Hello, I’m reviewing your template and it caught my attention. I wanted to ask about the live video streaming feature—can it be configured so that users have to pay per event in order to access or watch it?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Beeble theme.
Yes, Beeble has built-in Pay-Per-View (PPV) for live streaming events. Here’s how it works:
Set price per event — When creating a live stream, you can set a ticket price for that specific event Buy Ticket — Viewers see a “Buy For $XX” button before accessing the live stream
WooCommerce payment — Supports any WooCommerce-compatible gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Access control — Only users who purchased can enter the live stage Purchase history — Users can view their purchased events in their dashboard with invoice download
This is a native feature, no additional plugins or custom work required. Please review the live demo to see the PPV flow in action. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Pls i was thinking of purchasing this theme but i have a question. Do i need cloudflare to do live streaming from OSB studion or i can sream live to the website using OSB from my end without the need for cloudflare
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Beeble.
Neither option applies — Beeble uses LiveKit (WebRTC), not Cloudflare or OBS. Live streaming is done directly from the browser; OBS (RTMP) is not supported. If you need OBS-based streaming, StreamVid (Cloudflare Stream + RTMP) is the better choice.

So that means i can’t stream pre-recorded videos/movies on beeble like in a form of a TV channel?
Hi,
Good question! Let me clarify:
Yes, you can stream pre-recorded videos on Beeble — but not as a native TV channel with scheduled programming. Beeble actually supports OBS via LiveKit Ingress. You can use OBS to play pre-recorded videos and stream them as a “live” broadcast through LiveKit. Workflow: OBS (plays video files) → RTMP → LiveKit Ingress → Beeble → Viewers
What’s NOT included: Automated TV channel scheduler (24/7 playlist rotation) Built-in programming guide
For a fully automated TV channel, you would need additional tools or custom development.

Hello im back with a few more presale questions cause im having a hard time choosing between this theme and the streamvid. The streamvid seems to load faster but does not offer the credits and gift feature for live streams. It seems this theme the (beeble) has the credit feature and gift feature for live streaming. So i have 4 more important pre sales questions to help me decide which one to purchase.
1) Can credits be purchased using woocommerce with my preferred gateway plugin?
2) Does the gift feature thats works with the live stream, works with credits and woocommerce plugin together?
3) Is it possible to use a different cdn such as pushr cdn with this theme?
4) The theme seems to load a little slower on the demo, slower than the streamvid theme, is their a particular reason?
Thanks
Pre sales question.
1) Can this theme use wpstream plugin instead of livekit?
2) Can the streamvid theme be used with wpstream plugin to do live streaming with PPV?
3) Does the livekit store our live streams on their servers?
4) Can i use this theme without using livekit and just use OBS to do PPV ?
5) Will this theme allow me to use woocomerce payment processor’s?
Thanks
Hello you can disreguard the new 4 questions i asked before this. I read the documentation over and over and was able to answer those questions on my own. I just have 1 more question relating to the livekit. You mentioned on my last questions that the theme does not use Livekit and also uses cloudflare for the livesstreams which im fine with.
1)But iam a bit confused about your documentation mentioning Livekit with instructions to how to use and setup livekit to livestream in your documentation?
2)Also another commenter mentioned he does not want to use live kit 2 months ago and you responded that he had to use livekit in order to livestream also?
3) Is this because you possibly updated the theme to not use livekit anymore for live streaming?
I have just purchased my VPS so I am honestly ready to purchase right now either this theme or your streamvid theme. So any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
Hi,
Thank you for your question. 4) Can I use this theme without using LiveKit and just use OBS to do PPV? Yes, you can use Beeble without LiveKit after purchase. LiveKit integration is the key differentiator between Beeble and StreamVid — it enables real-time, low-latency live streaming directly within the theme. However, the theme remains functional if you choose not to use LiveKit. That said, I want to be clear about the support scope:
All features demonstrated in the product description and live demo are fully supported with setup guidance. Using third-party tools (like OBS for PPV workflows), custom integrations, or any modifications beyond the demo functionality falls outside the support scope.
