I have downloaded the theme, installed all demo data but all the content from the homepage is broken. All the content from the other pages works just fine, but just the homepage shows no imaging. I have changed from Standard template to canvas, tried all homepages as well but nothing seems to work. How to fix?
Pardon me, it does not work for other pages too, such as ‘about me’.

Is it possible to change the orange accent colors? I don’t see how to in the theme options?
There is no option to change that color via Customizer. Some elements color can be changed directly via Getwid blocks while editing the page, e.g. the “Read More” button on the Home page. Other elements color can be altered via CSS

Hi there, the theme is powered by the Appointment Booking plugin, which allows you to sell hourly services according to the created schedule. The booking functionality doesn’t really suit selling software, as it is tied to specific date and time. However you may disable booking functionality and use the theme itself per your desire
its a pre purchese question. Does the theme supoort Stripe (payment) integration ?
Hello there, the Pixetty theme is powered by MotoPress Appointment Booking plugin, which includes the Stripe payment gateway by default
How we can change the schedule options? I can only see the weekdays are activated, but we need to activate Saturday and Sunday
Hello there, the schedule can be altered for every employee, so you may include any days of the week and hours to be available for booking
Don’t buy this theme if you want to use Elementor, there is no child theme supplied either.
Author says it does support Elementor but you have to remake the entire demo manually again and no option to import with Elementor elements.
No refund from this bunch of people.
Hello there, there is a child theme for the Pixetty theme, feel free to email us, so we provide you with it. As for Elementor, the theme is overall compatible with it, however built via Gutenberg and Getwid – free plugin with blocks or Gutenberg. You are unable to edit demo content via Elementor, as it is built with the help of default WordPress block editor. You may install Elementor and create pages per your desire using it, then use Elementor widgets along with widgets for Appointment Booking plugin to implement its elements to created Elementor pages.
Which means the time saving is lost. For the price I should not have to ask for the child theme.
Also the scheduling system is poor and very static. I’ve asked for a refund and your delaying.

Not all the users require the child theme, that is why we decided to not include it in the package, however it is always available to be sent per your convenience. As for the refund request, kindly check our response in the form, thank you in advance
Love what I see so far. I was wondering if it will be possible to create client areas, where clients can download images.
It would be perfect if a client portal is created when a client makes a booking. In this way clients can proof images from their portal and also download files/images, comment etc. You guys created the perfect theme. Had a look at so many solutions like Honeypot, Sprout, Tave etc. and you just simplified the process. The only thing lacking is a client portal and proofing, which means we have to use another software for that. Add those features and watch this theme skyrocket.
Hello there, thank you for your valuable feedback. The client’s area is indeed not available within the Appointment Booking plugin. We do have such feature request though and are planning to include such possibility in future plugin updates.
It would indeed make this possibly the best solution for photoraphers out there then, if you could complete the entire system.
Are there in the meantime any plugin that provides client portals where clients can proof/download images and maybe communicate that will play well with this theme?
Even if it means I have to after a booking send a link or the client gets an Email notification.
You may try using extra plugins for client portal along with the Appointment Booking and Pixetty theme, however we have not tested any of them with our products, so we can not guarantee its full compatibility
I was wondering how clients can pick their location for a shoot. In the demo it does not clearly show how a client can pick a location. There are two populated fields to choose from, but no way to enter a desired/different address.
As a real estate photographer I need the clients to be able to enter an address where the shoot will take place, is this possible during the booking?
The location field is used for shoots, which are selected by the photographer. If you allow your clients to set a place for a photo shoot, you may disable the Location field and ask your clients to specify the address/place in the Booking Notes field during checkout: https://prnt.sc/3Wg15H71cewH
So the field title can be changed, to something like “Your Address”?
Also, is it possible to use another language with this template?
Yes, you may change the field name if needed. The plugin is not translated to other languages by default, however, you will be able to do that easily via language plugins or directly via language files
