I also want to report another bug: the tour card displays per person pricing as a highlight for e.g $70 per person, both on the tour details page and elsewhere.
Ideally, it should fetch and display the lowest pricing available. Although the system is currently doing this, but the rule is applied globally, which causes it to always select the child pricing, as it’s typically the lowest for the tour package. The rule should be modified to apply specifically to adult pricing, so that the lowest adult price is fetched and displayed. This was customer would not be confused while booking the tour.

Im interested in using this theme for a Visa Processing agency. Just few questions before I purchase
1. Is the visa detail page fully customizable using elementor? I would like to redesign this. 2. Can a user upload the documents online? 3. Can the user make payments using payment gateways? Is yes which are the compatible ones? 4. Can a user track the visa application using their login credentials? And can the admin control the visa status from backend? 5. When on the visa details page, multiple visa categories are shown. Once the user selects the specified type and click apply online. A modal opens up with a form. It asks for visa type in the text box. Will the user have to input it manually or does the form automatically gets which visa type has been selected? 6. Can the admin create visa applications manually from the backend?
Hello 1. As Visa details page is archive page so it’s not fully customizable in Elementor 2. Yes user can upload their documents during application 3. Yes as this theme has WooCommerce integrated so payment gateway supported , Stripe will be better 4. User have their panel, but for visa they can’t track 5. When anyone enter any visa details page there will be a contact form where user can submit their information and documents. It seems you need some points to customise because they are not featured in this theme. If you need any customization let us know.

Some users have asked if they can use the theme without the online booking feature (without WooCommerce integration). To accommodate this, I recommend adding an option in the upcoming update that allows for offline inquiries.
Here’s the proposed solution:
When a customer clicks on Check Availability, the Dates & Availability form appears as usual. Alongside the online booking option, include a Submit an Inquiry button. Customers can use this button to send an offline inquiry instead of completing the online booking.
Additionally, add an Order via WhatsApp button. When clicked, it should open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing relevant details such as the customer’s name, email, selected holiday package, and date range. This makes it easy for customers to place orders or inquiries directly through WhatsApp.
This approach gives customers the flexibility to either book online or reach out offline, improving usability for those who prefer not to use the full booking system.

While we’re on the topic, I wanted to raise one more thing that’s really important for travel agents like us.
When selling packages online, we need the ability to set a booking cut-off period — basically, how many days in advance a customer must book before the travel date. This is crucial because after a booking comes in, there’s a lot that needs to happen on our end:
- Checking hotel availability and initiating the booking - Arranging transport - Booking sightseeing & activity tickets - Securing entry tickets and permits
If a customer can book a package on the same day as departure, it becomes nearly impossible to arrange everything in time — and that directly affects the customer experience.

Would it be possible to add a cut-off days setting in a future update? That would make the booking system much more practical for travel agents.

I have not observed any updates released thus far, despite escalating this important issue 18 days ago.
When a date range is specified for package pricing, visitors can still book tours outside of this range for which no pricing has been configured. It’s a big bug, and needs to fix immediately.

There are two additional issues I have identified that need attention.
The first pertains to the multiple pricing problem. For example, when configuring the same package for different dates, such as weekends or holidays—when holiday packages typically have different pricing—the system currently displays all available packages in the Dates & Availability section. This can be confusing and misleading for customers. Ideally, the system should only display the relevant packages for the specific date range selected.
If you want to display all the configured packages in the Dates & Availability section, please include the date range to avoid any confusion for customers.

I tested the theme and found two issues I’d like you to address:
- When we set a date range for package pricing, visitors can still book dates outside that range for which no pricing is configured. - The theme is organized around themes/categories rather than specific destinations, which doesn’t work well for destination-based bookings.

Hello, I’m experiencing some issues while using your theme. When I try to add a new tour, even though I enter the required information, the page elements don’t automatically generate. I have to rebuild the page using Elementor every time, and I don’t want to do this repeatedly. Is there an easier way to do this? What I want is for a panel to open in front of me where I can enter the required information, and when I publish it, those details should appear in the predefined page structure. I’ve seen a few themes that do this; maybe I’m doing something wrong, I’m not sure. I’d appreciate your help.