I explain this upfront because some customers assume custom configurations are included, which can lead to misunderstandings later. If you need custom PPV workflows or third-party integrations:
Consider hiring a developer familiar with WordPress/streaming setups Or use our Customize Service: https://jwsuperthemes.com/our-services
Please review the full product description on ThemeForest carefully before purchasing to ensure Beeble meets your requirements. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Best regards, The JWSThemes team
Hi,
I want to clarify my previous response to avoid any confusion: When I said “the theme remains functional without LiveKit,” I meant that VOD, membership, and PPV for pre-recorded videos still work.
However, for live streaming specifically: LiveKit is required — without it, live streaming will not function OBS is not compatible (OBS uses RTMP, Beeble uses WebRTC via LiveKit)
So to directly answer your question: No, you cannot use OBS to do live PPV streaming with Beeble. If OBS-based live streaming is essential for your workflow, StreamVid (which supports Cloudflare Stream + RTMP) would be a better fit. I apologize for any confusion in my earlier message.
Best regards, The JWSThemes team
Hi,
I sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by my earlier response (22 days ago). That answer incorrectly described StreamVid’s features instead of Beeble’s.
Correct information for Beeble: Live streaming: LiveKit (WebRTC) — required for live streaming OBS/Cloudflare: Not supported for live streaming VOD/PPV for pre-recorded videos: Works without LiveKit
StreamVid (different theme): Live streaming: Cloudflare Stream + OBS (RTMP)
Again, I apologize for the mix-up. The recent clarifications are accurate.
Best regards, The JWSThemes team
Thanks that helps with clarification. Cause i didnt want to use livekit, but wanted to use clouflare with 3rd party mobile app such a larix broadcaster to go live from mobile phone. So i guess i will purchase the Streamvid instead that will make it possible to achieve this. I will purchase streamvid today instead.
Is it possible to add credits and gifts to streamvid so users can give gifts during livestream and creators can turn those gifts to cash out like you have in the beeble theme?
Or if not, do you offer custom work to make streamvid have this feature?
Hi,
Thank you for your decision to purchase StreamVid!
Regarding Cloudflare + Larix Broadcaster:
Yes, StreamVid supports Cloudflare Stream with RTMP, so you can use Larix Broadcaster (or any RTMP-compatible mobile app) to go live from your phone. This will work as expected. Regarding Credits & Gifts feature: Unfortunately, StreamVid does not have the credits/gifts system with creator cashout like Beeble. StreamVid is focused on VOD and membership-based access, similar to Netflix/Amazon Prime model.
Options for you: Custom Development — Yes, I can add this feature to StreamVid. Please submit your requirements through our Customize Service: https://jwsuperthemes.com/our-services and I will provide a quote.
Alternative consideration — If credits/gifts during livestream is essential, you may want to reconsider Beeble with custom OBS/RTMP integration (also available through our Customize Service).
Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Regards, The JWSThemes team
Hello im syrus. I have just messaged you for the 2 quotes through the message system link you supplied. I will wait for you for the 2 quotes before i make a purchase. I just would like to go with either option and the theme that the custom work would be less difficult and faster turnaround time. Yes the credit and gift feature is what i need and believe that the custom work would be easier to add rtmp with cloudflare so i can use third party app like larix with beeble seems it would be less difficulty since it already uses cloudflare & Bunny cdn for storage.. I will wait to hear back from you. Thanks
Hello, I have my own streaming server and I’d like to know if I can configure my server in the livestreaming options instead of using LiveKit’s. Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, Beeble only supports livestreaming via LiveKit. Using a custom streaming server is not supported out of the box and would require fairly complex custom development to integrate and maintain. If you’d like to explore how LiveKit works or understand the overall livestreaming flow, you can refer to this video for guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZ7G8UCRQ1MDocument: https://docs.jwsuperthemes.com/beeble

Does your theme support web series content with a proper season and episode structure (for example, Season 1 – Episode 3)?
I would like to know if it is possible to organize videos by seasons and episodes, and allow users to smoothly switch to the next episode or next season after finishing one episode.
