I think we’re misunderstanding something. I don’t have just one theme license; I have two. When I try to use the second license I purchased on my new site, I get a warning that it’s already registered on my previous site on your website. Neither of my licenses is visible on your website. I purchased the Arch Hub theme a while back with the intention of learning from it, but I never actually used or deployed it. It seems to be linked to walizen.com, and now I’m getting this message: “You reached activation limit on development environment of this license.”
Since the theme was never put to use, could you please remove the activation from walizen.com? That would let me finally use it on a project. I can’t see another way around this, and I’d really appreciate your help.

Hi, I’m using the Minimalist demo and building pages with ArcHub Collections blocks. The Minimalist demo has a defined typographic system (specific fonts, sizes, and weights for body, H1, H2, etc.). When I insert ArcHub Collections blocks, they import with their own inline typography (e.g., Roboto), which overrides the Minimalist typography settings. I want all ArcHub Collections blocks to inherit the Minimalist demo’s typography system automatically, including the correct fonts, sizes, and weights for each heading level and body text, rather than bringing in their own styles. Is there a setting to make imported blocks respect the current demo’s typography? Or a recommended method to strip inline typography from imported blocks so they inherit from Site Settings? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is currently no global setting that forces imported ArcHub Collections blocks to automatically inherit the active demo’s typography (such as the Minimalist demo).
At the moment, the recommended approach is to edit each imported block individually. Please edit the specific block, go to its Typography settings, and adjust or reset the font, size, and weight according to your requirements so it matches your Site Settings / demo typography.

Hi, I am raising this because it appears to be a compatibility issue that may affect other ArcHub users as well.
We are currently running ArcHub Theme v1.2.13, ArcHub Core v1.2.13, ArcHub Elementor Addons v1.2.13, Elementor v3.35.4, and Elementor Pro v3.35.1.
The issue is that the mobile hamburger menu in the Elementor header does not open on the live site. The button is clickable, but the dropdown does not appear. This is a basic navigation requirement, and it is currently non-functional.
We have spent many hours troubleshooting this, assuming it was a configuration or caching issue on our side. After systematic testing, the behaviour is clear: when ArcHub Core is active, Elementor’s frontend does not initialise properly and the mobile menu fails. The moment ArcHub Core is deactivated, Elementor works immediately and the mobile menu functions normally. Elementor’s System Info panel also flags ArcHub Elementor Addons as “Incompatible.”
Given the time invested in diagnosing what turns out to be a theme-level conflict, this situation is extremely frustrating. A core navigation feature should not break under standard, up-to-date Elementor versions without clear compatibility guidance.
Because this directly affects live mobile navigation, we need definitive clarification on the following:
1. What exact Elementor and Elementor Pro versions are officially supported for ArcHub 1.2.13?
2. Is there an updated ArcHub Core version that resolves this conflict?
3. If no update is available, which specific Elementor versions should be used to ensure compatibility?
Please provide the correct supported configuration so this can be resolved properly.

With these versions, the hamburger menu is working perfectly on our end and for other users as well. The issue appears to be specific to your website, and we will need to debug it directly on your site.

In ArcHub, images are not embedded directly into JavaScript or inline script code like what can happen in some Revolution Slider setups. Instead, images are output in normal HTML <img /> tags or background CSS, which means:
- Your images can be indexed by Google and other search engines
- They will appear in Google Image search results when crawled properly
- SEO performance isn’t negatively affected simply because of how the theme displays them
The theme uses clean, modern code and is built with SEO-friendly practices in mind, so your media files should behave like standard WordPress images in search results.
