Dear Listeo Support Team,
I am reaching out because I am unable to find the Statistics Module options in my Listeo Core settings. I have checked under Listeo Core → Setting Up Listeo Core, but the Enable statistics mode checkbox and related configuration settings are completely missing from the menu.
Currently, my Statistics page (using the [listeo_stats_full] shortcode) is showing empty blocks without any charts or detailed filtering options. Could you please assist me in restoring these settings so I can properly track unique visits and interactions?

It is called “Welcome Bubble Message” , it looks nice but I do not want it because it takes a lot of space on mobile. I only want chat icon without Bubble message.

When a listing is added, is it automatically claimed by the author. Or does the author need to claim it again for it to be verified? And is there a way to have this happen immediately a listing was added by the author? That is they submit their business proof as part of their registration which will be optional.

I wanted to report some problems with the registration form.
When “I have read the terms and conditions” or “I have read the privacy policy” are not ticked and that a user try to register, it reloads the page and remove everything from the fields, meaning the user has to start it all over, couldn’t you just make appear the message that they must agree to these pages without reloading the form and without removing what was in the fields? just the messages and maybe a slight “shake” of the form to catch the attention
Another problem is with the OTP code. The settings says it’s for login, but when a user register, it asks for an OTP code… it shouldn’t request one as the settings page said it’s for login (not for registration form). And if you don’t fill all the fields and didn’t even tick the box for agreement but have the OTP option enabled, and click on “register” then the form doesn’t tell you that the fields must be filled, and the terms and privacy policy must be accepted, it jut make the OTP box for the code appear and send you a code.

Hi, I checked everywhere within the Dashboard/My account/My profile menus, but I didn’t find where users can switch roles (yes, the option is activated in the theme settings)
Also, on the demo that is imported as a base model to work on, when clicking on the username or “View profile” of the person who added the listing, it doesn’t redirect to his profile, it just scroll back to the top of the page
Finally, is there a way for owner to add “employees”? Employees with a separate login/password but that have their own user role and are able to manage X and Y features for the owners (like for example they can see calendar, manage the calendar, cancel a booking, reschedule, export/import calendar, create a new booking or add services etc but can’t do other stuff like they can’t delete owner account, they can’t change create other employees etc, something granular. That’s not possible with the them as of now correct? But is it something we could see in the future? That will be amazing.
Regarding the inability to change role, I create a new user that is not an admin, and there was the option in the dashboard. I guess the option is not here for admin and editor roles on purpose.
Please can you tell be if it will give the ability to add a hotel, and add rooms to the hotel ?

If I understand correctly, your theme is based on a license manager on server level to validate our license and associate it with our domain name. Which is quite problematic. Why? Because if something happens to you like an accident or worse, or that you decide that you’re done with that activity for whatever reason, and that the server is not paid anymore and/or goes offline then the license validation for new installation can’t be done/theme can’t be used anymore. License can’t be associated to a new domain either. Migrating domains becomes impossible. And that will be potentially for thousands of people (because you sold more than 10,000 themes), their whole business that will crumble and disappear, with all that it implies as consequences in their life. Some devs use the Envato license system does that too but at least, the license activation via the envato system is used only, 99% of time, to activate the auto-updates features and just that, not to allow us to use and/or unlock features, of a product we already paid…
The foundation of your license verification system crumbles when you’re gone (which will happen sooner or later, for whatever reason). It’s a flaw in all centralized licensing, even more so for small companies. The only true “forever” license is one that never needs to phone home.
I hope you can reconsider that. No plugin or theme should require a license verification to use it or unlock core features of the product itself. If you truly want to use a license verification system, then please consider using the envato license system, as Envato is a big company that is less likely to just vanish in our (us buyers) lifetime, and only if we want to activate the auto-updates, not for unlocking the theme and it’s features

