Hi There, i am trying to edit the Social media share under portfolio and it seemed that this is missing?
“Under Portfolio Metas in Social media share, check to enable social media share in portfolio page.”
Can i also change the social media share to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok instread?

You can find the social sharing settings by going to: Appearance → Customize → Portfolio → Single Portfolio → Single Portfolio Sharing
There you’ll be able to enable or disable the available social media share options.
At the moment, sharing is supported for platforms like Facebook, but unfortunately platforms such as Instagram and TikTok don’t support direct webpage sharing in the same way, so they can’t be added as share buttons.
Hello, I have purchased the minifolio theme, and it’s working great! The only issue I have is that in the portfolio section, I can’t get a GIF to display. It shows up properly in the page builder preview, but when pushed live it doesn’t work. Oof, sorry to loop you back in so soon: I’ve completed almost all of my portfolio, but am still having two issues.
1. Despite Meta Boxes on all pages having the option for “Related Portfolio” set to disabled, I am still seeing that section on 10/12 of my pages. If it is helpful, those pages are Fire TV Stick, Echo Look, Echo Buds, Echo Frames, Audible, Alchemie, Film & Television, Amazon Devices Merchandizing Refresh, Baby & Co Product Photography. It is NOT showing up on the OfferUp Brand Guidelines or Kindle Paperwhite Launch pages, and I’m not sure what I did differently.
2. I want to be able to manually adjust the order of the items in my portfolio. However, whenever I go to Potfolio > Sort Portfolio and rearrange the items, it doesn’t seem to save.
I have added you back as a temporary admin at the same email as previously. Again, apologies and thank you in advance!

The Related Portfolio section has now been fully disabled from the theme options, so it should no longer appear on any of your pages.
I’ve also updated the necessary settings in the portfolio section. The manual sorting is now working correctly, and the portfolio items should reflect the order set under Sort Portfolio.
Please take a look and let me know if everything appears as expected or if you’d like any further adjustments.

Hey, apologies, but neither of those changes seem to have worked: I still cannot sort manually, and the related portfolio section is still showing up, even when I tried making a new project.
I’ve pushed some updates on my end, the manual sorting should be working now, and I’m not seeing the related portfolio section anymore when I test it.

As for the related portfolio section, it’s not part of the theme, it’s being generated by the Jetpack plugin. Please let me know if you’d like to keep using this plugin; otherwise, you can remove it.

Regarding the manual sorting, it’s actually working correctly in the theme (we’ve tested it on other sites and on the demo as well). However, it seems to be behaving differently specifically on your site, so we’re still investigating what might be causing that.

You can change the burger icon color by adding a small CSS snippet in the Customizer.
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the following code. You can adjust the color value as needed:

Just replace #222222 with the color you’d like for the burger icon.
When I open the following page: https://minfolio.caliberthemes.com/minimal/ and navigate to Pages → Our Portfolio, the portfolio items display correctly on desktop and iPad. However, they do not appear on my Google Pixel 7a, and the same issue occurs on a Pixel 8a using the Chrome browser. I have to refresh the page on my phone to make them appear.
I reported this issue five months ago and was told it was likely caused by a plugin conflict. However, the problem persisted. Since the same issue is now visible on your own demo, it appears to be a theme-related problem.

I’ve reviewed our previous conversation from five months ago. At that time, since the issue disappeared when SeoPress was disabled, it appeared to be related to a plugin conflict.
However, now that the same behavior can be reproduced more consistently, it’s clear that there is an underlying loading issue that needs to be addressed on our side.
I’m sorry that this wasn’t fully resolved earlier. We’ll investigate this more deeply and work on fixing it properly so it works reliably across devices and doesn’t depend on specific plugins.

I switched to another hosting provider yesterday and changed my Minfolio theme to your Kraft theme so I can’t reproduce the problem anymore.
Since I’m the only one reporting this, it might have been related to some settings on the old hosting provider (Hostinger).

I have a question about photo’s in my portfolio items. Ive uploaded a few photo’s to my portfolio media as a Fullwith stack images. Everything works great.
The thing is, if I go back to that page to try to edit some stuff (move photo’s around, change the text etc) the images are no longer there. I can no longer change the photo’s because behind ‘images upload’ there is nothing. The media is gone as well as the +Add media button. Ive tried different browsers but the problem is always there. I hope that there is a solution because not being able to edit my media on a portfolio page is a real inconvenience and a deal breaker.

I am trying to edit the page “Edit with Elementor”, but it keeps showing “Can’t Edit” and asks me to “Enable Safe Mode.” When I edit in Safe Mode, all the information displayed on the page disappears and the layout becomes corrupted, as if I need to rebuild the page from scratch.

When I first open the page, it appears empty until I refresh. This could give clients the impression that the page is broken.

Thanks for pointing this out! I checked the portfolio page on multiple devices, and the images loaded correctly on the first try. Sometimes, depending on connection speed or how the browser loads the scripts, the grid may appear empty until refresh. This can happen due to lazy loading or caching.
Could you let me know which phone and browser you’re using? That will help me test under the same conditions. Also, if you can share a screenshot, that would be very useful.

This is what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/mZmwZtr I don’t have a cache plugin and disabling lazy loading didn’t fix it. The issue doesn’t happen every time, it only shows up occasionally. Just now I managed to reproduce it once on one of the category pages after I disabled lazy loading.
I’m using a Google Pixel 7a with Chrome. I haven’t been able to replicate the problem on another device (a Google Pixel 8a).
I believe I’ve found the culprit causing the issue, once I disable the SeoPress plugin, everything works fine. I just now discovered this plugin was also responsible for other strange conflicts with your theme.

SEO plugins like SeoPress can sometimes conflict with how scripts or lazy loading are handled, which explains why the portfolio grid wasn’t displaying properly.
Check SeoPress settings (especially image optimization, lazy loading, or script deferral) to see if disabling those fixes the conflict.
If the plugin continues to create issues, I’d recommend either using an alternative SEO plugin or reaching out to the SeoPress support team to report the conflict.
I just tried the Demo import and got the following error – [ERROR] Failed to import “contact-min” (Media). Visiting the site is blank/white outside of the site logo in the upper left corner. Can you help?
Hi, I just downloaded Minfolio and I’m beginning to work my way through the documentation. The required plugins bulleted list indicates theres’s a Minfolio Core plugin to be installed. I don’t see that Wordpress’s available plugins. Is this a Wordpress plugin? Does this have a different name by chance?

Hello, I just tried to import the demo data. The following error message appears.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to completely remove /portfolio-item/ from the URL just through default WordPress settings, as WordPress requires a structure to differentiate custom post types from pages and posts.
However, this may be achieved with the help of a plugin that allows you to customize permalink structures. Look for permalink management plugin, which will let you modify the portfolio URLs as needed.

You can change the slug from “portfolio-item” to something else in the theme settings, but completely removing it (so URLs are just site.com/title) isn’t directly supported by default.
For redirection, you’d need to set up 301 redirects. You can do this using a plugin like Redirection or by adding rules in .htaccess (if using Apache). If you’re using a custom function or a plugin like Permalink Manager Pro, you might be able to achieve the structure you want.
