Hello, we do confirm full compatibility with WPML. As for Polylang, it’s not fully compatible with Hotel Booking plugin, so we do not recommend using it for the website
Hi, I have a pre sale question : Is it possible to turn the booking engine in “catalogue” mode ? Meaning have the possibility to “send reservation request” instead of “book now” since i dont want to connect any payment tool ?
There are 3 confirmation modes:
- confirmation by customer via email (confirmation link)
- by admin manually
- upon payment
Thus, you can enable confirmation by the customer via email or by the admin manually without using payment methods. You can read our articles to learn how each confirmation mode works.

Yes, we are planning to update the Hotel Booking plugin in this theme. Please note that theme updates are typically released later than updates for the standalone Hotel Booking plugin. This delay is because our developers need time to integrate the updated version of the Hotel Booking plugin into each theme.
However, if you cannot wait for the theme update to access the latest version of the Hotel Booking plugin, you have the option to purchase a separate Hotel Booking license. You can then deactivate the built-in booking plugin on your website and install and activate the standalone version of Hotel Booking (all your data will remain intact). This way, you can receive plugin updates independently of the theme package.

Hi there, the Hotel Booking plugin built in Ciestra theme does include Stripe payments. There is an option to pay online or on arrival per your guests’ desire, however there is no card pre-authorization option by default, unfortunately. There is an option to accept deposits during the booking process and then pay the rest on arrival. The Hotel Booking Premium version is included in the theme.

There is no integration with the Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on – WordPress Plugin, unfortunately. As for rates, you may add two rates to each property – refundable and non-refundable – and allow your guests to select the one they prefer during checkout

Hello there! Thank you for your question. Yes, you may set the check-in/heck-out days via Booking Rules in the plugin settings – this will prevent your guests from checking in/checking out on days, other than Saturday

Please navigate to Accommodation > Settings and enable Skip Search Results option. Then availability forms of each property will show available and not available dates.

How long does it usually take to sync with airbnb via ical? From airbnb it was synchronized immediately, but more than 24 hours have passed from the site to airbnb and the data has not been displayed
Our plugin allows to import booking from external platforms with minimum 15 minutes interval. As for Airbnb so you should refer to their documentation to learn how often the calendar imports booking from your site and other external channels.
How can I make discounts or sales without guests entering a coupon code? Like in booking.com, where guest can see disscount percent near a price.
It is possible to add variable pricing per length of the stay and number of guests however there is no possibility to display initial and discounted price at the moment.

Carefull with this script, I asked them direct if because I already had woo commerce plugin I could use it with this software as I use square checkout. Was told yes, guess what you cant without paying $99 to them, they wont correct it either and support can take well over a day. When I tried to install the theme a few plugins wouldnt fully install.

Hello, I have the template installed, but I have a problem, I want the system to reserve nights, not days, for example, if I make a reservation from Monday to Wednesday, it should be reserved 2 nights and on Wednesday I have available for another reservation. Hello, the Hotel Booking plugin is created in order to reserve nights. Please, note that in the Accommodation tab > Settings > you can specify the needed Check-out Time and Check-in Time, so that a gust to be able to check-in the same day another guest checks-out.

- by customer via email verification
- by online payment (PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, 2Checkout, etc)
- manually by admin

You will be able to select a confirmation mode via Dashboard > Accommodation> Settings

I have a few doubts: 1.- ¿Can I offer different hotels with your theme? 2.- Can I use payment methods like MercadoPago and also those to accept cards, such as Conekta.io or Stripe? 3.- Can my hotel managers have access to add or reduce their available rooms for my business? 4. You can rent out rooms in different hotels with this theme, but note that the back-end is shared among all hotels. There are no separate accounts for different hotels.
Our payment system has the following in-built payment gateways: Pay on Arrival, PayPal, 2Checkout, Braintree, Stripe, Beanstream/Bambora. Some of these payment gateways accept card payments. You can connect custom ones, like MercadoPago, through WooCommerce, our WooCommerce integration (purchased separately) and a WooCommerce addon for your custom payment gateway.
Our plugin does not have manager accounts, but can instruct on how to create accounts with limited roles. However, they will not be separated by hotel.
Our plugin sends notifications to the admin. It is possible to set up auto forwarding to other email addresses based in some mail clients, e.g. gmail.
