Hello. I have a problem with your comments/reviews feature. It seems that the listing author can only post 1 single comment per listing. Please confirm. And how can we allow members and listing authors to post as they wish?
If this is not possible, how can we override your reviews feature completely in order for us to use another comments plugin?

Apologies for my bluntness but I’ve now paid for 5-6 support/licenses. The last time we paid, we thought we’d caused a problem on our site, when in fact it was a bug of the theme.
So before we do that, we want to be sure this is not another bug.
Your docs have nothing special on the reviews/comment feature.
Our problem – We have 2 Listeo sites in our multisite network. One works fine. The other has issues…with the reviews/comments feature.
So, please advise why one of our sites (the ones with problems) has these tables : __jet_appointments __jet_appointments_excluded __jet_appointments_meta __jet_post_types __jet_reviews __jet_review_comments __jet_review_guests __jet_review_meta __jet_review_types __jet_taxonomies
The one without problems does not have these tables at all. And we have never used Jetpack in any part of our multisite.
Hi, I’m not using standard categories. I’m using list-type categories. How can I get the “Show more filters” option to work in the search form on the search pages? It gives me the warning “Select a category above to see all filters.” Is not using the default categories an incorrect usage scenario? Should I fix it?

Hello, Pre-sale question. I would like for each Pricing Plan to limit number of categories user can select while “Adding Listing”, for example: Free Package – 1 category Silver Package – 5 categories Gold Package – 10 categories Similar option like there is a limit on images in gallery per Pricing Plan. Customization has to “survive” theme upgrades (child theme?). Would that be possible? Thanks
Hi, Not built-in – the per-plan limit in Listeo is for gallery images, not categories.
But it can be added to work the same way (Free = 1, Silver = 5, Gold = 10), enforced both on the form and on submission. It would live in a child theme or small plugin using the theme’s hooks, so it survives theme and plugin updates without touching core files. This is custom developer work, not an admin setting.

My platform will list local experiences, classes, photo shoots, cafes, and local services.
Before purchasing, I’d like to confirm a few important things.
1. Can Listeo be used mainly as an inquiry-based booking platform without online payment at first?
2. Can different listing categories have different custom fields? For example:
- Experiences: duration, price per person, rainy-day availability, target users, reservation method

I’ve read about Listeo’s features, and I find your topic interesting, but I have a few questions: 1) Do you use the ACF plugin as a field generator and editor, or do you use a proprietary plugin?

One more question. I’ve been looking at and analyzing your demos before buying to see if your theme works for my project. I’ve noticed that the photos in the store or service listings are horizontal, and I’d like to use them vertically. My intention is to sell memberships to my clients to display their information and personal photos.
1) Does the theme allow me to change the orientation of the photos (make them vertical)? Or does the theme allow me to configure how the main photo is displayed (so that the entire person’s photo is shown vertically) and also their gallery?

Yes, you can upload vertical/person photos, but the demo layouts are designed mainly for horizontal listing images, so some areas may crop them. Showing full portrait photos for the main image and gallery is possible, but it would usually require CSS/template customization rather than just one built-in orientation switch.
For fields: yes, Listeo includes a Forms & Fields Editor, so you can add, remove, reorder, and configure custom profile/listing fields. A completely custom profile layout like your example would be possible, but it would require editing/overriding the listing template in a child theme – we cannot offer help with customizatios though

When trying to delete an item from the Dashboard frontend, clicking the delete button (x) removes only the button itself, but the item remains and cannot be deleted.
The only way to successfully remove the item is by editing the listing directly through the WordPress backend editor.
Could you please check this and let us know if there is a fix available?

I would like to clarify that this issue concerns a core built-in functionality of the Listeo theme and not any custom modification or third-party integration.
The “Pricing & Bookable Services” field inside the Pricing Menu Module does not function correctly on the frontend dashboard, since deleting an item removes only the delete button and not the actual item itself.
Because this is a native theme functionality issue, I do not intend to purchase extended support simply to report or resolve a bug in the theme’s default behavior.
Could you please let me know if there is a known fix, patch, or workaround available for this issue?

Please add an option to change the currency decimal separator from dot to comma at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=listeo_settings#general_currency_block so that it matches the WooCommerce currency options at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings. This affects all users in comma-decimal countries (Greece, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, etc.) who expect prices to display as 50,00 €.

Yes it does, as LocalBusiness, currently it’s not customizable via option, only by code changes