License can be modified (domains remove), we have dedicated licenser page. No planned changes in this matter, it works perfectly fine.
That doesn’t answer the question. What happens to the theme buyers and their businesses, when you’ll eventually go out of business someday or if something happens to you, knowing nothing can be done without going through the license check server?
License server is paid for a year upfront. If we’re gone for some reason (and we’re not planning to because we’ve been doing that for 17 years so far) that would also stop bug fixes and theme development as well.
You known that I am NOT referring to lack of bug fixes and support (that, is the destiny of any theme/plugin) BUT to our ability, to us buyers, to activate/reactivate and/or move to a new domain our products and its licenses, because this is locked behind calls toward your server. And the day the server stopped being paid for whatever reason (and it’s a possibility, it will happen sooner or later), then it means that your 10.000+ buyers, could be out of business… and that’s what is very concerning and why I asked you to reconsider using that type of method to verify licenses, or at least that your server license validation is used only to receive updates and NOT to activate/deactivate/migrate license to a new domain.
Licenses should just be used only to get updates and support, and there’s a big difference between not receiving updates or support anymore in case we can’t validate anymore our license and not being able to unlock features of our products, or simply preventing total access to our themes/plugins functionnality we paid for, just like Freemius does (hence why people avoid buying products protected by Freemius), and migrate a license to a new domain etc

Hi, would it be possible to enhance messaging features with:
1. Report chat (spaam, unwanted content, insults etc).
2. Block user.
3. Mute user.
4. Report user (directly from the chat).
5. Visual notification (a bubble with the number of unread messages up to 99 (after that it becomes “99+) of unread messages in the navbar with it’s dedicate messages icon (so user don’”th ave to expand the “My account” menu to see that, but it should be there too.
6. Push notifications of new messages.
7. A bubble in the chat system with the number of unread messages for every chat.
8. Messages rate limit (it could also become par of monetization through package! like someone could buy a package where he’s able to send XX new chat per XX hours whereas another with a higher package can create more new chat (by “new chat” I mean more like restricting how many new people they can contact rather than the number of messages they can send, even if that second option would be good too, but the first one is better
And possible to add other features to the theme?
9. Report user (it will appear on the individuals listings (in the area of the user name) AND in its profile directly

Verification system for owners (not only listings) where the owner can upload various type of documents and pictures for manual verification process, and when approved, he’ll get a verified badge next to his name or picture, appearing in his profile but also all his listings. That feature could be enabled as a paid feature (would be like a proof that the owner is serious)
11. Adding to monetization website, phone number, and message apps (whatsapp, line, kakaotalk, WeChatr, Telegram, Signal etc the big messaging app names). Being able to enable/disable every one of these as part of paid packages just like it is for video, gallery module etc.
12. Custom fields in profile description (to create rich profiles like with “diplomas” “education” spoken languages” etc
13. Customizable badges for users (owners and guest) that will appear on their profile and next to their names on listings. These badges could be either free based on conditions (like XX booking completed etc. so many possibilities) or paid, to add even more monetization possibilities
14. New messaging apps to add to be contacted. We use widely Whatsapp in Europe, but in Japan, they use LINE massively, in Korea, that’s KakaoTalk and in China that’s WeChat. Telegram and Signal are also popular choices. it would be great if contact through these apps were added.

For bookings/Appointments, the ability for owners (and their employees, see 17.) to mark/change manually the status for their booking/appointment as “Finished” “No show” “rescheduled”, in their dashboard with the ability to write a reason. If a booking is cancelled, declined, or “no show” the person who booked, will receive an email notification of the status change and the reason why it was cancelled/declined

