Hello, I have a pre-sale question. Before entering demo I can see that there are single service page, shop page, single product page etc. but when I click on demo, there are none of these pages
Will I be able to add these pages on these demos if needed?
Hi there! Thanks for writing in! Each demo comes with a set of pre-styled inner pages such as About, Services, Pricing, and Contact.
The Blog and Shop pages are dynamically generated. For example, if you want to build an online shop, you simply install the WooCommerce plugin. The main Shop page, product archive pages (categories, tags), and single product pages will automatically inherit the theme design, so you do not need to style them separately.
If you want to create additional pages from scratch, you can use our template library. It includes 800+ pre-designed, responsive blocks that automatically inherit the theme colors and fonts, making it very easy to build new layouts.

We want to integrate a Sticky Bar on the side of the screen, accessible on both desktop and mobile. The goal is to allow our customers to access the following actions in one click, regardless of where they are on the page:
Direct call button (Click-to-call).
Link to the contact page.
Appointment booking button.
Access to specific key information.
Our questions:
Does the theme natively offer this type of floating contact menu?
On mobile, is it possible to display these buttons as a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen (Sticky Bottom Bar) for easier thumb navigation?
Can we easily customize the links and icons for these buttons?

As you can see on our live preview website, if you navigate to the Blog menu item, the blog uses the standard WordPress templates. This means the blog archive and single post content are dynamically generated and cannot be edited directly with Elementor.
If you would like full control over the blog archive and single post layouts using Elementor, you can do so with Elementor PRO. The Theme Builder feature available in Elementor PRO allows you to create and assign custom templates for both blog archives and individual posts.

You only need an Elementor Pro license if you want to edit the single blog post layout. If you are editing just the article content inside the post, Elementor Free is enough.

These were just tests, today I want to use it and it tells me that too many Licenses are already active on the maximum allowed product instances. Except that my two local versions where I used it no longer exist… how can I get a new license key? without paying for theme support

⚠️ Important notice for WordPress 6.9 users
The recent WordPress 6.9 update (released on December 2, 2025) is causing CSS and layout issues in many Elementor-based websites. These problems are confirmed by Elementor, ElementsKit, and multiple community reports.
Temporary fix
Until Elementor and ElementsKit release new updates, please apply the following steps:
- Go to Elementor → Settings → Performance
- Set CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding
- Go to Elementor → Tools and click Clear Files & Data
- Clear your site cache and check your pages again.
Stable solution
If the issue continues, please downgrade WordPress to version 6.8.3. You can do this easily using the Core Rollback plugin.
What to expect next
We are monitoring this issue closely and testing all updates from Elementor and ElementsKit. Once new plugin releases are available and confirmed stable, you can safely update WordPress again.

To fix the layout and CSS issues on your site, please update to the following versions:

I want to clarify that the issues you’re seeing are directly related to the recent release of WordPress 6.9 (released on December 2nd, 2025). Since that update went live, many users across the Elementor ecosystem have reported broken CSS, layout inconsistencies, and deprecated notices.
We’ve been actively investigating this on our end and have also checked with both ElementsKit and Elementor. These problems have already been confirmed on their official channels.
Temporary fix:
Go to your site admin > Elementor > Settings > Performance tab > set CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding. The head over to Elementor > Tools > click the “Clear Files & Data”. Clear your site cache and test again.
If this doesn’t work, the most stable solution is to downgrade WordPress to version 6.8.3. This immediately restores normal behavior for the affected widgets. You can use the Core Rollback plugin to do that.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We are actively monitoring all reports and checking if there’s anything we can address from the theme side. As soon as the affected plugins release updates, we will re-test everything to ensure full compatibility.

V Small elementsKit issue when using your theme .flip-button-effect.
If you use an SVG icon on the button the flip effect breaks, the text gets set as CSS :after and overlaps the icon

In Stater Sites, there are no demo content for me to choose to import. It shows the button: “Import Demo Data”. I did click “import demo data”, nothing happen.

Hello, I’m having an issue with the theme header. No matter what header I use either on mobile or desktop the header seems to zoom and then fit to size. When I select a new page in the navigation it does the same too, it seems that the header is not a fixed size, can you help?
Hello, this issue might be caused by loading a giant logo. It also happens if you are using caching plugins since the CSS is loaded way before the image is, thus creating the effect of a buggy header. Please check both your logo size and the caching options ( if you are using one ).