Additionally, I want the season and episode list to be visible below the video player, so users can directly select and switch to any episode or season from there without leaving the page.
This will help provide a better and more user-friendly viewing experience. Please let me know whether this feature is supported by default in your theme or can be added through customization.
Hi,
Yes, our theme does support web series content with a full Season & Episode structure. For TV shows, content is organized by Seasons, and each season contains multiple Episodes. This allows you to manage long-running series in a structured and user-friendly way. Key features include: Episodes grouped by seasons (e.g. Season 1 – Episode 3) A season & episode list displayed directly below the video player Users can switch to any episode or season without leaving the page Smooth navigation to the next episode after finishing the current one You can review the live demo to see how this works in practice: Single TV Show page: https://beeble.jwsuperthemes.com/tv_shows/only-you/?version=v1 Episode list by season: https://beeble.jwsuperthemes.com/episodes/all-star-forever/ Documentation & setup guide: Screenshot reference: https://prnt.sc/eJjkAFG100oD Full documentation: https://docs.jwsuperthemes.com/beyondtv/Regards, the JWSThemes team

Hi,
I checked all the documentation and seems like it fits our needs. Few questions before purchasing.
For video buy now, it uses 1 single Product from WooCommerce. Can we trace how much each video is generating. Since all goes from Single product, i doubt there is option to check the report.
I don’t want to use Memebership plugin, does this works even if we don’t use memebership plugin ?
Hi,
Yes — you can definitely track the revenue for each video, but since the “Buy Now” feature uses a single WooCommerce product for all videos, you’ll need to add a small custom code snippet to fetch order data and calculate revenue per video (for example, by checking video IDs or metadata saved in the order).
Also, if you don’t plan to use the Paid Memberships Pro plugin, that’s completely fine. You can disable it — the video purchase feature will still work using WooCommerce only.
Regards, the JWSThemes team
Will you add feature so that we can check those stats ?
Hi,
Unfortunately, we do not add such custom features ourselves. Clients are expected to implement or hire developers for this kind of customization.
If you need help with how to start, we recommend opening a ticket at our Support Center , and our team can advise within the scope of support or offer a quote if you need a custom service.
Let us know if you have further questions!

Best of luck with the sale
Thank you
Hello dear jwsthemes team I only want to use the live streaming feature and want to remove the video upload feature. Is that possible? Also, is there WooCommerce support for subscriptions and pay per view? Thanks Regards
Hi,
1) Hide Upload Video Yes, you can disable the video upload feature at: Dashboard > Jws Settings > Theme Options > Videos > Videos Upload Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/29t0oOqF0ARO
2) WooCommerce & Pay-per-View Support Currently, WooCommerce supports Buy Now (users can watch permanently after purchase) and Rent. In addition, you can also use membership levels (PMPro) to charge users for watching movies. We’ve explained this setup in the documentation — please check the section: How to Set Up Monetization Options Here’s a demo page showing both membership and buy options: https://beeble.jwsuperthemes.com/movie/when-i-fly-towards-you/ If you’d like to add new or custom monetization features to better fit your website, you can hire our Custom Services team or any developer you trust.

what is different Streamvid with this? it looks like same function and design
Hi,
Thank you for your question!
Although StreamVid and Beeble may look similar in terms of layout or some core features (such as Elementor support or video functionality), they are completely different themes, each built with:
Different core codebases.
Unique system structures and UI/UX optimizations.
Specific feature sets: For example, StreamVid focuses more on video streaming functionality (including Vimeo showcases), while Beeble is tailored for creating advanced OTT websites with rich and engaging video experiences. It includes dedicated features for Movies, TV Shows, Live Streaming, Pay-Per-View, Watchlists, Playlists, IMDB rating integration, and flexible subscription plans social networking and monetization.
Developed from different customer feedback, so each theme solves unique use cases and is not a clone or copy.
Every theme is an independent product—designed from scratch to meet specific user needs.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’d like to offer a deeper explanation regarding the PageSpeed limitations, the SEO assessment misunderstanding, and the direction of our new theme Beeble compared to StreamVid.
1. About PageSpeed – Why it’s Naturally Limited
Beeble is a theme built specifically for Live Streaming, Video on Demand (VOD), and Pay-Per-View platforms. By nature, websites in this category require:
- Embedded video players (YouTube, Vimeo, self-hosted). - Live chat systems. - Dynamic content loading (AJAX, real-time updates)
Third-party APIs All of these significantly increase script and rendering load, which naturally limits PageSpeed scores — especially on mobile devices. Google PageSpeed Insights focuses heavily on raw performance over functionality, so rich media sites will always score lower than static sites.
However, Beeble still follows best practices, including: - Lazy loading for images and videos - CSS/JS minification and deferring - Compatibility with performance plugins like WP Rocket and Litespeed Cache. - Optimized media delivery with CDN-ready setup. 2. About SEO – Clarifying a Misunderstanding
You mentioned that SEO is poor, but we believe this is due to testing a live demo, which is not designed or intended for real-world SEO performance.
Let’s break it down:
On-Page SEO (Handled by the Theme): - Beeble follows standard SEO practices including: - Proper heading structure (H1–H6) - Clean, semantic HTML - Schema markup support - Optimized image handling - SEO plugin compatibility (RankMath, Yoast, etc.)
Off-Page SEO (Not related to the Theme): SEO testing tools also score based on domain authority, backlinks, content originality, and other metrics not present on demo sites. Our demo (https://beeble.jwsuperthemes.com ) is a fresh subdomain with no backlinks, no real traffic, and placeholder content.
So it’s not meaningful to judge SEO performance from demo links — SEO depends entirely on the actual site you build, your content strategy, domain history, and external promotions.
3. Design and Feature Expectations We truly appreciate your insight comparing Beeble to StreamVid. You’re right — they share a visual base because they serve the same niche. However, Beeble is not just a redesign — it’s a re-engineered solution for monetized video platforms.
Reason 1: Distinct Feature Focus
The Beeble theme is specifically focused on developing livestreaming features with real-time reactions. This includes user chat, sending and receiving gifts (which can be converted to money), paid livestreams, a credit system for managing income from streaming and chatting, and even a pay-per-view system for Video on Demand.
All of these are significantly different from the StreamVid Theme. Perhaps your assessment after viewing the demo was not fully objective. We strongly encourage you to experience the product firsthand to clearly see the differences.
Reason 2: Performance and Optimization Concerns
These new features are quite heavy. Many users do not require them, and if we forced them into StreamVid, it would make the theme much heavier. Moreover, it would negatively impact the optimization for our existing customers who have already purchased and trust StreamVid. (Please note: the underlying Livestream technology used in StreamVid and Beeble is different.)
Reason 3: Resource Efficiency and Themeforest Approval
Reusing some existing resources is a cost-saving measure that helps in the product development process (you can check, other authors often do this as well).
Please don’t worry—if you have purchased StreamVid, we are still committed to its development and lifetime customer support. The fact is, these are two products with two different directions, and this is confirmed by the thorough review process at Themeforest. You know that our theme would only be approved and listed here if there were significant differences.
If you are a StreamVid user and want to incorporate Beeble’s features, please don’t hesitate to use our custom development service or any other third-party service.
Here’s what’s new: Pay-per-view integration Creator monetization dashboard Improved video grid layouts Live stream access gating Focus on entertainment-style UX (similar to Netflix, VIU, etc.) That said, we absolutely understand your suggestion that new features should be matched with a new layout. We’re already exploring new layout options inspired by platforms like viu.com, iQIYI.com, vidio.com — and we’ll consider adding them as alternatives or separate demos in future updates.
In Summary PageSpeed is naturally lower due to video-heavy content, but can be improved with optimization. SEO cannot be evaluated properly from a live demo — it depends on your actual domain and content. Beeble includes new features and is built for growth — but we acknowledge the request for a more distinct layout and will consider it seriously.
We welcome more feedback and feature suggestions — your input helps shape our future development.
Kind regards, JWSThemes Support Team
