Hi Valentin – this is a wonderful template, really enjoying working with SimpleKey. If anyone out there is considering purchasing this one, just do it!
I’m having a little difficulty figuring out how to add text overlay to the “Last Works” sliders. Do I need to make separate articles or a different category to handle the slide content (text description and “MORE DETAILS” button)? I tried copying and pasting from your live preview site into the slideshow article content box, but the text never appears on top of the “Last Works” slides. The documentation explains very clearly how to set up the images for the slideshow articles, but I did not find any mention about adding the text that goes on top of the slides. (Perhaps I need to use a special shortcode?)
I’m referring to the text on your “Last Works” slides that reads as follows in the live preview:

By text overlay to the “Last Works” sliders; you may set this content in the article > Intro Text content field.
The content can be managed in a custom categories; remember, in every module you choose wich categories and how many articles would be displayed.
The articles where is displayed and slide with MORE DETAILS button is (in the demo) in the Slideshow category (inside Intro Text field) – the image is settup in Images and Links > Intro Image – Also, remember that the slideshow is a module where you may setup the numer of articles to display.

I’m not experienced with coding HTML; however I managed to get the text and the “MORE DETAILS” button to appear on top of the “Last Works” slide by copying the HTML source from your Live Preview page in my browser window and pasting that into the Intro Text HTML editor. It seems to be working OK except I haven’t been able to make the text appear on the right of the slide, as the slide where you have a two column layout includes an image in the first column.
Is there somewhere in the template files where I can open an example version of the joomla site with all the text already formatted as displayed in the Live Preview? Please forgive my newbie questions.

Hi, I have some trouble with simplekey : I cannot create new sections. I made a new menu item ‘Test’ in Main menu, Menu Item Type = Extern URL, link = #section-test. I try to create a new module of type LastWorks but I cannot set the position to ‘test’ because the position ‘test’ has not been createt. What is going wrong? Thanks
Hi mabulabastide! The position must be typed manually in the module position field, so, just type “test” and save it.

Is easy, just disable the menu items that uses an URL like #section-example1, #section-example2 (in Menu > Main Menu )

Hi dsoprana88! Sure, Simple Key supports multi language as regular Joomla templates, but in this case Simple Key is designed to work as One Page template.

So now I try to implement an “Unite Revolution Slider” on the homepage. It looks like it makes a confict with the Template. Any idea what the problem can be?

About the Unite Revolution Slider, I check a little and look like it works well but the CSS of this extension is causing troubles with some HTML layers, like in menu. I recommend you ask for this specific issue to the developer of the Unite Revolution Slider.
About menu in Firefox and Chrome, tell me wich version of those browsers and Android are you using, please. Regards.

There is a problem with the cache I suppose. Because after reloading the homepage, the slider doesn’t work anymore. After cachedump it works again.

Simple Key has the same functions that any common Joomla template, so, this extensions must be work, but as I didnt tested in this components I can’t gurantee that really works as you need. I can install this two extensions in a custom demo and you may see if you like the result before purchasing.

Hello, this is a very nice template with some very fancy functionality. I will purchase this template, please tell me if it includes all the images in the quickstart package so that I know exact dimensions to replace them with. I love the fact that it is responsive and has full width backgrounds.

I bought it a few hours ago and have already figured the image sizes necessary. I am now working on your isotope module and loving the template. Thanks for a great job. I really dig how the isotope modules when clicked drops in from the top and it is very easy to embed youtube and vimeo videos, even the slideshow. Love it!

The module used to add an slideshow is the Last Works extension with an Alternative Layout for every need. There is no bug, about “5 columns article”, is just a labeled article for demo purposes to display the Last Works with 5 columns (that was the purpose of naming in like way).
The “messy blog” is displaying the articles in the category “Uncategorized”, and there is some variety content like slides articles. As Joomla creates automatic links for all content, you may get confused by that. Regards.
