I completely understand your point about the training speed and database load if you try to create image embeddings for every single listing. But that is actually not what I meant.

The real power of the new multimodal updates isn’t on the listing side at all. It is purely a more friendly way for the visitor to input their problem. Instead of forcing them to figure out the right search keywords, they can just show the AI what is wrong.

I absolutely love the foundation of Listeo. However, I believe there’s a massive opportunity to make Listeo the undisputed #1 directory theme on the market by moving away from passive browsing to active AI problem-solving.

Instead of a traditional search bar, imagine a visually pleasing, highly interactive AI search assistant. A visitor can upload a photo of car damage or a letter from the tax authority. The AI doesn’t just spit out a text response; it acts as an intelligent concierge. It analyzes the user’s upload to understand their exact context, estimates costs based on platform data, drafts response letters, and dynamically generates interactive cards for the best-matching Listeo professionals.

I would love for you to consider adding a Multimodal Interactive AI Search module.Here is how the search experience could evolve to actively help visitors:

• 1. The Guided Problem Solver: When a user searches, the AI returns a visually rich response (like an action plan with checkboxes). Instead of leaving the user hanging, it provides clickable, interactive follow-up chips like “What should I do first?” or “How much does this cost?” to naturally guide them through their problem.
• 2. The Smart Qualification Conversational Flow: Instead of immediately showing a list of 50 professionals, the AI asks one or two visual context questions first. For example: “Is the water damage spreading? [Yes/No]”. Once answered, it dynamically reveals only the 3 most qualified listings, making the choice much easier for the user.
• 3. The Conversational Thread with Dynamic Actions: As the user chats with the AI and provides more context (first a photo, then a text explanation), the search results, the suggested action plan, and even pre-drafted templates update in real-time right within the chat interface. Why listing owners will love (and pay for) this: They won’t just get generic inquiries anymore. I want to set a $5 flat rate commission for each booking. If the listing author sets a price of $0 for the booking, will I (the admin) not get a commission? How can I still get $5 if the author sets a booking price of $0?

Or is there a way for me to charge $5 for each booking & the author has no authority to set the booking price?

Hi You can enable multiselect for the Region field through the Listeo Forms & Fields Editor. Edit the Region field on your submit listing form and enable the “Multi” option. This will let listing owners assign their listing to multiple regions

We do not plan adding compatibility to WP Bakery, in fact at the beggining Listeo was working only with WPB but since 2022 we switched to Elementor as its widely used and commonly known by users.

Thank you for your reply — I appreciate the straightforward answer.

However, it does seem a little surprising given that there are still a very large number of sites built with WPBakery, many of which have hundreds of existing posts and pages created with it.

Migrating that amount of content manually to Elementor simply isn’t a practical option.

From a marketing and sales perspective, it also seems like a missed opportunity for Listeo.

There are thousands of established WordPress sites running WPBakery with significant content already built around it.

Allowing compatibility would potentially open the theme up to a much larger customer base who may otherwise be unable to adopt it.

It’s a shame, as the theme itself looks excellent and would otherwise have been a strong candidate for our site and suspect there are many other administrators in the same position.

We’ll continue looking for a similar theme that supports WPBakery.
