This is one of most expensive theme I even brought. But highly disappointed. First, You need to buy elementor pro to make this work, and even you do so, the mobile menu wont work and you will have to take either a freelance support or to buy their support. been an year but yet I am unable to use this theme.

You support has expired but this doesn’t matter if you report a bug visible on the Live Demo or easily recreated on a fresh installation. Hi there, if you don’t already own Elementor Pro, you will need to obtain Elementor Pro separately here – https://be.elementor.com/visit/?bta=13981&nci=5757 There are also free GPL alternatives available. Our themes have been tested with one of the most widely used options —https://proelements.org/ — and the theme is fully compatible with it.

hi, before i buy the theme, i have a question, i noticed something like that: when i click to call button by accident, and then hovered to marketing solutions item in menu, after hovering out from that menu item page automatically scrolls to that call button and if i buy that theme is it possible to turn off that function? or is it just a bug?

There’s definitely a problem! I use Elementor Pro, and I’m very disciplined in everything, but whenever I create content for the BLOG, adjust SEO settings, and click SAVE, it EXPLODE!

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing this theme and have a question. I see that Elementor Pro is required. Does this mean I need to maintain the Elementor Pro subscription after the initial setup, or can I cancel it afterward? Will the website continue to function properly, and will I still be able to make edits without any issues?

How to get a refund?

Hi there, it is not clear to me what exactly is the issue you are referring to. You have bundled multiple question in one ticket, and it is impossible to track what is not yet resolved. Please open a separate ticket for each one. Most importantly it is hard to fix something the support team is not able to reproduce, so you must provide a clear directions for them. There are no multiple questions – just two and both are divided. Main about header strange appearance (delay for few seconds after all website loads). I know the same is on the main demo website, but I thought it is kind of animation I can remove. But no, it’s not possible to solve it.
Other about not possible to translate template parts. I have sent several times with screenshots what is not possible to translate, your support answers where to change mainpage slug (it is absolutely not connected as a mainpage doesn’t have any slug publicly, only on admin side).

I updated my site and am now receiving this message:
