Hello team grats for theme hope you are fine. I have an issue in homepage i have 2 vertical scrollbars although overflow is hidden what causes that ? Thanks

The issue may be caused by the menu used in the Footer template. Please make sure that the menu applied there does not contain dropdown items and is a simple (one-level) menu.

Hola, he intentado contactar con el soporte sobre un problema con la compra duplicada de su theme. Sin embargo, no puedo volver a acceder a mi consulta para comprobar si me han respondido. Por eso les escribo aquí, en los comentarios públicos, para preguntar si es posible anular una de las compras duplicadas y quedarme solo con una licencia.

I’ve purchased and installed on localhost using Wordpress Studio. I tried to load the dummy content, but it only creates the About Us and Sample page and some posts, then crashes localhost. The site does not look like the demo at all. How can I make it an exact clone of the demo?

We can’t say for sure what happens on your end while you’re working on the local server. Generally we recommend to develop sites online. Some local servers may have incompatible settings and moving the site online can solve the issue.
There are no known issues with the theme functioning and demo content import. For correct theme installation and demo content import please make sure that your server meets the requirements (you can contact your hosting provider to check it):

Besides in your WordPress dashboard proceed to the Tools > Site Health tab and make sure that all the recommended WordPress modules are enabled on your server. There shouldn’t be any critical issues in the Site Health Status as well.
We also highly recommend to import the demo content to a clean website and disable all third party plugins before import.
If your server settings before import have not matched the recommended requirements, then after changing the server settings, you need to deactivate the license (in Femina Health > License tab), reset the site (you can use the WP Reset plugin), activate the theme and import the demo content.
