Certainly. My application would allow owners to post their property and allow subscribers to inquire about it. The idea is not to rent/sell the home but to let others use it for free who are part of a niche community. That’s why I’d like to the owners to post for free (to build the quantity of listings) and only allow paid subscribers to contact the owners (to keep out the riff-raff). I hope that helps. We can customize this option for you, do you prefer to create a membership fee for these people to contact the owners or a sort of credits system that gives people a certain amount of messages to use then as soon the the credits are over then they would need to buy new credits. cheers.UOU

Hi Rafael, it also used to happen to me in the past, but I learned from my mistakes 
don’t worry we’re working on the WP version that should be relased in about 3 to 4 weeks, in the meantime i invite you to explore Glocal HTML, you don’t really need to know how to code with HTML to it’s quite easy to make changes. If you need any help let us know and we’ll be happy to support.
P.S: FYI the price of any Wordpress Theme on themeforest is around 35- 60$ anything below $25 is either an HTML or a PSD Template

this feature will be included in the WP version, if you need it for the HTML we can do it
but of course the user will receive a notice asking him if he authorizes to share his location
The HTMl version isn’t user-friendly enough since my project is based on users being able to enter information

If I’m in London and I enter the website doesn’t make sense to show New York.

So is this just a website splited into the different pages, and not connected with a database with admin and users access? Or this template requires a DB connection?

I am patiently waiting for the WP version and I hope it’s complete by mid July. It would be great if instead of using Google maps, a version can be made using open street maps…it’s open source and we will not incure a fee from Google for use if our sites become popular.

Hi again, here’s the update about Twitter feed. Recently Twitter deprecated their API v1.0 and now feed embedding without authorization is not supported. That means that you are required to create a feed within your twitter account and get feed ID. Using that ID you can embed native twitter widget on your page. This widget cannot be completely styled due to Twitter Display requirements. Cheers.UOU

Hi Pinki, Bootstrap includes some ready-for-use themed elements – buttons, links, e.t.c (in our case this is useless , since Glocal has it’s own style for everything). Converting to bootstap grid system can take some time – not less than 30 hours . Bootstap contains lots of stuff Glocal do not require so Glocal needs simple grid system only
