Performance & Technical Excellence (Update), is this for just Gutenberg or for everything ?
Do product labels only work with Gutenberg ? Can you manually add the labels from the backend to single products ? Can you add multiple labels ? You should create a simple video to show how the label builder works.

Yes, performance improvements are made for all page builders and not for Gutenberg only.

Hello. I have been a blogger for a long time and I take the Woodmart theme as a base due to its functionality and customization capabilities. But many major versions are already released with demos that are the same type, unprofessional and from a web design perspective – look like they were made by children from design courses. This has been written about many times on your official forum and on the sales page in Envato. These demos are slag that is made in 30 minutes, some free themes have much more professional layouts. When people buy a theme, they want to get interesting professional layouts that are ready to launch, but instead they get a lot of features and a weak design that does not reveal the professionalism and business goals of the theme. Is it really difficult to hire professional designers who, together with your wonderful developers, will create powerful agent-level demos? Hi, before purchasing, I need to confirm: does your theme support additional product fields for image uploads on the product page? Specifically, I sell picture frames and want customers to be able to upload up to 6 photos, then see a live preview of how the frame will look with their images before adding to the cart. Is this functionality built into the theme, or does it rely on a specific plugin? If plugin-dependent, which ones do you recommend, and which ones do you guarantee compatibility with?

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Hi, i bought multiple themes from you and all is great. But in one case i have a problem, sometimes shows me some buttons in header, but after a few seconds they disappear and i can not check with inspector what are they.
Buttons are called “SKIP TO NAVIGATION” and “SKIP TO MAIN CONTENT”.
Where can i disable these?

Those buttons (“Skip to navigation” and “Skip to main content”) are accessibility features. They help keyboard users and people using screen readers quickly jump to the main navigation or content without tabbing through the whole header/menu every time.
However, disabling them may make the website less accessible for users with disabilities and could slightly impact accessibility best practices or compliance requirements.

Seems like you didn’t delete old theme files during the update. Try to update the theme manually via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and make sure that all the files are prperly replaced.

I am having an issue with promo banners using the templates, once I change the Image size of the image say for example 150×150 the resolutions goes low quality.
If you would like to try:-
Create a new post or page.
Go to templates and select Banners.
Select Banners + Info Boxes
Upload a photo on the banner and change the image to what ever you like.
The image becomes low quality.

Custom shop filter is not working properly. It was created using the Block Editor with an HTML block shortcode. After adding the HTML block shortcode on the left side of the Layout Builder using Elementor, the filter HTML block was added in the Archive Shop Filter “HTML Block”.
During testing, when clicking on any filter option to filter products, the archive shop page starts loading randomly and unexpectedly opens product pages instead of filtering products. The filter should only filter and display products, but currently it is breaking and causing unexpected page loading/navigation issues.

I am a long-time user who loves the core functionality of WoodMart. However, I want to share some critical, honest feedback regarding a problem that has been ongoing for quite some time now: the quality and variety of your theme demos.
To be blunt, the demos are the biggest thing letting the theme down right now. This is not a recent, one-off issue; it has been a pattern for a while. Your demos are becoming poor, basic, and repetitive, with maybe only one genuinely good demo released every few updates. Frankly, poor demos make a highly premium theme look like a generic free theme, completely hiding what the backend is actually capable of.

These feel like the exact same basic grid layouts with new product photos lazily swapped in. They completely fail to capture the unique layout identity or premium, high-end feel that these specific niches demand.
Furthermore, WoodMart is explicitly sold as a multipurpose theme. If it is truly multipurpose, why does the team keep sharing repeated, low-effort e-commerce layouts for the same exact retail fields? Why not release one or two amazing e-commerce demos and one or two demos for something completely different with an update?
Show us what the theme can actually do outside of a basic product grid by creating layouts for other high-demand fields like services, corporate landing pages, education, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, takeaways, portfolios, or event layouts, etc.
Compared to other top-tier themes, and especially when compared to newly released themes hitting the market right now, these layouts fall short. Modern themes are releasing incredibly polished, agency-grade designs out of the box—as you may notice with a quick look on ThemeForest. By comparison, these feel like standard, generic layouts with new product photos just swapped in. It doesn’t do justice to WoodMart’s actual power.
If the team is short on time or resources, why not release just one incredible, deeply customized demo per update instead of multiple basic ones?
Shifting the focus to quality over quantity would likely save your team development time while giving your users a much more competitive, inspiring product to work with. We want to see WoodMart’s layouts leading the market again, not falling behind.

WoodMart doesn’t have any specific requirements to the server. It is more related to WordPress core and it should work without any problems with Nginx. You need to refer to official WordPress documentation for help on this matter.

I am working on my old WodMart website trying to give it some fresh new look and switched from WP Bakery to Elementor page builder. However I encountered perhaps a bug or a missing feature in one of the widget: – since I am building a new product page layout it is essential to have the “Countdown timer” based on the scheduled product price discount. Surprisingly this widget doesn’t have any dynamic logic, but simple and static date picker which doesn’t respect the scheduled price discount. Am I missing something here or there is really a problem with the widget? I see that when Gutenberg is enabled there is a widget “Product countdown” which works as expected but unfortunately I need the Elementor one to behave the same. Any advice on that? Thanks, Stefan

Hi,
I am using gutenberg version, i am facing difficulty with H1 tags My homepage shows No h1 tags, inspite i have 1 and on clicking it the right hand side says no block selected.
On going in depth, i found Theme settings>Page title> Page title design i changed that to centered which was previously selected to Disable by default. Now my homepage shows H1 but the Title is visible in front end, i want to keep it hidden. Than i tried Meta settings at the bottom of the page editor. There i selected Disable page title which has a caption as “Hide page heading on this page” and now again H1 goes off with the title.
And on viewing category pages, there also H1s are missing and on Product pages, the Product Title is properly configured as H1…
Also, the H4 tags like 24 support and worldwide shipping on header are appearing on top when checked with SEO detailed extension
what i am missing here?
I want proper SEO optimised page with H1 tag on the first and than H2 and H3 and H4 tags

Hi, I have your theme configured, and in the mobile version, with the “mobile menu” module, the social media sharing options that come with the theme by default appear on my phone!
I’ve been trying to delete and recreate it for a long time; everything is updated, but nothing works. The mobile menu doesn’t load, only the social media options.

I would like to report a bug related to the WoodMart “Extra menu list” element when using WPBakery Page Builder 8.7.2.
In the WPBakery backend editor, the title of the Extra menu list element appears three times instead of only once. For example, if the element title is set to “Test1”, the same title is displayed multiple times in the backend layout.
In previous versions of WPBakery Page Builder, this worked correctly and the element title was displayed only once.
Since Extra menu list is a custom element added by the WoodMart theme, it looks like there may be a compatibility issue between this WoodMart element and the latest WPBakery version.
The issue seems to be only visual in the WPBakery backend editor. It does not affect the frontend of the website.
I understand that my support period has expired, but since this appears to be a WoodMart/WPBakery compatibility bug affecting a custom WoodMart element, could you please check it?
