I was surprised to see that I still don’t have any ads on my site; indeed, there’s a problem. I created a profile (https://seules.fr/profil/1775301146-2/), completed it, and validated it. But I don’t have permission to post an ad. It tells me I don’t have this permission because my profile isn’t complete!

When I search for profiles using the form on my homepage, I only see male profiles by default. How can I get both genders without having to select one or the other?
Another question: I’m looking for links to cities. It’s easy to find links to countries and regions, but I can’t find them for cities. Could you give me an example?

The front page can show cities only.
Cities can be displayed in the widget “DateBook: Related profiles by city”.
You can add this widget on a Single profile page.
I put the widget in the unique profile (English) but nothing happens; I even put it in the footer and in the blog, but nothing happens.

Good day. You can select the languages here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Languages.
But you should select only those languages which have percentage.
Languages that have zero percentage have not been translated yet.

Also under subscrition in the dashboard: when you select subscription first then sign up, then it creates an error saying you must fill in all fields marked red.
Can you fix this bug pls, I need members to choose a subscription first then fill out the registration form. I have one subscription plan that is free for women, could this maybe create the error?

I am using the Datebook theme/plugin and I need help with a custom SEO URL structure.
Currently, search URLs are generated like this:
/cautare/?action=searchprofiles®ion=17468
Where “region” is the city ID.
For SEO purposes, I want to convert these into clean URLs like:
/femei-singure-bucuresti/
My goal is:
- Keep using the internal region ID system (no changes to database logic)
- Map city slug (e.g. “bucuresti”) → region ID (17468)
- Either rewrite the URL OR load the search results directly without redirect
My questions:
1. Is there a hook/filter inside Datebook that allows modifying the query arguments for searchprofiles before rendering results?
2. Can I intercept or override the region parameter (ID) based on a custom URL slug?
3. Which file handles the search results rendering? (I assume something like templates/search or a function inside inc/)
4. Is there a recommended way (from your architecture) to implement SEO-friendly URLs for city-based searches?
5. Can I safely load search results using custom query vars instead of GET parameters?
Important: I want to avoid redirects and load results directly for better SEO
If possible, please point me to:
- exact hooks
- filters
- or files that control the search query

Hi Jefstys, I think I can answer that question for you! It’s the text in your blog page under backend / Pages with the slug: rencontres-sans-lendemain. Open that page and edit the text there.

Sorry, I can edit the Category text via my installed plugin Loco Translate. From there you find the translated plugin “DateBook”. In the Datebook plugin open your language: English -> France. Edit the text string “You are on the category page” and translate that to your France text string.

Is it me or can’t I find it. When a user adds a photo to get it’s profile to be verified then I can’t find anywhere anymore where I can check and aprove the “verified profile” for that user. I don’t see anywhere where I can aprove the request.
OK, found it, mistype in mail address 
I still can’t receive the mail. Mailserver says:
You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email. For the domain: https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx The log to paste when you open a support issue: This email has empty body
Where can I setup that the mail has a body so the mailserver will receive the email?
And I still receive a message Verification picture is uploaded for review”. But nowhere can I approve the verified picture in profile user.
1) The verification photo is uploaded in the user’s account (frontend). Here you can check and see the verification photo: go to a profile page -> My account -> Verification. See screenshot https://ibb.co/vLd7dXB
After that, you can assign the Verified icon to the profile here: go to a profile page -> click on The Administration Dashboard -> click on the Verify button. See screenshot https://ibb.co/KwBxzNZ
2) The email body is empty because you should enter some text in the email body. For this do the following:
Go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Email Templates -> open the “Confirm your email address” template (first template) and entered some text in all languages.
Do the same for all email templates.

There is an option in Datebook / Dashboard / Pages to set the: - Terms and Conditions page This will be displayed below the website. But beside that I have also these two pages which is needed in Europe with the AVG/GDPR laws> - Privacy Policy - Moderation & Reporting Policy Is there a way these 2 could be added to the Datebook / Dashboard / Pages Or an another way I can display them below the website?
Fixed it with a workaround by puting it in Front Header text.
And found it in menus, I was a bit sleepy I guess

Hi Hermanroos. Tips display in the user’s account, in the edit form. For example, go to some profile page -> in the right top corner click on the My account menu -> click on Edit. There you can see tip right under input fields.
Tips do not display in the search form or on a profile page when visitors view profiles.

I am having a problem on my classified page. On my classified page, how do I change the text and background of the classified ads? Right now the background is white, and the font/text is white. The classified ads can not be read. The last time you messaged me, you told me: 1) Disable this option (Recommended): WordPress -> Appearance -> Customize -> DateBook -> Theme Color. 2) Disable this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Panels.
I’ve done both of these options. It worked for some sections of my website, but my Classified Page is still not readable.
