Can u pls let me know weather its just having HTML files or fully Laravel Built with LMS website. As in the preview its showing html files and in the description its mentioned you have laravel website. So its totally a confusion. As there is not admin login nothing only html files

We provide a Laravel-based static project — it includes Blade files and Laravel structure, but no backend functionality or admin login. It’s for developers to integrate as needed.
