Hi i just purchased your theme 10 minutes ago. Paid for the extra 6 months of support and tried to install it into my wordpress site and it failed saying: Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.
Theme install failed. After that happened i went back to the item page and attempted to go to the support forum to get help and found that that link leads to a page that does not exist. http://www.coralixthemes.com/forums/ upon finding that out i tried to submit both a private and public ticket and when i tried to submit it, the system popped up an error saying “Can’t submit due to an unknown error.” Could you please help me to figure out what it is that i should do in order to get this product installed into my site. It looks beautful. Any help you could give would be awesome! Thank you

That forum was unable to help me with the problem i mentioned earlier. Thank you for the correct link. I am still unable to submit tickets to the support team though. Could you please advise me about how to fix the issue that was stated above? Thank you so much? Also there is no documentation in the download files of that theme that walks you through the process. The only documentation given is a pdf named “Documentation”, but that is basically a “thank you for purchasing the theme letter.” I did download all of the files and things associated with the theme, but it is still unable to install into my wordpress site no matter what i do.
Hi ivorydagr8, the forum is https://coralixthemes.ticksy.com About your question. This is a html template, not wordpress theme. The documentation is correct. Your problem is you’re trying to install a html template within a wordpress theme. That is not possible. You find how to edit the html documentation. You can upload your site via ftp. If you need help understanding how to edit a html we will gladly help in the forum.

I tried to submit a ticket to the public forum and the system continually gives me an “Unknown error” when i click the submit button. Is there another way to submit my question to the forum? Or are you guys able to help me with this issue right here? Heres the question: I downloaded the Men’s Hair Salon-Beauty html theme and i would like to integrate it into my newly downloaded wordpress site via ftp. ugh. Nevermind. just scrolled up and saw your response 7 months ago. Would you consider releasing the Wordpress version sooner rather than any later? Or offer HTML-WP conversion for those of us who purchased this theme under the impression that it was WP?
We dont have a WordPress version.
Theme looks good, but it’s only halfway complete. No mail.php supplied or offered. Additionally, still no Wordpress version although it was promised over a year ago.
