Hi, I see that the colour customization doesn’t work in the theme options, do you have an update I can apply to fix it? I don’t want to have to write custom css to change all the gold to #CC0001 if I don’t have to
Maybe this theme still few bugs about change color, but I will gladly help you about changing color.

Hi Dahz, great design of this site and it’s incredibly easy to customize! I just have 2 questions, which may be no-brainers, but alas I can’t figure it out on my own and don’t want to dive into the CSS if I don’t have to!
1. How do I center the main nav on the homepage? 2. How do I add a button to the homepage slider, like you have on the demo site?

On Recipes single post page, how do I make the featured image show. In the word press CMS there is a featured images inserted however it does not show on the post. Please give detailed instructions on how to make it show.
Please fix the drop down menu as it disappears when moused over, I suspect it’s going behind the slider.

Dahz, I would like my money back… this theme is awful.
I wasted three days trying to figure this theme out and keep hitting road blocks. Now I have to start all over again with another theme.
When I change the template on the recipes page, it also changed the on the homepage. One should have nothing to do with the next. A template should work regarding layout only, not layout and content. I should be able to have the same layout using a template but place different content in the layout.
This theme is not well thought out.
This theme requires too many emails for instruction and clarification from the developer(s).
have you install .xml data? have you read the documentation? after you install your site will be look like the demo.

I am thinking of buying this theme. It’s functions are exactly what I want for my website, the design is fantastic too, however is nothing like what I want. I was just wondering how flexible are the layout options, for example, can I change the logo from centre aligned to left aligned? Can I easily change the font through out the whole site? Font colour? Background colour? Thanks!

Hi, I changed the color settings in the Typography section for Post title and Page title, but they are not changing on my site. Any idea why?

Daz, would you mind directing me to where I can reduce the space on the home page between the 3 col row and 4 column row. There is no extra space in the page itself. Must be coming from somewhere else. Thanks!

On the Home page the titles in the 3 columns sections —I’m using h3, are remaining Arial even though in the stylesheet I see it is Georgia. I’m going to need to change this so that it matches the other fonts. What do you recommend? All the typography is set to open sans in the theme options, but having no effect on this one. *Custom typography is enabled. Sorry for more questions, but gotta deadline. Thanks for your continued help.

you can change it manually in custom CSS.
there are several parts in the theme that is not customize-able through theme option, and this is one of it
I removed the videos from the slider as that is not working well. No worries, I’ll just put regular slides there.

Oh me again. Having a bit of trouble with video in the slider. Seems no matter what size I put it in, the video is shifted to the right in the slider area.
The graphic slide I already have in there is 1048×396 to fit whole width and that looks great. But when I put the video in as a 2nd slide, the video is shifted out of frame. Tried reg embed code and old embed code ( youtube). *Also the play button does not respond right away. Figure this all is connected in some way.
I don’t mind if the video has some black around it, in other words it doesn’t have to be full width (although that would be nice). Just need it centered there and for it to play.
Also, Is there some CSS I can put in to make the slider pause if a video is being played?
I really love this theme, despite all the questions. Thanks so much for your assistance in getting it rockin.
Hi, On the single recipe page, the side bar is not showing up. Also eventhough I see Food and Cook Custom settings tab on the page, nothing is shown if I click the down arrow. Thanks again!

Hi, I seem to be having an issue with the navigation. The Navigation is not changing colors via the Color customization area • General Styling: disable all custom styling is not checked • Typography: enable custom typography is on
I have navigation set to #2174af but it is not showing up
either are the colors for Page title and Post title that I have put in there.

just don’t insert any images on recipe information (below wyswyg). code is in single-recipe.php but you don’t need to edit that code just follow my instruction above.

No matter what number I put in in the Custom CSS, the navigation does not respond: }

Sorry its me again. Is there a way to prevent the featured image for a recipe from showing up on the page (at the top). I like how the featured image looks in the blog listing and in my footer next to the blog title, but I don’t need an extra one on top. Sorry for all these questions!

It located on your recipe (admin panel) -> add new -> ingredient text and method step text (below sandbox, both of them).
