Hello, l just purchased this theme and there are a lot of big errors in the theme. I can’t get the theme to work properly. How can you help me?
Hello, I’m writing to express my concern about the issues I’m experiencing with the theme I purchased. Despite submitting a ticket, I haven’t received a resolution yet, and it’s impacting my project timeline.
The theme has several major errors, and I’m struggling to get it working properly. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but to no avail.
Specifically, why is that tye demo input of the theme I purchased is not working. Why is it not working?
I’d appreciate it if you could prioritize resolving these issues ASAP. Please let me know if there’s any additional info I need to provide to expedite the process.

I just bought the theme and was able to install it. Very good, automated installation process. However, I am seeing two issues right off the bat:
1. All of my top header images on all pages other than the home page, such as Blog page, has a horizontal black tear groing through the image as if someone has torn the image. Yes, it is not just a black fat line, it is a line with irregular borders to give the impression of a tear. I don’t see this in the demo website on envato. But I see it on my installation. Wish I could attach an image here.
2. If there is a product in the cart, and if I reduce the screen size to tablet or mobile, the menu changes to hamburger icon, but the cart icon at the top right corner vanishes, and now there is no easy way to access the cart in tablet and mobile view.
Could you please let me know the fix for these issues asap?

After install and import theme realized that the search is below the Floating message of free shipping, in the examples it’s not like this, maybe I’m doing something wrong