The ability for owners to not take booking/appointments from people they want, like for example if someone book an appointment and doesn’t show up 3 times, they might want to get him/her on their blacklist and that next time they try to book with them, the booking system won’t work and they will get a message asking to pick another provider as they can’t book with them anymore
17. The ability for owners to give access (like in a multi”vendor” platform) to their schedules/calendar account to other people. Hi, that seems to be an amazing theme but I have one concern regarding calendars.
1. I tried the demo and when accessing the dashboard as an “owner”, in the “Booking” > “Calendar view” section, I can see the terms “All Users” and “All Listings” does that mean that any user (owner) can see the calendars/booking and listings of other owners in that section ((i hope not, that will defeat the purpose of the booking system) or each owner can see and manage ONLY their own calendars.
2. Also, can you confirm that each owner (or whoever publish a listing) has the ability to link to their own personal ical calendar and that the theme doesn’t use a global calendar for every bookings made on the website like it’s unfortunately done on 95% of themes?
3. What happens when a listing expires, is it deleted automatically (i hope not) or is it simply unlisted until the user decides to either pay to relist it or delete it?
4. I see a “whatsapp” button on listings and profiles, could you also add the option to chose LINE (used in Japan) and KakaoTalk (used in Korea) too? and maybe to add the 3 at the same time if we want, on listings and profiles?
5. Is it possible to do the following with stripe. Owner post a listing and the price of the service is like 20$ BUT in backend , and per category, I can add a “special fee” to listings price (an alternative to commission post payment) so his listing even though he listed it at 20$ is actually listed at 20$ + a section “Special fee” (with the special fee price) below, and that will be the total that buyers will pay, and once the payment is done, the special fee goes automatically on my stripe account and the 20$ goes directly in the listing owner stripe account? I’d like to avoid the “price display is 20$ but owner gets only 17$ after commission” you know what I mean, so that feature would be amazing?
6. Can each person who publish a listing add their own strip account for payment or is it one global and i have to do manually the payments of commissions or “special fees” like in my example above?
7. Is there a profile verification (with documentS upload) + badge possible? or is it only per listing verification? A profile verification process + verified badge on profile (and next to suer name) would make so much sense for a directory them. If not, could you develop one and also give the option to make it a paid feature to get verified (with or without documents) and get the special badge on their profile and next to their name + their receive an email automatically to tell me if the profile is validated or not, upon clicking on “approval” or “reject” on backend side.
8. Can we add custom field to profile or is it just plain text for the description?
9. For security purpose, is it possible to click to reveal the phone number and email to avoid bots/crawlers?
10. Is a feature similar to how booking works right now on your theme, for Zoom (book a zoom session, for example for language learning) in the work?
11. Could you make the theme also compatible with hCaptcha plugin (better solution than google recaptcha)?
12. With the ad campaign feature, can user chose on which category they want to be featured? Like for example they pay X$ to appear on category 1, X$ if they want to appear on category 1 and 4, and X$ if they want to be featured on all categories across the site (even those non relevant)

Is it possible somehow to not let new users use the internal message system? It would be great to have power over who can use the message system and who not. Either if it could be a paid/pro feature for example or anything else like manual approve would be ok for me. My problem is that there were new users just registered and then they send spam messages to other members….. I tried the “new user approve-plugin” but that’s not really what I need and makes UX for users not so good.
We don’t have anything built-in yet but I guess we could add some filters there and let you customize it so it will for example show to users who bought a package or have account at least XX days

Hello, I purchased your Listeo theme, and I would like customers to be able to select multiple time slots when making a booking. I’m able to create time slots on the coach/provider side, but on the front office the time slots don’t appear.
My goal is to display several selectable time slots during the booking process.
Could you please advise how to enable multi-slot selection (or the correct setup) with Listeo?

I noticed in your comments that the theme doesn’t fully support RTL. However, in the documentation under the “Translation Importer”, it states that the theme is ready to use Farsi (Persian), which is written right-to-left (RTL) and shares the same foundational Arabic alphabet.

Hi, we don’t claim anywhere full RTL compatibility. It works but there are some bugs here and there, RTL languages are on the list because customers requested it so we added.

Once they create their account, then they’ll be able to see the pricing table? So the flow would be, 1. Create an account. 2. Choose “Add listing” and then they can see the pricing table and select whichever one they want. I’m just trying to hide the Pricing Table from my menu and from being accessible until after an account is created.

Do I HAVE TO USE Dokan plugin at all if I just want my Ai Agency directory to allow Ai Agencies to add their Agency and manage their profile/listing using just Listeo plugins.. or, do I have to enable Dokan for Listeo to work fully/properly? I would rather just use Listeo and native plugins to Listeo, however, if I have to enable Dokan, I can do that.. also, would I need to purchase a Dokan paid plan other than their Free plan to use Listeo successfully?
