I purchased a service and my subscription has expired, but this problem is affecting the current version.

Subject: CSS files not being generated in /uploads/woodmart/css/parts/ Hi Woodmart Support, I’m using Woodmart 8.5.4 with WordPress 7.0 and WooCommerce on shared hosting (cPanel).
The problem:
The folder /wp-content/uploads/woodmart/css/parts/ exists with the correct permissions (755) but remains completely empty. No CSS files are being generated, causing these errors repeatedly in debug.log: `wp_maybe_inline_styles was called incorrectly`. Could not read “path” key for ”/css/parts/base-rtl.css” stylesheet “wd-style-base” Could not read “path” key for ”/css/parts/header-base-rtl.css” stylesheet “wd-header-base” Could not read “path” key for ”/css/parts/woocommerce-base-rtl.css” stylesheet “wd-woocommerce-base” What I’ve already tried:
Regenerate styles from Woodmart Status page Created the parts folder manually via Terminal with 755 permissions Filesystem Method is “direct” Cleared all caches
Server info:
PHP 8.3.31 PHP Memory: 2GB Filesystem Method: direct Hosting: Shared (cPanel)
Please advise on how to force Woodmart to regenerate the CSS files correctly. Thank you

The problem lies with the fonts. After changing the font, we were unable to change it further and it remained stuck with the system font. Furthermore, it is impossible to generate or host fonts in the file at all.
I went to Performance > Font Display for text fonts
Disable You can specify the “font-display” property for text fonts. Read more information here
It started working again.
When the block is enabled, nothing happens.

hello, do you plan to support cookie policy for EE version 2? now in your theme settings, i can only add a cookie message with a link and an ok button. on version 2 on eurpe cookie policyis not enough, i should be able to carefully check all cookies and enabe or disable all, not just an ok or show more details button, do you plan to support that in the future update? in europe from now on, every site that dont have cookie policy v2 is againstthe law, we now have to use plugin for that

I’m having an issue with some strings that are not being translated through Loco Translate.
I have already tried syncing the translation files, saving the translations and clearing the site/cache, but the following phrases still appear in English on the website:

Hey guys! After updating the theme to the latest, I noticed the “hotspot” no longer works (and causes the products within the hotspot to just list down the page) and same for the featured items – they go down the page instead of going across it. Changes on Envato are related to their exclusivity policy, and they shouldn’t impact any of the products. We have no plans to alter our development course, not in July or at any other time in the future. We also don’t have any plans for new separate products at the moment. My question is: if I use Gutenberg, can I still turn the website into a catalog instead of an online store? Dear Woodmart team, if Justify gallery option is enabled for standard blog post with a gallery, when try to publish or update any post in the admin area I get white screen with Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at ../themes/woodmart/inc/modules/parts-css-files/class-parts-css-files.php:604) in ../wp-admin/post.php on line 231 I noticed the warning today and cannot update or publish any posts. Everything on the website is up to date but my support period has expired so cannot open a ticket in your forum. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no way, because the error occurs in the admin panel when updating and/or publishing a post. We talking about standard post (without any builders), opened with the classic editor, included WP native photo gallery and enabled WD justify gallery option (Blog > Single post > Settings > Justify gallery). It’s something with the latest major version of WD.
Also, I found that the bootstrap-light.css file is missing from the theme folder as well but it’s still available in the Performance > CSS > Advanced > Styles always load list. So maybe it’s just by mistake.

I noticed a cross-browser layout bug regarding the Cookies Popup feature on Safari. While it renders perfectly fine on Google Chrome, the layout breaks on Safari (desktop).
The buttons container (.cookies-buttons) gets compressed and drops down, or the links wrap incorrectly, causing a distorted alignment. This happens due to how WebKit handles flexbox child sizing and shrinking calculations compared to Blink.
