We haven’t actually used Slider Revolution in our theme for about 3 years now, as we developed and fully integrated our own native slider solution.
Regarding the recent change: the developers of Slider Revolution have effectively moved to a new product — Slider Revolution 7 — which requires a separate subscription model. Unfortunately, theme authors are no longer allowed to bundle this new version, even if we previously purchased an extended license for older versions.
The previous version will still receive security updates for the next 2 years, and you can continue downloading it from our website if needed. However, it will no longer be suggested for installation via the WordPress admin dashboard.
If you would like to use Slider Revolution 7, you will need to purchase it directly from the plugin authors.

“Hi, I’m using WoodMart and facing an issue in the dashboard. When I open a product category in the admin, it only shows one product, even though multiple products exist. Hola, tengo dudas respecto a la compatibilidad de su tema con WCFM, 1- piensan hacer layout para las tiendas de vendedores?? 2- podria personalizar yo el dashboard de wcfm con su tema?? 3- igualmente quiero personalizar al menos un poco la pagina de listado te tiendas, podria?? hago estas tres preguntas en base a que este tema es grande y tiene muchas ventas y a lo mejor muchos de los compradores han preguntado o pedido algo similar, y me baso para preguntar en ejemplos de que si se pueden modificar estas paginas porq hay un plugin de wcfm para elementor, pero creo seria mas comodo si lo hago desde el tema, y tambien les pregunto porq un tema que es rehub le agrego leves personalizaciones al dashboard, cambio la vista de la pagina del vendedor al igual que la de listado y como decia uds son un tema grande y espectacular y imagino tengan algo similar.

Our support is finished however i have bought 5 different license of this theme and one of my client website is spiking its resources not sure why is it happening:
the active specs of my cPanel account is this for 1 website i.e.: CPU Usage100 / 100 (100%) | Physical Memory Usage6 GB / 6 GB (100%) | Number of Processes195 / 200 (97.5%) |
But it’s still spiking the resources – why is your theme not optimized properly?

There is no such functionality in our theme by default. You may need to find an extra extension for WooCommerce to achieve this.

After updating the theme and making adjustments, the “Waiting” button on the product page no longer works correctly. When clicking the button, the browser redirects the user to the top of the page because the button code looks like this: Add to waitlist
The problem has become clear. When there are two “Waiting List” buttons on a product page (one for the mobile version of the page and one for the desktop version of the page), only one of them works; the second button, when clicked, only takes the user to the top of the page.

Conflict between WoodMart and Yoast SEO Premium

I found the cause of the issue on my website.
When WoodMart theme is active and Yoast SEO Premium is enabled, the WordPress admin pages “Add New Post” and “Add New Page” do not load properly and show a white screen / endless loading.
When I switch from WoodMart to a default WordPress theme, the issue is resolved and Add Post works normally.
This strongly suggests a compatibility conflict between WoodMart and Yoast SEO Premium.
Could you please check this issue and advise:
whether there is a known conflict with the current WoodMart version
whether I need to update WoodMart or any related core/plugin files
whether there is a temporary fix or patch

Instead of a “Buy” button, can we add “Buy via WhatsApp” or “Call by Phone” buttons? When users click them, they would be redirected directly to WhatsApp or the phone call screen.

My site became extremely slow after the latest theme and WordPress core updates (I usually install updates as soon as they are released).
I contacted my hosting provider and they tested the site with all plugins enabled. When they temporarily switched the theme to the default “Twenty Twenty-Five”, the performance returned to normal, which suggests the slowdown is related to the theme.
Since these were recent updates, I assume other users might be experiencing something similar as well.
Could you please advise on this? I would also appreciate knowing whether this situation still requires purchasing a $45 support ticket, or if there might already be a known fix or guidance available.

Good afternoon! After updating WoodMart to the latest version, I started having problems with the checkout layouts. When I duplicate the checkout layout, the checkout blocks are not displayed in the duplicate, it says that my site does not support blocks (see screenshot). Also, the checkout page stopped working with the shipping plugin, it displays a lot of extra fields, for all shipping methods at once. Please tell me what could be the problem?

When I first create a duplicate, an error appears. If I close and log in again, then the error is gone. But the order processing on the site still doesn’t work correctly, it displays all the delivery fields for all delivery types.

As for checkout fields, it looks like you are using some custom plugin to customize them. And it seems like it works with the standard checkout page only and is not effective when you build a custom layout.
The shipping plugin that creates additional fields was working correctly until I updated the WodMart theme to the latest version. I have been using this plugin for over a year now, everything was working fine until the theme update.
What version of the theme did you use before? Can we install it to test how it works compared to the latest version?

Hello! I made a duplicate of the site on a separate server, now the main and duplicate are not mixed. The duplicate has WoodMart version 8.3.8 installed, the checkout works fine. If I download the WoodMart update, the checkout will not work correctly. All fields for all delivery services will be displayed at once.

Hello! On 03/10/2026 I corresponded via e-mail with support, they found a problem with Hook in the topic, provided an answer that they would fix it in the next update:
“We have identified a bug on your website related to our Hook element.
We have applied the fix again. And it will be included in our next theme update.”
Today I updated the theme, the error is not fixed. Please help fix the error so I can use the updated version of WoodMart.

It seems Woodmart has forgotten that it’s now a page builder. Remember, we are no longer using Elementor.
Page builders need complete basic features like custom global colors. The primary and secondary colors are not enough; we need more. Imagine having to change all the borders color on the site manually!
Another thing is the copy and paste block styles functionality. These are primary features that should be present in the theme by now since the integration with the Gutenberg editor.
These are the basic features I can remember for now. Also, the ability to add custom social links will be appreciated, as not all desired social links are available.
Dynamic content support for the blocks might be an advanced feature, but for now, basic features must be added.
Another seemingly advanced feature is the support of custom CPT in layouts, and the ability to fully customize the search result page. Check out how the BuddyBoss theme does it.

This is crucial because Woodmart is a multipurpose theme, and WordPress e-commerce is evolving with the advent of plugins such as FluentCart. These will place the theme in the ranks of complete themes.
As a Web Designer, picking one theme and sticking with it is crucial, and I think Woodmart has the potential of being that theme, because it ticks most of my website feature requirements. But I have not been confident enough to settle for the theme, because of these primary builder experiences it lacks.
This is not me being pushy, just asking for basic due features.
