal ?
Also my main issue with the theme was the conflict between the burger menu and the dark light mode switcher. There seems to always be the same issue.
How to reproduce the bug :
1 go to home-creative-agency-dark template : https://naylawp.pethemes.com/home-creative-agency-dark/ 2- click the dark button and switch to light. 3- click menu 4-click hide 5 the whole header has now disappeared. Burger menu should not trigger dark/light mode nor anything about the header.
You need to finally fix this, because its a nightmare.

hi question about page speed, I checked your demo pages and ALL of them are loading very very slow. Also Google Page Speed ranking is under 50. This is crucial and before I buy this theme I would like to know if it’s possible to increase the loading time. Thanks a lot

It’s not possible to download the latest theme version on Themeforest. Only the 1.9.0 version seems to be available.
I’m experiencing quite a lot of bugs and errors at the moment, and I hope the update will fix it.

I purchased the theme, but it won’t let me activate or deactivate it. It says it’s already activated, but I haven’t yet. Also, the demo import processed without activating it, but no images were downloaded. Furthermore, the customization options are minimal. I read another user’s comment that the same thing happened to them. I need to move forward with this urgently, thank you.
