If I understand what you are asking correctly, this would be a question for the Media Grid developer ( http://codecanyon.net/item/media-grid-wordpress-responsive-portfolio/2218545?WT.ac=search_thumb&WT.seg_1=search_thumb&WT.z_author=LCweb ). We did not develop Media Grid, however the licensed plugin is included with our theme.

I just searched our previous Support Tickets and I did find one user that has this issue and it was caused by a plugin called ‘WP Pro Ad System’. Disabling this fixed the problem. I know you mentioned already you tried disabling the plugins, but thought it may be of interest. okay… yes, it is a resolution issue. but you say the threshold is easy to adjust? (I’m very css/wordpress/php savvy) so this won’t be a make or break issue. thank you for the quick feedback!

Yep its literally just the .menu class in the mobile.css. You can just change it from 1279px to whatever you want so the media query that triggers the mobile menu only loads below whatever resolution you specify. We can assist you if necessary.

I would recommend you install the Flight Child Theme and make all of your CSS/PHP changes in that so that you can use the automatic updater and keep it up-to-date. (All of your changes and customizations will be kept separate from the core theme files so when you update you don’t need to worry about losing you changes). Obviously this is not an excuse not to have a backup, but it definitely makes life easier.

am familiar w/child themes! makes upgrades mucho easier.

Thanks for the comments! We do actually have a changelog, just not visible from older versions. It is built into the Automatic Updater, so you can see what has changed and update with 1 click of a button. It will notify you of updates as they are released, and you will see the changelog on the update page. You would have to at least already be on a version that had the ThemeForest Automatic Updater (and have created/added an API key in your account to use it) in order to see new updates and view all the changelogs (they only show up when there is a new update).

Make sure you backup your files and database before attempting to upgrade – the older the release the more potential difficulties in upgrading. I’m sure it is do-able though providing you haven’t modified the core files without using the Child Theme… If you run into problems let us know!

It is in the Theme Install File > Optional Child Theme folder in the download package. You just install it after you install the Flight Theme. Then when you update the theme you just update the Flight Theme and don’t touch the Flight Child Theme.

Maybe later I wll tell you an issue that I found (something to do with the fonts…).

Some authors do the custom.css route, but the problem is you have to remember to back that file up everytime you update the theme or you will lose your changes. You don’t have that problem with Child Themes, and Child Themes give you the ability to change PHP files if you want (it’s not limited to just CSS changes).

All of your active Support Tickets have been responded to within hours of you posting them. The files had somehow gotten corrupted on your computer (maybe from the copy of WinZip you said you were using). We reinstalled WordPress and reinstalled the theme and the demo content. As you can see Google Maps are working fine now, but you will still have to re-enter a valid Google API.

I can also see that you have been working on the website and adding/customizing content since we reinstalled everything for you yesterday, so I am assuming that things are going well, but please feel free to open another Support Ticket if you have any further issues.

You haven’t signed up for a Google API as outlined in the Flight Documentation.

Thanks for the response, but I noticed that you only allow 1 side-nab-menu. I need 3 separate side-nav-menus to appear on 3 different pages. Is this possible with your theme? That is kind of a big thing for me at this time and would determine if I purchase or not Thx for the quick response

Currently it only supports qty 1 of each of the 3 menus (flyout menu, sidebar menu, footer menu). Thanks!

As i add sub-pages to the menus the whole menu list is getting mixed and distorted.

Please resolve all the errors on urgent basis..The whole site is getting distorted.

The login details you provided in your Support Ticket do not work. Please correct so we can look into your issue. Also please update any new information into your existing Support Ticket as this page is for comments and pre-purchase questions, not support.

It would be just a search & replace in the CSS files other than the actual body background, in which the top and bottom are actual images (ie http://demo.themesuite.com/flight-wp/images/dark/bg-top-960.png is the top).

Yes, just add a media query for whatever resolution you want to adjust (ie under 720px wide) in the Child Theme style.css. If you need help with this just open up a Support Ticket with your WordPress login details and what fonts you want to change and we can set it up for you! Thanks

3.) Yes definitely, these can be separate images. We should really fix that in the demo!

4.) Yes, you can use an image file (ie PNG) instead of text. In the Option Panel for the demo you can just check off “Enable Image Logo” to see it demonstrated.

5.) What kind of integration are you looking for? Just a display of the picture feed? Would it be for the background slideshow, portfolio, or…? If you have an example site that has it integrated how you would like to see it, we would be interested to look at it and maybe we can add something similar into one of our upcoming updates…

As for Instagram, I was just thinking of something that shows the pics, just like the flickr widget. A possible work-around is populating a flickr account with instagram pix automatically through ifttt. But an instagram widget would be awesome.
